I am experiencing an issue with an undelivered item purchased from Buyerstore in May [redacted]. Despite being informed that I rejected the package, it was never received by me or anyone in my apartment building. The item has been returned to the sender in China. I had initially raised a dispute with my financial institution, but later closed the case on August 5th. Despite my attempts to involve Ebay for a $[redacted].02 refund, I keep receiving an error message that they cannot intervene due to the closed financial institution case. I have been trying to resolve this for almost 5 months now. The product in question is the Hot Sell Prince Purple Paint Electric Guitar with an arrow through a heart from Buyerstore.

I have been asked by a friend, who doesn't have a computer, to purchase Silver Biotics at 30 ppm in the 16-ounce size. Unfortunately, we received a 4-ounce bottle instead of the advertised 16 ounces. Despite reaching out to "deals [redacted]-2" about the issue, the response claimed there was no product description (even though there was). The communication from "deals [redacted]-2" was confusing and incomplete. When I attempted to request a refund on eBay, I got stuck at the step requiring a photo upload, as I am unsure how to do this. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with getting a refund for the incorrect product received.

I am having trouble locating the send button to reply to your message. I respond to your inquiry about the item. If the items match my previous purchase, please go ahead and send both of them. However, the arms seem to be approximately 6 inches shorter than expected based on scale, and the Doll's height is off as well. Although the Doll is made of a durable material, I would appreciate a discount due to the discrepancies in the product description. Could you also connect me with the seller "abdolls-official([redacted])?" I have a specific question regarding Doll #[redacted]78, and I suspect a technical issue on their website as my information vanishes when I attempt to proceed. Lastly, I have encountered challenges reaching out to customer service.

Hello, I recently purchased a desk fan with item number [redacted]86. Unfortunately, the product arrived with damaged packaging and dented grills. I contacted the seller requesting a full refund and provided photos of the damages. The seller insisted I return the item first for the refund. I asked for a return postage label, but was instructed by the seller to initiate the return on eBay for the label. However, when I tried to do so, I encountered issues selecting the reason for return and uploading the photos. Clicking on "confirm return" didn't progress the process either. I require assistance from eBay as the seller has not been accommodating. Thank you for your help.

My eBay ID is graciest. I received an email from eBay with the subject line: Act now to regain Top Rated Seller status. The email informed me that my status was downgraded due to non-shipment of items sold between 6/24/22 and 7/4/22. These items were not shipped because the customer picked them up at my house, not shipped to the address provided. The buyer for these items was Dale Reisfield at [redacted] N Stafford St Apt [redacted], Arlington, VA, 22[redacted], [redacted]. eBay does not have an option to reflect this kind of transaction. I believe there was a misunderstanding that led to my status being affected unfairly. Please assist me in restoring my Top Seller Status. Kindly confirm once this is resolved. Thank you, Steve Gracie

I was under the impression that the wheels/rims I purchased were the high-end BBS German-made ones with a polished finish, but unfortunately, they turned out to be the cheaper alloy version. The items arrived damaged and were not in the condition they were advertised to be in. The seller claimed they were in excellent condition, which was not the case. Additionally, there was an undisclosed blemish on one of the rims, which was more noticeable than described. I am disappointed by this misleading advertisement and the lack of response from the seller regarding my request for a refund on both the wheels/rims and the shipping costs I incurred.

I was disappointed with the wheels/rims I received from you. You mentioned no surprises, but they were not as advertised. The wheels/rims were scratched and not the high-end BBS German made ones I was expecting. They were the cheaper alloy version, missing the polished finish I thought I was getting. They were not in the condition you claimed, more like a 5 out of 10. You even tried to downplay a noticeable blemish on one of the rims. I would like a full refund for the wheels/rims and the shipping costs. I had to pay extra for customs, contrary to what you said about covering the shipping. Hope you can resolve this promptly.

I won a printer in an auction, but it didn't come with the installation CD. The seller wouldn't respond until eBay intervened. I emailed him about the CD, and he offered a partial refund. I explained that I wanted the CD, not the money, as it would be refunded to my credit card. He claimed the printer didn't come with a CD, but other sellers including Walmart included it. Now, he's ignoring me and getting agitated. I have a physical disability and urgently need the printer to print out orders for my service dog's products, which I sell to help with my rent. I don't want to keep arguing with the seller, so I even tried looking for a cable on Amazon.

