Dear Yahoo, I have an innovative suggestion for a new platform concept that could potentially generate significant revenue. I propose creating groups on Yahoo that resemble the layout of Facebook, inviting members from Yahoo groups to join. The idea involves offering a variety of paid group options, such as access to newspaper sites, ebook sites, advice groups (like lawyer advice groups), lesson sites, photo sites, and more. Users would pay to join these specialized groups, alleviating administrative burdens for these entities. Yahoo would then earn a percentage of the fees paid to join these groups, while distributing the remainder to the respective content providers. By maintaining a large user base with free general groups, Yahoo can attract individuals willing to pay for access to specialized content. The key is to simplify the process for setting up newspapers and other platforms on Yahoo, handling the financial transactions efficiently. I believe this model could be mutually beneficial for Yahoo and its users. If this idea proves successful, I would appreciate your consideration for a reward commensurate with your discretion. Sincerely, Eddie Miller

I have an idea for Yahoo! A platform with groups, similar to Facebook, could be set up. Invite Yahoo! group members to join these groups. There can be general groups and paid groups where users pay to join. For instance, newspapers, ebook sites, advice groups, lesson sites, photo sites, etc., could charge for membership. This can reduce administrative stress for these entities by handling the payment admin. Yahoo! would take a percentage of the profits from these paid groups and distribute the rest to the respective newspapers, lawyers, etc. By attracting users to join various groups, Yahoo! can create a large user base. This model allows easy setup for newspapers and others, with Yahoo! managing the financial side. The focus would be on encouraging users to join various paid groups while still providing free general groups. The tagline could be "Set up on Yahoo! in minutes and we'll handle the payment administration." Regards, Eddie M.

I served in the army and traveled abroad. Upon my return, I faced login issues with my account. I was unable to recall my password due to lack of internet access. While I am certain about one security question, I cannot remember my girlfriend from that period, hindering access to a potential third security question. I seek assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to my account. You can reach me at [redacted] to provide the necessary help.

Hello. I am encountering two issues with two separate email accounts. Firstly, I have forgotten the password for a business email address ([redacted]). Unfortunately, we lost the associated phone last year, which made it impossible to access the email without it. I need to reset the password and update the phone number linked to the account. Secondly, I mistakenly deleted an email address ([redacted]) that I still use to access certain applications. I need to recover this email address promptly. I noticed on Yahoo Mail's official website that there is an option to pay $5 for a password reset, but I am unsure how to proceed as I am not located in the United States to select a state.

I recently purchased a new phone and had to change my phone number. When attempting to sign back into my yahoo account on the new phone, it requests a verification code be sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. There is an alternative email for the code, but I don't recall setting it up and can't access it either. Is there a solution to regain access to my yahoo account?

Hi, I'm having trouble recovering my Yahoo password. I enter my ID but the system asks for the numbers of a telephone number that isn't mine. The pre-selected country code is unfamiliar to me, making it impossible to proceed. This issue is preventing me from backing up my account and regaining access. Your assistance in restoring my account is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yesterday, my phone reset itself, causing me to lose access to both my Facebook and Yahoo accounts. I urgently need to retrieve information from my Facebook for an upcoming court hearing related to my children. Unfortunately, accessing my Facebook relies on getting into my Yahoo account, which my boyfriend had compromised a couple of years ago. I am looking to reset my Yahoo password to regain access to my verification codes and secure my Facebook account before he potentially interferes.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my old Yahoo email account. Despite knowing my username and password, your system is preventing me from logging in due to "suspicious activity." Unfortunately, I am unable to verify my identity as the phone numbers and recovery email linked to the account are no longer valid. I believe I can successfully answer my secret questions if given the opportunity. I am willing to scan and email my personal documents for identity confirmation. Additionally, I can provide a list of emails from various games and services I used when the account was active. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your assistance.

Help needed! I have lost all my emails from [redacted] and half of [redacted], along with the contents of 8-10 folders, and my saved copies. I submitted a form to Yahoo for restoration, but nothing has been recovered. I am unable to find a legitimate Yahoo contact number online and have only encountered scammers. It's frustrating there is no proper customer service for such serious issues. I suspect the emails were deleted on November 28th after a possible hacking incident around November 24th. Could someone advise me on how to recover my emails promptly? Thank you for any assistance. - Deborah

I have been trying to email J at [redacted] for many years without issues. Recently, however, my emails are bouncing back as undeliverable with an error message stating that J doesn't have a Yahoo account at that address. Despite the recipient confirming the email's correctness, I'm unable to reach them. Can anyone assist me in resolving this matter so I can successfully send and receive emails with this address again? Thank you.

Yesterday, I got an email warning that my account would be canceled in 48 hours. I took the steps mentioned initially until I realized it was a scam, and I quickly changed my password. This morning, I received another email from a different source threatening account cancellation if I didn't follow the same steps. I'm worried about losing my emails or having them held as mentioned today. What should I do next to ensure my account's safety and keep my emails intact?

I received emails from [redacted] indicating that my account would be deleted if I didn't follow a link and complete the steps provided. However, the day before, I received an email with the Yahoo logo saying my emails would be retained and my account shut down if I didn't accept an update, which turned out to be false. I changed my password right away. Would changing the password be enough to secure my account?

I recently got an email saying someone tried to access my account from Mexico. The email asked me to click a link and enter a code. Since then, I can't log in. When I enter my email, it should send a code via text, but I never receive it, even though my phone number is right. I've attempted several times and am now locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I clicked an unknown email link, which I know is a security risk. What steps should I take next?

Additionally, I can't recall the password for the email linked for recovery purposes. I have been locked out for six years now and an important email, containing my examination results, was recently sent to that account by mistake. I need urgent assistance with this matter.

I set up my user name using my email address a long time ago, but now it's not working, and I can't access my email account. Despite multiple attempts to change my user name online, I have been unsuccessful. Two at&t technicians informed me that I cannot modify my user id and would need to create a new one. They attempted to change it without success, advising me to seek assistance at an at&t store. I'm unsure about what to request at the store, so I have been unable to resolve the issue. Having my email account is crucial for staying in touch with distant relatives. One technician suggested trying to update the user name on my Amazon Fire tablet or another device, but that didn't solve the problem. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. - Polly Haney
