I purchased a kitchen bin from ketoplastics in May [redacted], but after only 5 months of light use, it completely fell apart. I have tried to reach out to the seller, but I keep receiving a message stating that they have too many contacts at the moment. It seems like other customers may have faced similar issues. I had to buy a new bin, costing me £24.99 due to the faulty one. I am seeking a refund.

I purchased a Mobility Scooter from seller tope-fisher [redacted] for £1,[redacted].00 (Item No. [redacted]82, Order No. 02-05[redacted]7). The item was returned to the seller by the haulage company within the specified time due to issues, but I have not received any response regarding the return or confirmation of delivery from the seller. Despite multiple requests, I have not been provided with the seller's telephone contact details. All communication has been through eBay messaging. I am concerned about the refund process. I hope for a resolution soon. Regards, Pendankel.

I'm Ric Will870 and I have two ceramic models for sale. I received offers on both from a buyer in China. I initially quoted UK postage assuming both would sell to the same buyer. However, after checking with shipping companies, they informed me they won't insure ceramics for overseas shipments and the cost would be £60 or more. I want to cancel the transaction now. When I try to use the cancel option, it says it doesn't recognize any transactions. I have emailed Les-[redacted] to ask them to end the bid since there is little time left, and I believe it wouldn't be fair to proceed without proper insurance or additional shipping costs.

I am attempting to list some items for sale, but whenever I click the "list" button, a message pops up instructing users who are registered on overseas eBay sites or have altered their registration to an overseas location to undergo an additional verification step. The notice is displayed with what I believe is Chinese text above it, and the customer service links provided at the bottom are for the Philippines, Malaysia, or other Asia-Pacific related accounts. I have never been registered on an overseas account or made modifications to my registration to an overseas location.

Since 21/08/[redacted], I have yet to receive payment for the item I sold. An amount of £38.10 plus postage remains pending. The buyer already paid £1.70, but I am still waiting for the rest. I am disappointed with the delay and lack of resolution. The first item I sold never resulted in payment from the buyer, and this unresolved situation with the second item is frustrating. I have decided not to continue selling on eBay. Please remove me from the selling list and cease the £3.98 direct debit from my account, which I have already canceled.

I am an eBay seller who dispatched an item on October 2, [redacted], using Hermes Parcel delivery. The expected delivery date for the buyer was October 8, [redacted], but the item has not been received. Despite reaching out to eBay, Hermes parcels, and Packlink, the issue remains unresolved. Tracking information indicates that the large item is lost in transit, which is unusual for me as a seller. I am concerned about the buyer not receiving the purchase and wish to locate the parcel to prevent any disputes. The reference code on the receipt is P[redacted].

I accidentally bought a mobile phone while trying to sell the same model. I had only intended to check details for my listing when I thought I saw an offer of £12.80. I mistakenly accepted the offer and saw a "PAY NOW" button, realizing my error. I informed the seller, but he claimed he couldn't cancel as the phone was already shipped. This doesn't make sense since I hadn't paid, so he shouldn't have my details. The seller now says he sent the phone to another buyer and can't cancel. He wants me to pay and promises a refund, but I'm unsure. Need advice.

I am frustrated with eBay's bias towards buyers, as I am facing a situation where a buyer has not returned a blu-ray disc for a refund, claiming the item had a UK code despite my clear description stating otherwise. I feel like the buyer is taking advantage and I'm out £20 with the unresolved case. I believe eBay should provide a phone number for sellers to open cases instead of just an online option that isn't effective. Please contact me at [redacted]1 to address this matter promptly. The order number involved is [redacted]-[redacted]. I am dissatisfied with the service provided and am looking for a swift resolution. Thank you, Bruce Campbell.

I purchased some plants from an eBay seller for my tropical fish tank. Unfortunately, when the plants arrived yesterday, they were crushed and not suitable for my tank. Disappointed, I disposed of them with the other trash. I contacted the seller, but they requested photos of the damaged plants for a replacement. As the plants were already in the bin, I declined to sift through the waste. Since then, the seller has been unresponsive, and I am unable to provide feedback. I've been a tropical fish hobbyist for over 40 years and found the plant quality disappointing. While I don't expect a refund due to discarding the plants, I believe eBay should review this seller's feedback and product quality on the platform.

Good morning, I purchased a pack of 2 face visors with the code number 17-05[redacted]5 from VVM- TECH on Pinnor Road Harrow in July [redacted]. Upon receiving them, one of the visors was significantly creased and the ratchets did not function properly, making the mask unstable on the head. I returned the items to VVM Tech through Royal Mail on August 6th, using the provided "returns label" from the delivery page enclosed with the visors. I indicated the reason for the return on the delivery note, dated it August 6th, and kept a photocopy for my records. Despite my efforts, I have not yet received a refund. I contacted Ebay on August 15th via the returns app and the seller on August 16th, informing them of the return. Ebay later requested the visors to be returned by September 28th, although I have already returned them and explained the situation in subsequent emails. I am still awaiting a resolution and would appreciate a response. I typically do not return items and followed the instructions provided with the visors. Thank you.

