I work for a company that delivers packages. Based on my records, a package was supposedly delivered to my front door on Feb 12 at 11:23 am. However, I was at home at that time and never received the package or found it. When I tried to file a claim, I received the following message: "We are unable to link your account number with your UPS.com profile. To resolve this, kindly go to "Payment Options" on the top right corner. Then choose "Existing Account" from the Add Payment Method drop-down menu. Lastly, select "Add" and follow the instructions to add an account number or click here. I am Robert L. Moore from Palo Pinto, TX. Recently, the three packages delivered to my home were left on the grass or on top of the gate fence post. The first package, tracking #1ZY80F97P[redacted]91, contained arthritis medication labeled "DO NOT FREEZE," left on the lawn during a storm. The second package, tracking #1ZY80F97P[redacted]18, and the third package, tracking #1ZY80F97NT[redacted]7, for rheumatoid arthritis were left similarly. As a disabled veteran, I am unable to monitor the gate regularly, and the deliveries need to be made to my front door. The speed limit on Dunn Drive is 20 MPH, and observing it could prevent safety hazards in the neighborhood. I plan to inquire with the VA about replacing the medications and may need to file a claim. I am having difficulties submitting a claim online despite multiple attempts. I was trying to file a claim for several items I ordered from Shop Miss A. I attempted to contact UPS Customer Support, but it's a Saturday. I am extremely frustrated because UPS delivery rarely rings my doorbell, leaving me concerned that my package may have been stolen or delivered incorrectly. None of my neighbors have found or returned the package, suggesting it may not have been delivered nearby. I recently ordered a package from Walmart, and it was shipped by a 3rd party carrier. The tracking number for the shipment is 1Z0Y[redacted][redacted]. Upon attempting delivery to my address at [redacted] S Milam, Amarillo, TX, [redacted], no one was present, so the package was taken to the nearest UPS store at [redacted] Bell St, Suite [redacted], Amarillo, TX, [redacted], as indicated by the tracking details. When contacting the UPS store initially, the manager was unhelpful and claimed they didn't have the package. However, at 5:32 on Friday, February 18, the manager called back confirming they had the package but had released it to someone else. Despite filing a claim, it was closed without resolution. I am concerned as the package was valued at nearly $[redacted] and was given to a stranger.

We received an ice cream delivery from Graeter's valued over $[redacted], but unfortunately, it arrived melted, leading us to discard it for safety reasons. Despite not being informed initially about the pickup procedure for a claim, we had to throw out the melted ice cream to avoid any health risks. The delivery date was delayed compared to UPS's schedule, leaving us with nothing for the delivery person the next day. I paid $20 for next-day delivery from a pharmacy and was informed via email that my package would arrive today and needed a signature. Despite opting for a physical signature, no attempt or call was made by the driver upon delivery at 10:46 AM. The package, essential medication, is currently missing. The delivery status mentions it was delivered to "other," which is inaccurate. Urgent attention is needed to resolve this issue promptly, as legal ramifications and police involvement may result. I had my birth certificate sent from China to the UK passport office in Durham. The envelope I sent had the correct address. The Chinese courier used UPS to deliver the document, but UPS changed the delivery address, leading to my identity being stolen. I have proof from the UPS delivery note showing the address alteration. Despite reaching out to UPS through emails and phone calls, I have not received a response. I now have a British fraud investigation file reference number to look into the matter. If UPS continues to ignore me, I will share my experience on social media and provide evidence of their mistakes. Their actions have jeopardized sensitive personal information, and I hope others can make an informed decision about using their services.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent incident that occurred at the UPS store. While at the UPS store in Walmart shopping center in Shrewsbury, PA, I witnessed the manager making derogatory remarks about a police officer. This behavior is unacceptable and has no place in society. Insulting others in public only promotes division and mistrust. I visited the Livingston, NJ UPS store on 02/22/[redacted] at 2:27 PM to send a package via ground delivery to Havertown, PA. The urgency of the delivery led me to choose UPS. However, the next day, the package had not been received, and when I checked online, it only showed that a label was created. It is disappointing that the package was not on its way promptly. After checking yesterday, and again today, I see that now it's finally in transit. Given that it was supposed to arrive by the next afternoon or at the latest by 02/24/[redacted], I am requesting a full refund for this service. This delayed delivery is unacceptable, as the package was crucial for a Law Office client who required it urgently.

