Account 8GB2807YAG. I received a UPS Exception Notification with Tracking Number 1Z5F[redacted][redacted]. I also got an email addressed to Hi Philomena Winter, confirming payment of import fees totaling 58.32 GBP. However, the sender, Silicium Laboratories, informed me that the shipment was returned to them in Spain, and they had to pay customs duties. Despite both the sender and I paying customs duties, I have yet to receive the goods. Shouldn't the payment of duties ensure delivery? My partner initially encountered UPS requesting a charge, but without specifics, no payment was made. After confirming the goods, I paid the duties myself. Consequently, both the sender and I have paid duties, and the goods remain undelivered. I request clarification on the actions UPS will take to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you. Hello, I recently shipped a stained glass window to a client in Brookfield, MO, which unfortunately arrived broken. Despite the insurance on the package, I am having trouble filing a claim for the repair costs. The item was returned to me at a different address and I have already repaired it. The UPS representative who inspected the package did not take any photos, but my client managed to capture some. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to report an incident at the UPS Store located in Littleton, CO on [redacted] W Ken Caryl Ave, Suite F. Two weeks ago, I visited the store to drop off a package meant for USPS mistakenly using a pre-paid UPS label. The staff allowed me to leave it there for USPS as a courtesy. However, two weeks later, my package (USPS [redacted][redacted]79) remains uncollected. When I contacted the store, the clerk was unhelpful, telling me to contact USPS instead of assisting with locating the package. The tracking status shows "Label Created, not yet in system." There have been other complaints about this UPS Store on NextDoor, including the clerk trying to overcharge a customer for mailing Christmas packages. I am seeking assistance in resolving the issue with my package.

I placed a return package for UPS pickup in my lobby, but I do not have the tracking number. In my assisted living building, the driver cannot reach my room, so I didn't receive a receipt. Is it possible to track a package using the pickup and delivery addresses provided? I highly doubt any other packages were sent to the delivery address since Verizon doesn't service this location. I urgently need to confirm if the package was picked up and obtain the tracking number for the shipment to Verizon. Claim Numbers [redacted]A and [redacted]3 have been approved on my UPS dashboard for items I shipped that were lost by UPS. I have sent the Request for Claim Payment forms for both claims on 1/22/[redacted] as requested, mailed copies on 1/25/[redacted], and also emailed copies to the provided email address. Despite trying to contact Customer Service, I have not been able to reach a real person, as the line always hangs up without connecting me to a representative. I have spoken to the billing department, who assured me that someone from customer service would call me, but I have not received any response. I am eager to receive my refund as per the Request for Claim Payment Forms. Unfortunately, I cannot upload these documents on my Dashboard online, which I find disappointing for a large corporation in [redacted]. This issue has been ongoing since at least December 8, [redacted], and I am seeking a resolution to get my refund promptly.

UPS did not contact me by ringing my bell but claimed they could not deliver my package yesterday because I was not home. I never left my apartment yesterday. They are attempting delivery again today, but I have already canceled it with the sender and received a refund confirmation. I simply want UPS to refrain from delivering the package today as it has been canceled. Once more, no UPS representative attempted to deliver my package yesterday. This marks the second occasion UPS has inaccurately claimed I was unavailable. The initial instance involved me observing them across the street as I got a notification stating they couldn't reach me, even though the driver never entered my building. Today's shipment is supposed to be returned to Amazon. Thank you.

Expressing distress over the delayed 2nd day delivery of package 1Z543V7Y[redacted] with an urgent check to be received by 01/26. Despite the current time being 19:27 on 27th of Jan [redacted], there has been no movement on the tracking for 24 hours. The package's route from KC to Louisville, KY, back to Earth City, MO, before reaching its destination in Frankfort, IN, has caused concern. Customer service claims guaranteed an email update today, but it has not been received. Facing financial difficulties with a husband's job loss due to illness, and a child with possible behavioral and neurological issues, the customer urgently requests the retrieval and delivery of the package, rather than receiving a late notice.