I purchased the following items two days ago: - Order [redacted]59 for £[redacted] - Order [redacted]23 for £15 - Order [redacted]78 for £10 Total spent was £[redacted]. When I decided to change the courier to Shipley for better service after a recommendation from Mr. Bryan Treloar from Past and Present Peterborough, he objected to this switch. Despite paying for the goods, he refused to hand them to Shipley and ignored my requests for a refund. Upon informing him of reporting the situation to eBay, he called me and my husband, using foul language and being extremely rude. I urge eBay to intervene, process my refund, and address his unacceptable behavior promptly. Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you, Joan Wells. Telephone 01[redacted]72 UK.

Hello, I'm reaching out to seek assistance in reactivating my account which was indefinitely suspended. I received a message stating that I pose a danger to the community without any clarification on the specific reason for the suspension. Despite my regular communication with customer service representatives due to being new to eBay, no warnings or suspensions were communicated to me. While navigating through my account, I encountered the following alert: Alert: You are unable to use your eBay account until you contact us to verify some information. We understand the need for caution with suspicious account activities but would appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues that have arisen. I kindly request the restoration of my account and clarification on the reasons for it being deemed risky. My recent listings have been wallets, and I intended to venture into selling similar items. I operate a legitimate business, comply with tax obligations, and have experienced financial difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism industry in Croatia. I urge you to review my situation and allow me to resume my eBay activities. Once informed of the missteps I may have taken, I assure you that they will not be repeated. Warm regards, Tin

I received a text from eBay with a code for an item claimed to be ready for pick-up at Premier Stores in Aspley, Nottingham. Upon arrival, the item was not available. This was the same case upon a return visit the next day. I made a purchase for spark plugs and plug leads a week ago, scheduled for delivery on 13/10/[redacted], but they did not arrive. Customer service has been unhelpful and elusive, causing frustration. The situation has strained the relationship between eBay and me. Despite legal obligations towards consumers, there seems to be negligence in fulfilling promises, leading to potential losses. If the items are not received by 7pm today, legal action will be pursued for breaching duty of care.

Hello Ebay, I am writing to report that I have encountered an issue on your website and app. I am unable to select the option for "item not received" due to a bug/technical glitch in your system. It seems that a previous return item request was opened accidentally, then closed, and now I am unable to request "item not received." I have tried reaching out to eBay for assistance, but have been unsuccessful in contacting them. The seller has mentioned that the package was lost by Royal Mail and advised me to request "item not received," but I am unable to do so on the eBay platform. The item has been showing as dispatched since 5th October, and I have not received it despite paying for it. I would like to request a refund for the item. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Hira Ali

Hello, I recently filed a case regarding an undelivered item with Case ID: [redacted] and Item number: [redacted]23. While I appreciate the refund, I kindly request a reexamination of the package's whereabouts. I appreciate the efforts to resolve this matter but am dismayed by the initial non-delivery. It is puzzling how eBay partners with shipping companies that can "LOSE THE PACKAGE IN TRANSIT." This was a competitive auction for a rare item of increasing value, and the prolonged 2-month wait without updates makes it impossible to obtain the item at the same price. Therefore, I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation before closing the case.

I am experiencing an issue with a company named FurnishingsForLessUK. I purchased a sofa for £[redacted] and made an additional payment of £[redacted] through PayPal for delivery to the Isle of Wight. Despite the seller's assurance that a courier would contact me to arrange delivery, I have not received any updates. The sofa was paid for on October 6th, and the delivery fee was settled three days later due to an error in the post code. While I have contacted the seller, they keep repeating the same information. I requested the courier's contact number, but the seller insists on contacting them directly. I am growing increasingly concerned as it has been 14 days without any progress, and I fear I may not receive the sofa as promised. Any assistance in locating the sofa would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had a chat online with a representative regarding a serious health issue related to a product I purchased. The assistant was helpful, but I requested a copy of the invoice since I did not receive one or a confirmation email. The assistant promised to send it within a few hours, yet I have not received it. I tried calling the company and left a message but have not heard back. I'm worried about the possibility of receiving the wrong product that may have harmful ingredients. I need the invoice for reference and want to speak to the company before any further action is taken. Thank you for understanding my urgency.

I am encountering issues with the new "reCaptcha" verification process on eBay. Despite correctly completing the tasks, such as identifying images and copying text, the process fails to proceed. This problem persists across different browsers like Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. I have been an eBay member for several years, but I am frustrated with this new system and considering switching to Amazon. Although I received assistance in resetting my password, I continue to struggle with the "reCaptcha" upon login. Many users are experiencing similar problems based on my findings in forums. Given the current reliance on online shopping due to the pandemic, these issues are inconvenient and potentially deter customers. I urge eBay to address this issue promptly.

I recently discovered that my eBay account has been restricted, preventing me from listing any items. Despite eBay's account restrictions help page stating that I would receive messages explaining the reason, I did not receive any communication. I contacted customer service and was informed that my account was linked to another user in their internal system, resulting in the restriction. To lift the restriction, the other account must first have its restriction removed. I was given the unknown user's name, and I have no association with them. Despite multiple attempts this week, my issue remains unresolved, with customer chats abruptly closed. I am unable to email eBay, and the "Have us call you" feature is unavailable. Phone numbers found online lead to hang-ups by an automated system. I have maintained my account for 17 years with a flawless reputation and rely on eBay for income. I do not understand why I am penalized for another user's actions, a user I have no connection to. Customer service repeatedly mentions an undisclosed internal system as the reason. Thank you for your time. Best, Charlie