Hello, I need assistance. A buyer left negative feedback for a set of Vampirella comics from [redacted] that they won in an auction. Our usual process is to contact the buyer to resolve the issue or offer a refund. However, the feedback they left is inaccurate. The buyer claimed we misrepresented the comics as "like new" when we clearly stated they were from [redacted]. They also accused us of speaking to them and threatening to complicate the return process, which never happened. We never communicated with this buyer regarding the comics. We aim to preserve our [redacted]% Feedback rating over the past 20 years and wish to have this unjustified negative feedback removed. We are open to the return of the comics and issuing a refund but disagree with the buyer's claims of deceit and poor communication. I purchased a zero gravity massage chair, but what was delivered doesn't match the description as advertised. The chair was supposed to have 22 kneading nodes, 4 rollers, and various inflating cushions to provide a full-body massage experience with heating pads and a Bluetooth sound system. It was meant to support up to [redacted] pounds and come with an intuitive corded controller for customization. However, the actual product doesn't meet these specifications. The material, color, dimensions, and weight capacity are all different from what was promised. I received only one massage chair and an instruction manual, missing several features listed in the original description.

My listing, which included body armor with a throat protector, yoke, and groin protector, was removed. I noticed similar listings still exist on the website, even after reporting them to eBay multiple times. I reported these listings two weeks ago and again this week, but they are still up as of 9/1/22. I'm confused why my listing was taken down while others with fewer reviews and less history remain. I joined eBay in [redacted] and have a five-star feedback rating. It's frustrating to see these inconsistencies. If this continues, I may consider switching to Facebook Marketplace. I would appreciate an explanation for why this is happening.

The address associated with this is [redacted] Northwest Freeway Suite [redacted], Houston, TX [redacted], with a contact number of [redacted] and email [redacted] I feel that the delay in payment is unjustified and borders on theft. I have taken steps with the local authorities and intend to publicize the deceptive practices of eBay/PayPal. Payment has been withheld for over 30 days, prompting me to contact the buyer directly for collections. I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary.

I recently received a message stating that I was approved to receive a government grant. Following the instructions, I purchased a $[redacted] gift card with the promise of a refund upon receiving a direct deposit. However, after waiting on hold for a long time, I got disconnected without any confirmation. I've been unable to reach them since. I am hoping to get my $[redacted] back, as it seems like the company is allowing fraudulent activity to occur. It’s disappointing when legitimate businesses get mistaken for scams due to others misusing their name. The phone number provided was [redacted] extension Term[redacted]. My approval code was usg119. I purchased a timepiece from bowiewatchesandmore and it arrived on 6/23/[redacted] with order number 27-08[redacted]8. Unfortunately, the order was incomplete as it was missing a winder that should function without an AC plug, and the watch was sized too small. I have contacted the seller, and every time I reach out, he claims he is sending the missing items or waiting on the distributors. However, I discovered that the distributor he mentions, Swiss Watch International, went out of business in [redacted]. Additionally, I am puzzled as to why I am being charged New York City sales tax when I made the purchase in a California store.

Good morning, regrettably, I mistakenly ordered a doll's cabinet thinking it was a kitchen cabinet. My oversight was due to not reading properly before purchasing. I would like to cancel this order to replace it with the intended kitchen cabinet. Hello, yesterday I bought a Fender for a [redacted] Ford Taurus Limited for $96.14. After making the purchase, I realized that there was no shipping option, only local pickup. Unfortunately, I am located far away and cannot pick it up. This led to an overdraft of $[redacted].00 after the purchase. I was on the phone with a helpful representative trying to figure out how to refund the amount back into my account or Cash App.

I bought a printer from NPS in Salt Lake City. Along with it, I added a 3-year protection plan from Allstate. While the payment page displayed both items, only the protection plan (order no 25-09[redacted]5) seems to have gone through. Unfortunately, I can no longer locate the printer I intended to buy as the seller indicates it has been sold. The bank has processed the credit card charge for the protection plan, but there is no record of the printer charge yet. Ebay has emailed me confirming the purchase of the protection plan, but there has been no communication regarding the printer.

The seller L.M. sent me a defective product. When I asked for a refund and return, they threatened me with reporting to the police. eBay requested involvement by a certain date. The seller later said I could get a refund if I sent them the tracking number by 9/9/22. Now on 9/9/22, when I provided the tracking number, they claimed the case was closed as it was past the specified date. I find it unfair that the claim was closed on the very morning I was told to send the tracking number.

I bought a Galaxy A71 to use as a bring-your-own phone for SafeLink, but it was supposed to be unlocked and it's not. I might have made an error when I ordered it since I don't do this often. I intended to stick with SafeLink, but now I'm being told to go with T-Mobile, which has a monthly plan that exceeds what I can afford. Normally, I use SafeLink for free or TracFone for $22 a month. I need assistance as I think I may have misunderstood something.