I recently had two returns to Amazon. The first return, a comforter, was requested on 2/18/22. Although I left the package outside for UPS pickup on 2/19/22, it was not collected. I then requested a return for fairy lights on 2/19/22. On 2/21/22, UPS picked up the comforter package, but mistakenly used the shipping label for the fairy lights. Despite contacting UPS and Amazon, I was informed they couldn't assist with the mix-up. I asked UPS to collect the fairy lights, as they currently have the wrong tracking number. The correct tracking number for the comforter ends in [redacted], not the one the UPS driver mistakenly used. I hope they can pick up the correct package on 3/1/22 so I can receive the refund I'm owed for the comforter. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with a lost package I ordered from BestBuy valued at $[redacted].86, with tracking number 1ZW[redacted][redacted]. Although the carrier claims it was delivered, I have not received it. When attempting to file a claim on the website, I received an error instructing me to contact the shipper, who redirects me back to UPS. As my building's front office has been closed due to COVID since March [redacted], it seems unlikely that the package was successfully delivered and signed for. Despite my efforts to locate it within the building and reaching out to the mail facility, the package remains missing. BestBuy is unable to assist further as they have proof of delivery. As an Elite member, I am disappointed to have to handle this claim independently and may resort to disputing the charge on my credit card. Nevertheless, my priority remains locating the missing package.

I reside in an apartment building with two front doors on separate porches. My door is labeled with a B next to the mailbox and my name. Despite this, UPS consistently delivers packages to the other door. When I confronted the delivery person about this issue, they insisted on going by addresses even though my door clearly displays my information. The delivery person used the excuse that it was dark, despite having a flashlight and not checking properly. UPS seems to be the only carrier consistently making this mistake, causing inconvenience for me and my neighbor who agrees with me. The customer service attitude I received was quite disappointing. Hello, I sent a package through UPS from Rock Hill, SC to West Windsor, NJ with incorrect weight information. The box was actually 13 pounds, not 32 pounds as recorded. I tried calling UPS for a refund but was directed to a different number. Unfortunately, I misplaced the number they provided. Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am currently waiting for a package from Amazon to be delivered. Everything was going smoothly until the package reached the Brunswick, GA office. Last Friday, my package was out for delivery, but later that night, the status changed to "address not located," instructing me to update the address. After correcting the address, the package was put on hold. Despite my efforts to reenter the address, my package remained on hold without a delivery date due to the address issue. The status then changed to "out for delivery," only to revert back to "address isn't right, change address," resulting in the delivery being put on hold again. I tried to update the address once more but was unsuccessful as the system wouldn't allow it. I contacted the store in Brunswick, GA, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I didn't receive assistance. I submitted a message through their website with the correct address details and directions. However, I only received an automated response assuring me that they would address the issue once the store reopened. Despite not receiving any further updates, my delivery remains on hold without a confirmed delivery date.

I have had three instances where my delivery driver did not leave a package on my doorstep despite not requiring a signature. Instead, a notice of undeliverable was left on my door. I have a claim number, [redacted], but was disconnected before speaking with anyone. I have tried multiple times to reach a human through the automated system and have requested a phone call online and via email but have not received a response. I placed an order for an exercise bike on Amazon last Wednesday, March 2, with UPS scheduled to deliver it on Tuesday, March 8. I had to cancel the order on Thursday, March 3, and Amazon has processed my refund. Surprisingly, UPS delivered the cancelled bike to me today, Friday, March 4. Amazon has informed UPS to retrieve the package. The tracking number provided by Amazon is 1Z9758R[redacted]2. According to the Amazon email, pickup is scheduled for tomorrow, but the Amazon agent mentioned it would be on Monday, March 7. The delivery driver consistently leaves my packages at my landlord's front door, which is challenging for me due to my disabilities and severe disc degeneration. To retrieve my packages, I must navigate stairs, walk a significant distance while managing the weight of the package, which often leads to tears and physical strain. Despite the difficulties, I've coped without pain medication and managed the situation, even though it can be overwhelming at times.

I recently received a notification stating that my package delivery was unsuccessful. I am puzzled because the Post Office in question doesn't open until 12:30 PM. As you frequently deliver to this Post Office, it should be common knowledge. Attempting delivery at 12:22 PM seems illogical. This situation is unacceptable and could be seen as deceptive as there is no way for successful delivery during this time. I require my items to be delivered correctly as intended when I placed the order. I am extremely disappointed in UPS's recent delivery service. My packages were incorrectly left at CVS when I was at home waiting for them. I have contacted customer service multiple times without a satisfactory resolution. Even though I was assured they would be delivered to my home, they were not. This is unacceptable, as I paid for delivery to my home, not to CVS. The items in the packages are time-sensitive, so I insist that future deliveries be made to my home as specified. If my package does not arrive tomorrow as promised, I will return the received item and request a refund for both packages. The level of service from UPS has been consistently poor, and I expect them to honor their delivery agreement by bringing packages to my home.