Yesterday, I visited the UPS located at [redacted] Strickland Road to return ten items to Amazon. Upon entering, I inquired if there was a patient staff member available to assist me. A helpful young woman named Siedah Thomas, the store manager, quickly offered her assistance. Despite my struggles with my new iPhone 13, she patiently guided me through the process without any judgment. Siedah's kindness and competence made the experience pleasant, and I commended her as I left. Siedah Thomas truly exemplified outstanding customer service, and I wanted to share my positive experience. It's rare to receive such exceptional assistance these days. Thank you. I have a concern regarding my package with tracking number 1Z8X[redacted][redacted]. The label was created and billed on the 28th, but I haven't been provided an expected delivery date. Despite chatting with a UPS agent, who claimed Home Depot had not requested a pickup, tracking indicates the parcel was shipped on the 28th and is in transit. Home Depot did request pickup on the 28th, and it seems there has been a delay from UPS. I am unable to use a phone currently, so please refrain from calling me. Thank you.

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of shipment 1Z0X[redacted][redacted] at home. According to the tracking information, it was delivered at 12:27 on my front porch. However, when I went to check for it at 12:47, the package was nowhere to be found. Despite my quick trip next door at 12:30, I did not notice the delivery at my doorstep. Upon returning home within 5 minutes, the package was still missing. After consulting with my neighbor, who has a security camera, we couldn't spot any delivery drivers around the time in question. I'm concerned about the disappearance of this shipment, especially since it contains unique and important clothing items from a client in Paris for a project I'm working on.

I am Morris Stevens, and I need assistance with a recurring issue regarding mislabeled packages. This is the second time this confusion has occurred, as there are two individuals with the same name in our neighborhood. One of them, my son, used to associate with my address in the past but does not reside here. The tracking numbers for the packages are 1ZW8V[redacted][redacted] and 1ZX214V[redacted]0. By inspecting the labels, I verified that the correct destination should be [redacted] Cat Mar Rd. I have retained the packages for pick-up by your courier to ensure they reach the correct address and to highlight the importance of addressing and preventing this ongoing issue.

This morning at 10:20 AM PT, I received an email from UPS congratulating me on receiving a UPS reward acceptance. The email had a "Confirmation Receipt [redacted]" at the top and a yellow UPS poster offering a marketing survey with the potential to win $90 or more in promo rewards. The email provided an address in Medley, Florida, and a link to unsubscribe or send mail to a specific address in Arlington, VA. I have also received a similar email before, but I have never clicked on any links in these emails. Can someone confirm if these emails are genuinely from UPS? Thank you.

The UPS driver delivered our Samsung soundbar and left the box outside directly under our roof where all the snow was melting. This was visible on camera as the driver left the package there, which stayed outside all day long in the melting ice off the roof. Consequently, the box the electronic soundbar was in got soaked and ruined.

Hello... I have been eagerly awaiting a package that appears to be held up in Philadelphia, PA since Friday the fourth. Unfortunately, there have been no updates since then. The tracking information only shows "we will advise on delivery." I am just three hours away, so I expected it to arrive soon. I understand there may be staffing issues or weather delays. Yesterday I got an email stating that my three packages were marked as delivered around 12:15 or 12:16. However, my daughter was present on the porch with me during that time, and no deliveries were made. She noticed the UPS driver in the vicinity but he did not approach our condo at the back. I contacted customer service and was promised a call back and a visit from the driver before the day concluded, but I have not received any updates yet.

The problem I am facing pertains to the cessation of UPS text alerts for my deliveries, which have not resumed despite my efforts. I have struggled to reach a human representative through phone, email, or chat. I explained to the representative that the item was a replacement part and should not have any duty applied. After investigating, they confirmed there was no duty outstanding and ensured delivery on Friday. Confident I would receive my part, I arranged for it to be sent to my friend and mechanic, who set aside time to install it and repair my vehicle. However, Friday passed without delivery. As UPS Canada is closed until Monday, I am unable to inquire about my package. My mechanic is eagerly waiting too! I am hopeful for the delivery of my part today.
