As a stage 4 cancer patient, I have been trying to return three faulty items I purchased from Woot since October 11th. Despite my multiple emails, I have not received a proper response. I am worried about being unable to return these items within their policy. The phone number provided is unresponsive, making me feel like they are taking advantage of me. As I am soon going back to the hospital, I urgently need this issue resolved. After contacting Amazon, who Woot claims to be affiliated with, I was told they are not involved in Woot's customer service. I am reaching out here for assistance in resolving this situation promptly.

On March 7th, I began buying a CRAFTSMAN Cord Reel 50ft 14AWG on Woot for $48.99. Today, I received an email from Amazon offering $10 off a $25 purchase by using an Amazon pickup point with the code PICKUP10OFF. When I tried to use the code on Woot, it couldn't be found. Amazon suggested calling Woot at [redacted], but the robot prompt required an extension number or to press zero for the operator, which didn't work. Despite learning Amazon acquired Woot in [redacted], it seems challenging to connect with customer service. Should I cease my relationship with Woot? I've been a frequent buyer and could cancel my account, informing others to buy directly from Amazon instead due to the lack of reliable Woot customer service. I recently received notification that my Amazon order via Woot was cancelled due to being deemed undeliverable and sent back. My order number is [redacted]7 and the tracking ID is TBA[redacted]18. I would appreciate assistance in having the item redelivered since it was already paid for. I would like the option of having a replacement sent out promptly. I am eagerly awaiting a response to address this matter. Thank you.

I have placed over [redacted] orders as a long-time customer and I am extremely frustrated with the way my recent order has been handled. I have repeatedly requested assistance but have only received generic responses that do not address the issue or provide any real updates on its status. Despite my efforts to escalate the problem, I have only received more unhelpful form letters in return. I am seeking to resolve this matter satisfactorily and would like to speak with a representative to address the situation directly. My concern stems from purchasing a Cort Earth Series Earth70 Acoustic Guitar on February 19th with Two-Day shipping. Despite the promised delivery time, the item has not yet been shipped and is still listed as "Preparing for shipment" on the website. After multiple attempts to seek clarification on the status of my order, I have only received vague responses about delays and a refund for a "lost shipment" that never occurred. My repeated requests for a resolution and for the item to be shipped as originally intended have been overlooked, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of proper customer service provided. I am hoping to reach a resolution and have my concerns addressed by a competent representative.

I bought 3 Aduro solar power banks, a 10,[redacted] mAh in September, and 2 Durp 6,[redacted] mAh solar power banks around Christmas to keep my kids safe during emergencies due to my stage 4 cancer. Unfortunately, none of the chargers worked during a recent 5+ day power outage, despite being placed in sunny windows. The last chat representative directed me to a questionable site seeking payment information. I simply seek a full refund for these non-functional items. My kids, aged 17 and 20, are careful with electronics. Additionally, the power bank I received does not match the cover photo, though it might be the same brand but not the model I purchased.

On March 21, [redacted], I purchased a Dyson Vacuum cleaner on sale for $[redacted].99. The confirmation email I received with the number #[redacted]1 indicated an estimated arrival date of March 28, [redacted]. Our shipping address is our home, which is currently being repaired due to flood damage from Hurricane Ian. Despite my husband checking our home daily for mail and deliveries, the vacuum did not arrive on the 28th as expected. After discovering how to track the delivery status the next day, I was shocked to learn that Amazon Logistics had delivered the order on March 24th and left it unattended at our front door, where it was stolen. As an Amazon Prime member, I typically receive notifications of deliveries via my Alexa device and follow-up emails with photos showing the delivery location, but none of this happened with this order. I contacted "[redacted]" on March 31st and am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this unfortunate situation. This experience with my Woot order is unprecedented, and I hope for a prompt response with a solution. Thank you. - Gwendolyn S.

I am interested in purchasing the unlocked Motorola One 5G currently in my cart. The sale price is $[redacted].99 and ends today. I am wondering if this phone is compatible with Visible by Verizon. I am aware that some phones may work on Verizon but not on Visible. The product description states it will work with all carriers. Could you also provide information about the return policy? If I buy the phone and find out the IMEI number is not compatible, am I eligible for a refund? I am eager to buy this phone but need assurance about its compatibility. My child initially ordered a TV but later wished for a larger size. During a call to reschedule delivery, he requested to return the TV, accepting a $50 restocking fee. The TV was never delivered, and the fee was never charged. Currently, Amazon is claiming we owe $[redacted].98 despite the TV not being received due to the cancellation of the delivery order. The order number is #[redacted]3, and the tracking number is WT[redacted]4, showing the package at CEVA in San Francisco since May 24. Urgent assistance is requested to address this issue promptly. This is my first order with Woot, and I purchased a Kindle Paperwhite. Unfortunately, due to my eyesight, I am unable to adjust the screen for comfortable reading. I would like to return it for a refund. Could you please provide me with instructions on how to do this? I am sorry for the inconvenience, but the device is not suitable for me. I am having trouble creating a Woot account. I logged in with my Amazon account details, clicked on "continue to Woot.com," and then selected "No, continue to Woot.com." However, when I tried to finish the registration process by entering my email and clicking on the "Create a Woot account" button, nothing happened. Additionally, there is an error message at the top of the page asking me to enter my name, but there is no field provided to input my name. Despite using my Amazon account, I am unable to successfully create a Woot account due to this issue in the registration process.

I placed an order with Woot for a TV using a card that had a low limit, which caused the payment to default to my friend's card ending in [redacted]. She disputed the charge, so I used my account ending in [redacted] to pay for the TV through Amazon. We returned the TV, got confirmation of receipt, but haven't seen the refund after two weeks. I contacted Woot, but they keep insisting the refund was issued. None of the cards involved show a refund. They claim it was refunded to the original payment method, but since the [redacted] card was canceled, it couldn't have gone through. I believe the refund may have gone to the wrong card. I've tried to resolve this with Woot through email, but they haven't been helpful. I want the refund to go to card [redacted] or any other valid card. It's frustrating, and I wish there was a phone number to call for assistance. -Natalie B.-

On August 18th, I attempted to purchase a suitcase set from Woot/Amazon with order number #[redacted]0. Unfortunately, my Discover card was not accepted, so I decided to cancel the order. Despite receiving a confirmation email from Woot, I never received the order. My Discover card was still charged $27.81 for the purchase. I kindly request a refund for this amount as the suitcase set was not delivered. I have opened a dispute with Discover under case number [redacted]38Q and have also reached out to Amazon, who has no record of the charge. Thank you.

I recently received a gift which caused issues with my doctor health apps. The volume is low, and it takes a long time to stay on. I understand I could have returned it, but I didn't realize it would start malfunctioning. I would like a gift of the same value or store credit. Amazon's return page didn't offer that choice, and when I called, the lady I spoke to seemed to be having a bad day and didn't verify my account properly. I hope Amazon can make this right as I never had to deal with a malfunction before. Discrimination is not right, and I hope they can assist me properly. Thank you.
