I bought 4 items from eBay with item number [redacted]41, but they were not fitting for my car despite the seller's reassurance. My local garage refused to install them, so I returned the items. However, I only received a refund for one item instead of 4. eBay closed the case, claiming it was resolved, even though I have proof of purchasing 4 items. I ordered a pair of glasses, but missed receiving it twice due to not being home. The glasses were sent back to the seller. I requested a refund directly from the seller and they advised me to go through eBay. When I contacted eBay stating I didn't receive the glasses, my case was closed. I made a purchase a few days ago for a nerf bat on eBay. My order was in transit when I received an email notifying me that my eBay account had been permanently blocked due to suspicious activity. The email did not provide any guidance on how to regain access to my account or my $40 payment for the item. I attempted to reach out to eBay but only received unhelpful responses from their online assistant and automated phone system. I am left feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. If I cannot resolve this issue promptly, I may have to escalate it further, as I believe this is an unfair situation resulting in the loss of my money without justification.

I sold an item on eBay for collection only. The buyer was supposed to come on 4/12 but didn't show up, even though I was going out! Today, they came, knocked on my front window, I shouted that I was on my way, but they drove off. They should have knocked on my door like a normal person. The buyer has opened a case for a refund, but the payment is on hold. Can you please process the refund so I can sell the item to someone else?

My account got suspended without a clear reason. I cannot access my account that was created in [redacted] and has over [redacted] positive feedbacks. I received a message from [redacted] in Italian, stating that my account was permanently suspended due to risky activity detected on the platform. I am unable to buy or sell on eBay anymore, and any outstanding selling fees must be paid immediately. eBay values community safety and stated that the decision is final without the option to appeal. I purchased a 54mm copper pipe off-cut and was informed via email that it was delivered on December 4, [redacted]. Despite this, I did not receive the package. When I checked with the Royal Mail in Taunton, they were unable to find the tracking number in their system. After some investigation, they discovered that the item with my tracking number was delivered to Carlisle on the same day and signed for at 6:42 pm, but not by me. The supplier insists that it was delivered, leaving me unsatisfied with the situation. This experience has made me question the safety of purchasing items on eBay, as I had believed it to be a reliable platform.

I bought a mobility scooter from eBay for £[redacted] on November 24th. The item I received was not as described - it arrived rusty, scratched, and very dirty. Feeling disappointed and ripped off, I decided to refuse delivery since I couldn't afford to pay for a courier to return such a large item. The driver agreed and took the scooter back. Good morning, I'm experiencing an issue with the buyer "przybysp" who is requesting a refund even though I haven't received the book back. Could you please advise me on how to handle this situation? I've attached the shipping details from November 5th showing that the item was sent. Despite this, the buyer claims they haven't received it. How can I ensure I don't lose both the money and the product? Kindly provide me with an email address to send a copy of the shipping receipt. The funds are currently pending, and I've already incurred costs for shipping without receiving the book back. Below is the email I've sent to eBay regarding this matter: "I dispatched the book to the buyer on 5/11/21 via second-class delivery. I purchased two tyres, expecting Yokohama but received a mix of different brands including Dunlop. Unfortunately, one of the tyres has a crack on the side, making it unsafe. I reached out to the seller with pictures, but they stopped responding. I initiated a return case and printed the label. However, the post offices refused to accept the package as the label is only for items up to 2 kg, and the two tyres weigh more than that. Attempts to contact the seller again have been unsuccessful.

I recently began selling on eBay and have successfully sold 62 items, totaling £[redacted].86. However, I encountered an issue when eBay requested updated banking details. I mistakenly updated my bank information, which led to my account being permanently suspended. I am now unable to access my account and fulfill the sales of 28 items I had planned to ship. I have not received payment for items totaling around £[redacted], including a laptop. The seller sent out the item, which shows as delivered by Hermes. However, upon returning home, the item was not there despite the driver supposedly leaving it outside. I contacted Hermes, who indicated the driver signed for the delivery and left it outside. They advised me to have the seller open a missing item case with Hermes. Despite repeatedly asking the seller to do so, they have refused. I have not received the item, and the seller has not issued a refund. Hermes stated that only the seller can initiate a missing item case. The seller's refusal has left me with no resolution. I may need to involve the police or my solicitor if necessary.

Hello, I recently opened a new eBay private selling account a few months ago. After listing my very first items for sale, a fishing chair and an unhooking mat, eBay closed my account within 5 minutes. They claimed I breached their selling regulations and policies and posed a risk to the community. I recently bought a bike trainer with a promised delivery time of 3 days. After 3 days, I received a message saying it would arrive soon, but the courier has not delivered it. I contacted the seller, who mentioned a delay and then out of nowhere, I received a notification about a refund being processed, even though I did not request it. I see the same product is still available but at a higher price. I believe they should honor our agreement. It has been challenging to reach out to eBay as they closed the case without understanding the situation. I would like to receive the same item at the original price I paid.

Hello eBay UK Customer Support, I appreciate your assistance in opting me out of the GSP feature. Despite this, I am still receiving an overwhelming amount of new listings daily, even though I meet none of the criteria that should trigger this. Today alone, there have been [redacted] new listings, and this has been a recurring issue. I find myself constantly editing my listings and deleting numerous emails. It is frustrating that eBay or the third party involved in the GSP is not respecting my decision to opt out and continues to bombard me with unwanted listings. Please relay my message to cease these new listings as it is becoming unbearable. I am considering closing my eBay Store due to the lack of effective communication and customer support available to address this matter. It is also inconvenient that eBay's Help & Contact options are limited, making it challenging to address unrelated issues. I kindly request that you take action to resolve this matter promptly and ensure I am fully removed from the GSP features to prevent any further inconvenience. I have not received my item for almost two months. I reported the missing items on the same day and requested a refund, but they have not refunded me yet. The company even forged my signature. I have called them multiple times, but they are not being helpful. I am frustrated as I need either my refund or my parcel back. eBay has not been responsive to my emails. The situation is causing me a lot of stress because I don't want to lose my money. I plan to report this company and close my account with them in the UK due to their fraudulent actions. I need this issue resolved quickly as the signature they have on file is not mine. I also discovered that the item was delivered to the wrong address, Euro Cars, which is not where I live. Please, assist me as soon as possible.

I tried selling my Macbook Air on Ebay following all their guidelines. I even opted for a signature-required delivery. Unfortunately, the buyer alleged I sent a men's coat instead of the Macbook. I am a woman and do not own such a coat. This raises concerns of fraud. Despite disputing this multiple times, Ebay continues to side with the buyer. It seems Ebay is not addressing the situation properly, and I find it unjust that I am now burdened with dispute fees and extra delivery charges while the buyer keeps my laptop. I seek a fair resolution to this matter.

When attempting to order items for Click & Collect at Argos, I encountered an issue with the store selection. Despite residing in Hull with postal code HU5 2AF, the system continually defaults to an outdated address in Scotland. As I navigate the site, the option to choose a different store is obscured by my computer toolbar, impeding my progress. Despite multiple attempts to adjust the toolbar, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem. Is it possible to update the suggested store list associated with my account to match my current postcode? Thank you.

I made a purchase on Tues, 7 Dec at 09:52. Immediately after, I realized my error and requested to cancel the order. I promptly received a confirmation email at 09:57 confirming my cancellation request. However, today at 16:23, I received an email stating that the seller had refused to cancel the order, claiming it was shipped on the 8th of December. I am requesting a refund and an apology for this disappointing customer service experience.
