I recently discovered a fraudulent PayPal account was created using my Visa card details. A purchase was made on July 24th, [redacted], on Ebay by a seller named "Sabissidan" for $[redacted].03. The charge appeared on my card statement, and I'm unable to locate the seller's contact information. I need assistance in reaching out to the seller to cancel the order. The individual behind this fraudulent activity could be either Bonnie N. or Paul B., as I suspect one of them might be the perpetrator.

Due to concerns about price gouging, this item can only be sold by authorized sellers. Please refrain from relisting this item. As a dedicated mask maker providing quality masks with aluminum nose wire and soft elastic, I am disheartened by eBay's actions. I spend an hour making each mask and aim to cover material costs at $1.50 per piece, offering fair prices. It is disappointing that even after selling masks, eBay fails to remove them from the page. I, a member of the DAR, have generously donated over [redacted] masks to nurses and rely on sales to fund materials, not for high profits. My emphasis is on quality, and the nurses who receive my masks appreciate them. I am truly disheartened by eBay's lack of action in this situation.

I bought eBay gift cards from a store in Peoria, Arizona on July 20th, [redacted], but they were not activated. Despite my efforts with the store, I have not received any assistance. I spent $[redacted] on 5 cards that remain empty. The store manager suggested reaching out to eBay for help. If eBay cannot resolve this, please indicate so, and I will address it with the store directly. I request a refund of $[redacted] as the cards have not been activated even after 5 days. Thank you, D. Flores.

I made a purchase at the start of May and ordered a Portable Adjustable Aluminum Desk Ergonomic TV Bed Laptop Tray PC Table stand in black with a fan from seller "samanthastor" on May 11, [redacted], for US $40.95. The estimated delivery was between Mon, Jun 01 - Fri, Jul 24. However, the item never arrived, and by the time I regained access to my eBay account, the seller was no longer active. I contacted eBay about a password issue recently, and the representative mentioned the item was out for delivery, which contradicts the current pending status on the account. I believe I have fallen victim to a scam and request a refund of $40.95 promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out to eBay as a user of their platform for buying and selling. After successfully selling two items and listing six in total, I attempted to add another product but received an email notifying me of my account's suspension for unknown reasons. I am eager to rectify this issue promptly, as I have an ongoing sale and value the trust of my first buyer, Bonnie L Bates from Canada, who left positive feedback. I trade artisanal products like pillow covers sourced from local craft sellers in Marrakech, Morocco. I am concerned about potentially violating eBay's policies unintentionally and am willing to provide any necessary details to reinstate my account swiftly. I can be reached using the following information: Name: SALIMA ELBENDOUKI Email: [redacted] eBay account: sybil-[redacted] Phone: [redacted] Address: Hay Inara Bloc 3 N°[redacted] Marrakech, Morocco Thank you for your support in resolving this matter promptly. Warm regards, SALIMA ELBENDOUKI

I purchased a taillight from your company at the end of May, but unfortunately, I have not yet received it. I contacted FedEx with tracking number [redacted]45, and then requested a refund after waiting for a month and a half. I used a credit card for this purchase and would like the refund to be processed back onto my card, not through PayPal. Surprisingly, Walgreens Pharmacy contacted me recently to pick up a package, which turned out to be the incorrect taillight for my [redacted] Lincoln Zephyr from XT Automotive. I plan to return this item to San Antonio, TX, and would appreciate it if you could assist with the process and contact me regarding this situation. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I go by the Ebay ID "dealing***". On July 22, [redacted], I bought Item # [redacted]68 (Transaction ID: 0FY81243XN[redacted]). However, I couldn't install it because it reached its installation limit. The seller, horeh_57, initially said I didn't have to return the item, so I disposed of the CD. But then, on July 28, [redacted], the seller changed their mind. I believe the seller is not being fair, and I'm seeking a refund for this unusable software. Can someone assist in this matter? Thanks, Francisco Aloy, also known as "dealing***" on Ebay.

