I ordered fresh vegetables from Garden Fruits and Vegetables in Ramapuram, Chennai through Zomato on 24.06.[redacted] with order no. [redacted]. However, upon receiving the delivery, I was shocked to find discrepancies in the order. Some items were missing, some were delivered in half quantities, and a few items that I didn't order were included. Despite contacting the shop, I received excuses and have been unable to get a resolution. I have even lodged a complaint with Zomato's customer care. I kindly urge for assistance in resolving this issue promptly and obtaining the refund. It is also requested that vendors engaging in such dishonest practices should be banned from Zomato.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing in regards to an unauthorized Zomato charge of Rs. [redacted].25 on my credit card statement ending in [redacted] dated December 27, [redacted]. Despite contacting Zomato, they were unable to locate any corresponding order for that amount on that date in my account. I did not receive any communication about this charge via email or SMS. Please reverse the charge of Rs. [redacted].25 to my credit card or provide me with Zomato credit for a future order. I apologize for the delay in addressing this issue, as personal circumstances and the current pandemic have caused me to review my statements belatedly. Hello, I need assistance with my Zomato Rider ID FE709333. It has been inactive for 2 months despite my efforts contacting support. I've been staying home with my family during this challenging time. I have worked diligently and achieved a top rank. I am unsure why my ID got blocked. If I have made a mistake, kindly grant me one last chance. I promise not to give you a reason to complain again. Hello, On 11th September, my ID was blocked. I had an order for a customer named Richu Jose, who provided flat number [redacted] instead of [redacted] because they were at work. I was unaware of this issue. Despite calling the customer three times with no response, I delivered the order to flat [redacted] after requesting the security guard's help. The problem arose when the customer forgot which flat number they had given and reported me. Although customer care confirmed I delivered to flat [redacted], I was still fined ₹[redacted] and my ID was blocked. When the customer realized the mistake and found the order at flat [redacted], they even requested not to take action against me, but I was penalized. Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Zomato rider who recently joined your company in City Center Bharatpur. After almost a month of working, my ID was terminated due to fraudulent individuals who pressured me to engage in wrongful activities. When I refused, they took action against me. I managed to escape with the help of some kind strangers. This has happened to me multiple times, and one of the individuals was a Zomato rider too. I come from a middle-class family and did not do anything wrong. I was supposed to receive a joining bonus of ₹2,[redacted] from the company, which I never got. Please consider reinstating my ID. Hello, Greetings, I am the owner of Home Foods restaurant and I am seeking assistance with updating my menu. I received conflicting instructions; one to update the menu through the partner app as conveyed by the sales manager and the other to update it on the dashboard via email. When I attempt to update my menu on the dashboard through my laptop, it prompts an error message stating "restaurant invalid" or advises me to contact my Point of Contact (POC). I am unsure how to proceed and need guidance on how to update my menu effectively. Please advise me on how to proceed to continue running my business smoothly. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I am Pranab Lenka, one of your delivery personnel with ID-FE973889. I am interested in changing my employment status from full-time to part-time within your organization. Additionally, there is a penalty of Rs.[redacted] against order ID No: [redacted]04. I attempted to cancel the order several times due to bike issues, but it was not successful. I question the need for the penalty as I exert significant effort in the field, considering the expenses of fuel, bike maintenance, and labor. The Rs.[redacted] penalty equates to completing at least 60kms and delivering 7 orders. Regarding Zomato order no. [redacted] from Chanchal Namkeen, I encountered the following issues. Firstly, the Laung Sev packet (90 Rs for 500g) was torn upon delivery due to poor packaging, despite paying extra for packaging and delivery charges. Additionally, both Makhana items costing Rs. 80 (40 + 40) were missing from the order despite being shown as available on the Zomato app. This has been a recurring problem where items shown as available end up being unavailable, causing inconvenience. I do not expect this type of service from Zomato. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for the damaged items and the inconvenience caused.

