Hello, I reside in Mexico and have been a loyal customer of the platform for several years due to its affordable prices. I appreciated the low shipping costs ranging from $0.2 to $0.7 in the past. However, since the recent changes in terms and conditions on March 9th, the shipping fees have significantly increased to a maximum of $2.5 and a minimum of $1.5 for Store delivery. I am disappointed by this hike and would like to understand the reason behind it. Will the shipping costs ever revert to their previous rates of less than $1? I have never encountered shipping costs exceeding $1 before, and I am hesitant to make future purchases due to this change. I would be grateful for an explanation from customer service. Hello, I purchased a pair of Jordan shoes and had them sent to a store near my house for pickup. When I went to collect my order, the shoes were missing. The store employee advised me to contact customer service, which I did. They mentioned issuing a refund within 16 days. However, after waiting, I didn't receive the refund. When I followed up, the customer service representative said I had to wait 5 to 7 more days and accused me of being rude, which wasn't the case as I have the messages to prove it. Despite multiple attempts and promises to resolve the issue within 3 days, I am yet to hear back. I just want confirmation that the refund has been processed as I haven't received it yet. Thank you.

I was requested to scan my photo ID before making a purchase on this App, as I haven't used it in a while. After ordering the products and paying, I received a notification from Wish stating that there was unauthorized activity on my account, which led to it being blocked. They informed me about this through notifications and returned the money. Although they unblocked the account for viewing notifications, I'm unable to place an order as it keeps asking me to log in with my email and password. I've tried explaining that I don't remember the password since it was years ago, and the "Send to get a ticket" option doesn't seem to work. Hello, I placed an order with Aiab in June for 2 cat fountains and accompanying filters. On July 17th, they claimed to have delivered everything, but I only received the filters and a USB extension cable. I did not order this cable. When I asked for clarification, they insisted the order was correct. I have photos to send them but am having trouble. I requested a refund, but have not received a response. I live at Via Berardo Maggi 24 in Corsano, Brescia. Can someone assist me?

I am requesting assistance for the two Samsung Galaxy S21+ Ultra phones I received on July 19th. They do not work with major U.S. carriers, which is unexpected for a world phone. I need the Manufacturer's Model Number, which should consist of letters and numbers. The model number is not visible on the phone itself, so I am unable to provide it. I made a purchase on Wish yesterday for a costume outfit costing $25 with $12 for shipping, totaling $37. When I attempted to cancel the order today, I discovered that extra items from my shopping cart were also purchased without my consent. After contacting customer service, an agent mentioned unauthorized access to my account and requested control of my phone for identity verification to process a refund, which I declined. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company. Though I tried to reach out to customer support again, the number provided has no live representatives. I contacted a phone number I found online listed as a Wish representative. They informed me that my account had been compromised, leading to unauthorized purchases. They offered a refund but requested identity verification through a phone app that raised concerns. I decided to contact my credit card company instead. I am troubled by these fraudulent transactions and seek assistance in resolving this issue, as I am unsure of the legitimacy of the phone number I initially called.

I recently ordered a moissanite 0.5ct silver fashion ring, but I realized the cost is higher than I expected. I need to transfer more funds to my account before I can reorder the ring. I recently purchased three Adult XXXL garments from this company, only to receive children's sizes with adult labels incorrectly sewn in. Despite my complaint, they refuse to issue a refund unless I cover the cost of returning the wrong products they sent. They are offering me only two options for returning the items, both of which suggest that I made a mistake in the purchase. It is clear that they are trying to shift the blame onto me for their error. As a customer in the United States, I expect them to follow the laws regarding accurate sizing and fair business practices. They must either send me the correct sizes or provide a full refund without any additional charges to me. They cannot expect me to incur more costs due to their mistake. It is essential for them to comply with U.S. regulations to continue operating here.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with one of my orders. According to the Wish website, my package was delivered to my home. The package is being tracked by Collissimo and the post office. The problem is that the post office's website states that my package has not been shipped from China. As a result, I did not receive my package today as expected. Hello, On 30th May [redacted], WISH debited my account twice without providing any explanation - €16 and €30, and I am uncertain about the purchases made. I have reached out to them multiple times, but they have failed to respond to my inquiries. Interestingly, I came across similar complaints from other customers facing unauthorized charges on their website. I have submitted my bank statement to WISH as evidence of the duplicate charges. I received the LED lights for my husband's car, but the nasal device for rhinitis was refunded because it never arrived. The black men's shoes also never showed up. These items do not appear in my purchase history. I have been given a tracking number for the shoes #RQ[redacted]38CN, but I only received a hair tie. I have emails showing the incorrect items received. I am unsure how to further explain this issue; each time I contact support, I am directed to check my purchase history. I am Gary P., and my address is 12 East 12 Street Apt301, Tulsa, Oklahoma [redacted], USA. I ordered Twseperette bike lights, but both were sent to the wrong address. Customer support informed me about a refund. Despite being told on August 9th that the items were delivered, I did not receive them. I was promised a full refund if they weren't received by August 13th. Today, I still haven't received them. I was able to secure a refund for one light but was advised today (August 13th) to contact UPS with the tracking number for the other light. UPS stated it was delivered to a different address provided by the sender. Please ensure I receive refunds for both lights as promised, along with the electric bikes and other items I purchased, sent to my correct address.

In October [redacted], I purchased an Android tablet from ZTSTORE. I received the item on October 20, [redacted]. On August 20, [redacted], I contacted the merchant as my tablet is malfunctioning. I requested a return slip for either repair or exchange. Initially, they claimed it was too late due to the item being over a year old. After a math lesson, they then refused due to the item being over 6 months old. They are selling in France without adhering to the country's law that mandates a 2-year warranty for all electronic devices. Furthermore, the seller misrepresented the tablet as having an [redacted] milliampere battery and dual cameras when, in reality, it has a [redacted] milliampere battery and a single camera. I urge them to reconsider their stance. Otherwise, I will no longer purchase from the WISH site due to the loss of trust caused by the unsatisfactory responses from the so-called Responsible at ZTSTORE.

I won several limited quantity deals but encountered issues since August 4th at 5:30 PM EST. Despite responding to an email on August 2nd about my Wish experience and giving low ratings due to customer service problems, I still face difficulties accessing the Limited Quantity Deals on the website. Even after contacting customer service multiple times, they only provide the same responses. On August 2nd, they informed me that a vendor couldn't fulfill an item I won, claiming it was out of stock, yet it appeared at the regular price later on the website. Although I received a package on the 14th containing some of the deals I won, two items were missing. Despite explaining the situation, they insisted the items were delivered. I have requested to speak to a supervisor, but this has been ignored. I just want the issue resolved so I can view and participate in the Limited Quantity Deals on the site.