On April 26, [redacted], I bought a PCM from FS1 Inc. in New York for my [redacted] Mercury Cougar. The item arrived on May 4th, and after installing it a few days later, I realized it was the wrong one due to a VIN mix-up on my part during the eBay transaction. I contacted FS1 Inc., and Anna B. instructed me to return it for reprogramming with the correct VIN, ensuring it would work. I shipped it back, confirmed by UPS on May 22, [redacted]. Despite promises from Tyasia V., I have yet to receive the fixed PCM, leaving my daughter's car unusable since April. I have all email correspondences and documentation of the purchase and returns. If they cannot provide the correct PCM, I require a refund promptly. My initial error and subsequent miscommunication have caused delays, and I urgently seek resolution. Warm regards, Dan O'N.

I sold a Le Vian ring on Saturday, June 25, [redacted], and have not received payment yet. Despite sending an invoice and two emails to the buyer, Barry U., there has been no response. I accepted his offer of $[redacted].00 promptly after he placed it. When I tried to file a claim in the resolution center, it said the item number is invalid. I am eager to resolve this situation. If the buyer does not intend to purchase the ring, I would like the chance to relist it for someone who will follow through with their commitment. Here is the information I received after accepting the offer: Great news, your item sold. Remember to prepare it for shipping. The buyer, utsi1, has not paid yet, so keep the item until payment is received. A reminder will be sent to the buyer to make payment within 48 hours. I bought a car from Minineopet and requested a return, but missed the 30-day refund deadline due to surgery and COVID-19 complications. Despite receiving an email reminder from eBay close to the deadline, I shipped the item a few days after. This was my first issue with this seller, with whom I had successful transactions before. The seller received the returned car but did not issue a refund within the deadline. I am willing to cover the return shipping cost and retrieve the item since we initially purchased it. Can you kindly reach out to the seller to inquire about this? CASE ID: [redacted] RETURN ID: [redacted]. Thank you, Debra.

Good day, I am seeking guidance on completing payment for an item I won on eBay from a seller named NYStamps based in the USA. My eBay account indicates my location as South Africa, which is accurate. Due to COVID-19 delays, I would like to redirect the delivery to a friend in NAPA, California, USA, using USPS Certified/Signed for Mail. My friend will hold the item until it can safely be forwarded to me in South Africa via Registered Mail once international mail services resume normal operations. After informing the seller of my plan, they asked me to update my shipping address to a US address. I have made this change to my friend's address in NAPA, California, USA. However, the seller mentions that the eBay system still reflects my location as South Africa, and they may encounter issues printing the shipping label if I pay via PayPal from South Africa. They recommend that I change my address to a US one, but I prefer to make the payment through PayPal from South Africa. I am seeking advice on how to proceed and explore any available options. Kind regards, Kenneth Watson (kenwat00)

I'm interested in purchasing a truck I saw listed on Craigslist Indianapolis. After contacting the seller, I obtained more information and photos of the vehicle. The seller mentioned using eBAY as an intermediary for the transaction. I was provided with an eBAY Buyer Protection Order #[redacted]14. To verify the order, I contacted the customer service line at [redacted] and was assured of its validity. However, my concern is the seller's request to buy eBAY Cards for the purchase, especially given the scams involving Craigslist sellers falsely associating with eBAY. I'm seeking reassurance regarding the legitimacy of this payment method and the authenticity of the truck listing. Thank you, W.

Subject: Assistance Needed for Item [redacted]00 Dispute Hello eBay Support, I'm reaching out because I'm facing challenges in communicating with you through email on your platform due to technical issues, and I cannot call as I am hearing impaired. Recently, a buyer purchased item [redacted]00 from me, which was accurately described and even had photos showing its condition. They initially provided positive feedback but later claimed it was damaged and demanded a full refund. Despite my offer to refund half the purchase price as a goodwill gesture, the buyer rejected it and became aggressive. I firmly believe the item was not damaged when shipped, and I only sell items in the condition as described. I am seeking help from eBay to review the situation and consider my previous positive feedback, as I am hesitant to accept a return solely based on the buyer's claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Amanda S.

