The seller initially insisted on me covering return shipping costs, subsequently agreeing to accept the return, followed by statements promising resolution without returning the item. My preference is to receive the originally ordered items rather than a refund, as indicated in the listing. I am seeking prompt assistance as my attempts to resolve the matter independently have been unsuccessful. Through a Google search of the name "John Osborn RAF[redacted]," we came across a listing on a site called Westpoint. The auction number provided by Westpoint is [redacted]86, and it showcases items such as medals that we are unsure belonged to my stepfather. We are looking to identify the seller, as no one in our family recognizes them. However, in my eBay account, it shows that the payment I made is still being held. I urgently need to know when I can expect the refund. My wife is dealing with chronic leukemia and requires frequent hospital visits. As we live in Devon where all car parks are uphill, I struggle to push her in a small wheelchair due to our age and limited savings. I'm forced to push her uphill twice a week until I receive the refund and can search for a suitable local alternative. When I tried to escalate the problem on the deadline day, there was still no reply. eBay closed my case, and the seller picked up the item the next day. Any related accounts have also been suspended. - Immediate payment of outstanding selling fees, with past undebated charges to be made to the saved payment method. The community's safety is our top priority, hence the irreversible decision to suspend your account. Unfortunately, no appeals can be made. For further inquiries or worries on this issue, visit Help & Contact on most eBay pages. Listings such as the Silver Medallion United Nations (ID: [redacted]64) have been removed. I am unsure of the reason for this action. Could my account have been compromised? As a new eBay user, this experience is bewildering to me. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

It seems like there was a mix-up, as the radio I returned was the same one that I initially received. There seems to be a misunderstanding on the seller's part, as the radio in the picture is not the one I received.
