I purchased an iPhone XR from Techluxurious in June this year. The phone had minor issues from the beginning, and I hoped they would resolve themselves as I became more familiar with the device. Over time, the phone began freezing, the battery stopped charging and started discharging, and the photo recognition feature ceased working. After 8 weeks, I contacted the seller regarding these issues. They mentioned that the 30-day refund window had lapsed, and I could not receive a cash refund. I pointed out the 12-month guarantee they offer, and they requested I send the phone back to them, which I did on 3/11/[redacted]. Despite my repeated inquiries about when they will return the phone, I have not received any response. I am now seeking assistance from eBay to address this issue with the seller. I purchased these wheels believing they were authentic BBS R90 Mini wheels since the listing mentioned them as BBS. Additionally, the seller had sent me a photo of the BBS stamp upon request. Upon collection, I discovered the stamp was missing. The seller explained that the stamp photo was from a different set of wheels in a friend's possession believing they were authentic BBS. I chose not to raise the issue during collection, assuming the wheels were mine once paid for, and didn't ask for a refund from the seller.

Mobile Phone Purchase Issue I came across an ad for a mobile phone listed under Item ID: [redacted]18 from the seller ID: ilovegreyhounds on 9th November. The phone was priced at £[redacted].00 with a 'Buy It Now' option, and the seller had excellent feedback. I asked a few questions, made the payment promptly, and noted that the item was to be dispatched the next day. However, after the item was marked as dispatched on 12th November, it never arrived. Upon contacting the seller, they claimed it was out for delivery through Hermes but never provided a tracking number. It became evident that the seller was fraudulent and had never shipped the phone. I'm puzzled why eBay offers refunds but allows such fraudsters to operate unchecked.

I need help regarding my recent earring purchase. It seems like my payment account was mistakenly flagged, causing a delay in transferring my funds from eBay. I've updated my account with a new payment method, but the review process will take several days. This wait is frustrating considering it took ten days to receive the payment initially. I noticed eBay deducted fees early on, even though the payments were from separate sales. I have a PayPal account and would like to expedite the transfer of my funds from eBay to PayPal. I have been trying to reach eBay UK using the provided number, but have only encountered an automated message instructing me to go online with no option to speak to a human. As an elderly and disabled individual who is not proficient with computers, I am struggling to resolve an issue with a seller who is being abusive and refusing to issue a refund claiming they did not receive my return. I purchased a hifi on eBay (order number 20-07[redacted]4) which was misdelivered by Hermes, and I never received it. Despite providing proof of non-delivery to eBay through an email from Hermes, the seller seems to be favored for a refund rather than me, the buyer who is now out of pocket. Hermes did not handle the delivery properly, leaving the item unattended outside where it was stolen. Messages from eBay and the seller lack clarity, and I feel the buyer protection rules are being misapplied in this case. I purchased a hifi on eBay (order number **-*****-*****). Unfortunately, Hermes misdelivered the item, and it was stolen as it was left unattended outside my house. I bought a jacket for my mother, but despite contacting the seller multiple times and being told it's on the way, the item still hasn't arrived. eBay marked it as delivered, leaving me frustrated as I haven't received it. After trying to resolve the issue, eBay closed my case since their records show it as delivered. I reached out to Amazon, who suggested the seller should contact them, but no progress has been made. I believe eBay should refund me since I purchased the item through their platform. Considering the seller's poor reviews, I'm disappointed in eBay's response. In early spring, I placed a mower for sale on eBay. When no bids came in, I ended the listing after a few days without realizing there would be a charge for doing so due to a new policy. I sold the item later on. eBay suspended my account, which was surprising and I believe unfair since I was not aware of the new rule. Hello. I wanted to thank you for sending the sunglasses. Today, Royal Mail sent me an email confirming the delivery of the package, but I couldn't find it when I got home. I searched everywhere, including the greenhouse and asked my neighbors. According to eBay tracking, the package was delivered at 12:41 pm. To address this issue, I need to reach out to you before getting eBay involved. I checked our security cameras and saw a Royal Mail delivery at 12:37 pm (from Amazon), but no evidence of a delivery around the time your package was supposedly delivered. Thank you.

I recently purchased two items for collection only and paid with cash upon collection. The sellers marked the items as "Payment Received," but in my Purchase History, they are showing as Unpaid. The items are accordion (item number: [redacted]03) and keyboard (item number: [redacted]73). It seems there is a synchronization issue with eBay's handling system. Kindly address these specific problems and provide guidance on how to prevent this in the future without insisting on using eBay Payments/PayPal only. Cash should still be an option. Thank you, John