Hello, my name is Swarnim Shrivastav, and I am a rider for Zomato in Kota, Rajasthan. I would like to bring to your attention that the company provides TL (Team Leader) support for riders in every city to assist them. However, in Kota, Rajasthan, there are two TLs, Mukul Garg and Ravi Panchal, who are not fulfilling their responsibilities properly. These TLs change a rider's location without permission or add/remove cross locations without consulting the riders, affecting our earnings and payouts significantly. Despite numerous complaints, they do not listen or cooperate with the riders. If they are not willing to help us, what's the point of being TLs? I am raising a concern regarding the lack of support and rude behavior exhibited by the Zomato Delivery Team Leaders towards their partners. I had requested a shift change from full-time to part-time and was given assurance of the change the next day. However, after following up for five days and requesting senior management details, they refused to provide the information, responded rudely, ignored my queries, and disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to contact them resulted in call disconnections. Many partners have already left Zomato due to similar treatment. If this is the level of support provided by the company, soon there may be a shortage of delivery personnel. This reflects poorly on Zomato's reputation. If issues like these persist unresolved, partners may resort to airing grievances on social media platforms. Thank you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Zomato. The experience with the restaurant Zaika by Anamika Caterer was a big letdown. I regret ordering through your app. The customer care service is poor, and it seems like there are fraudulent activities happening. Despite providing proof of receiving the wrong and inadequate food items, your team has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I feel deceived and disheartened by this experience. I have provided evidence of the problem but have not received appropriate support from your end. I demand a refund for my order number: [redacted] placed on July 03, [redacted], at 6:48 pm, for chicken dum biriyani from Zaika by Anamika Caterer. The order was incorrect, with only 1 leg piece instead of 2, less rice quantity, rotten potatoes, and poor taste. I have attached images for reference. Please refund my money promptly.

Hello, my name is Srikanth from Vizag. I work as a delivery partner for Zomato. Today I encountered an issue with an order; the customer was on a train and asked me to meet them at the 4th platform. I explained that we are not permitted to do so. I arrived at the railway station at 8:23 pm and contacted Zomato customer care. They provided a deadline of 8:47 pm. Eventually, the customer called me, requesting to cancel the order. I requested the cancellation, but Zomato support asked me to wait. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes, there was no resolution, leading to a loss of time and a shortfall in meeting my target for the day. I managed to complete only 17 orders. It is disheartening to face such challenges and receive inadequate responses from our customer care. I urge for better support and understanding for delivery riders like myself.

My friend made a ₹[redacted] online food order on Zomato from Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Unfortunately, the delivery person did not call before dropping off the order and did not deliver it to her at all. He initially claimed he delivered it to another apartment, but the residents there confirmed no delivery was made. Despite filing a complaint with Zomato's customer service, the delivery person falsely insisted he had completed the delivery. As a result, Zomato has not refunded her money, causing her a great deal of distress. The delivery person's name is Havish Havi, phone number +91 [redacted], and the order number is [redacted]. It would be greatly appreciated if Zomato could provide her with a refund.

In [redacted], I joined Zomato and earned quite well through it. However, I faced some problems after my accident. I started to fear driving a car, which led to issues with our rating card. Due to the deletion of some of my orders, my ID got suspended. I was informed that I had delayed 70 orders, but this information is false. The order IDs provided to me included orders that I was not involved in. Kindly reactivate my ID, as one of those orders was not mine.

I placed an order for pizza through Zomato. The app says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. The delivery driver is not responding and keeps ending the calls. I'm exhausted after work and was really looking forward to a peaceful meal. It's frustrating that Zomato is not taking my concern seriously. It's late, and the service from Zomato seems really poor. I've been trying to reach out, but the call won't go through.

Dear Sir, I created my Zomato delivery partner ID on September 25th, but faced issues regarding vehicle, shift, and area after paying the onboarding fees. I have submitted all required details, but the account creation process stops there. I keep getting automatically logged out with a "user not authorized" error message.