Firstly, after being drawn in by the price and description, I bought a small green screen. It finally arrived after several months, but by then, I had already found a larger one that suited my needs better, prompting me to make another purchase. Secondly, upon receiving the small screen, I was disappointed to discover that it did not function as advertised when I tested it out. Thirdly, the larger screen arrived much quicker than the first one. Without opening the package, I decided to return it due to my unsatisfactory experience with the smaller version. During the return process, I mistakenly chose "Just did not like it" as the reason, though the real issue is that the item does not meet the seller's description. Despite attempting to correct this, I encountered difficulties. I reached out to the seller, who is insisting on a return to China before accepting the item back, even though I've already paid for shipping and handling charges.

I have contacted the seller about my undelivered order. It was returned by Canada Post to the seller due to an unreadable shipping label from Pitney Bowes. Despite efforts from both the buyer and seller, Pitney Bowes has not investigated the issue, and eBay, listed as the seller, has not intervened until 10 days of inactivity. The seller has also contacted eBay, but they have not taken action. Pitney Bowes received the item back from Canada Post on July 15th, and there have been no updates since then. As eBay is the seller, I am requesting assistance in contacting Pitney Bowes to locate the item and have it delivered to me. Thank you for your help. In March [redacted], I purchased a bottle of "Musc Ravage" from a seller in Russia. The price of $80 seemed too low compared to the manufacturer's price of $[redacted]. Despite the website's claims of authenticity, the item did not arrive after three months. The seller initially asked me to wait longer before refunding the money. Subsequently, I bought the authentic product for $[redacted]. Today, a package from Russia arrived containing the "Musc Ravage," which I found to be a fake. The color and scent are completely different from the genuine product. This fraudulent activity must be stopped as there are multiple listings for the fake product on eBay from Russia.

I only received one out of the three shipments due to an issue with the delivery address inputted incorrectly by the seller. The one package I did receive was left by a familiar mail carrier who knows us and left it at the front door. The other two were supposedly delivered the day before. I tried to include images as proof in my message but was unable to attach them. The package I did receive clearly shows the incomplete address. The company claims the items were left in the mailbox, but it's questionable how this was done without the apartment number. I believe the fault lies with the seller for dispatching the items with an incomplete address, as the buyer provided all necessary delivery information accurately.

I recently encountered a frustrating situation while selling items on eBay. I came across a "Vintage Auntie JEMIMA F & F Dye Works Plastic Syrup Decanter" that belonged to my grandmother. Upon researching its value, I found similar items selling for over $50. Excited, I listed it on eBay as an Americana Collectable. Surprisingly, eBay removed my listing citing it violated their Offensive material policy for promoting discrimination. I believe this decision is unfair and raises questions about what is considered offensive in today's society. Does a syrup decanter from the 1950s truly offend anyone? Let's discuss this matter further.

Hello, I am encountering issues with my eBay account since changing my email address in February. Despite updating eBay with my current address, PayPal continues to use my old email. Consequently, I can make purchases but not list items for sale. When buyers pay me, the funds do not transfer to my PayPal since it's linked to my old email. Two weeks ago, PayPal suggested I follow the instructions to update my email, but I discovered it requires both current and old email addresses, hindering my progress. Communication with eBay and PayPal has been challenging, and I'm seeking assistance to resolve this frustrating situation. Thank you for any help. Regards, BL

I recently made a purchase of the Omega XL 60 Capsules from eBay and have been facing challenges with the delivery. I followed all the instructions for the expected arrival date, but the product did not show up. After lodging a complaint, I was informed that a replacement would be sent due to the original item being damaged. However, I have not received either the original order or the replacement. eBay has closed the case stating that the item was delivered based on the provided tracking number, but I have not received it. I am not looking for compensation, I simply want the product that I paid for. As a loyal customer, I believe there may have been a mistake with the delivery address. Please assist me in resolving this issue and send the product to the correct address. Thank you.
