When I try to log in to wellsfargo.com on my computer, I'm finding it frustrating that I have to input my password multiple times. This causes issues with my Quicken downloads each time, as I have to go through three screens consecutively. Screen #1 asks for my User Name and Password. Screen #2 requests User Name, Password, and a 3-letter CAPTCHA. Screen #3 asks for User Name, Password, and a 4-letter CAPTCHA. Is there a way to simplify this process so that I only need to enter my user name and password? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, S. Meardon

Hello, I recently received a $10,[redacted].00 cheque from the IRS that I'd like to deposit into my account with number [redacted]. I am Ian Pallant from the UK. Typically, I deposit cheques using the banking app to take photos, but there is a daily limit of $[redacted] for deposits. I purchased my couch earlier in [redacted], but due to shortages at the time, I received my couch after a wait in 2 deliveries. I received my couch in one delivery and my ottoman a month later. I was under the impression that the whole thing was charged at once, but it turned out to be charged in 2 separate transactions. I received a Wells Fargo card that day with a 12-month 0% interest promotion. Due to the two transactions, there were 2 promotional periods: one ending in April and one in May. I missed this when planning payments and only noticed the May promotion. Believing the promo ended on May 12, [redacted], I scheduled the final payment for April 25, [redacted], and stopped automatic payments, assuming I was paying it off early. I made this payment before interest was charged on April 12, [redacted]. Today, I was unexpectedly logged out of my Wells Fargo app and discovered a balance of $[redacted] instead of $0. After contacting customer service, they advised the only option due to being 13 days late was to pay the $[redacted] in interest. I am seeking to have all the interest waived.

Hello, I deposited a check at the ATM two days ago without signing it. When I visited the bank the next day, the teller advised me to contact customer service to request a copy of the check for my signature. Despite the check having already cleared successfully for $22,[redacted] from the Camp Fire Victims Trust, I am unsure if I will receive the copy to sign and return. The teller mentioned the possibility of the copy being sent back for my signature. If this occurs, I wonder how long it will take for the funds to be available once I bring in the signed check copy to the bank. Thank you, V. Gann

Hello, I'm Catherine Evans Andres. I have a Wells Fargo account. I usually use my debit card, but it was declined a few times about two or three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I lost my phone just before that. When I have card problems, I usually call the [redacted] number. Today, I decided to try using my card again, and I was able to make a small purchase under five dollars, which was just a test to see if the card was still working. I believe it hasn't been blocked. I also need to update my email and phone number since I will have a new phone soon. My old email is blocked, so I need to provide my new contact information.

My name is Arthur Wilcox, and I live at [redacted] Anaise Court, Lithonia, GA [redacted]. The last four digits of my SSN are [redacted], and my date of birth is 06/05/[redacted]. We held an account with Wells Fargo for financing with Empire. Unfortunately, the flooring Empire installed in our house has buckled all over the floors. I reached out to Wells Fargo months ago about resolving this issue with Empire. I sent pictures to Empire four to five months ago, but they refused to repair the floors, citing a manufacturer defect. I believe I should not be responsible for paying for Empire's mistake in damaging our house. I spoke with a Wells Fargo representative who assured me they would call Empire to address the problem. I provided pictures to both Wells Fargo and Empire representatives, who indicated they were working on a resolution. I strongly believe this debt should be waived, canceled, and removed from my credit reports.

I noticed that my disputes have been closed, but I couldn't find any additional information online. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to contact customer service electronically. Despite receiving daily emails about my debit card being used without authorization, I didn't receive any follow-up communication on the closure of the disputes. I am concerned that any mailed documents might have been intercepted by the fraudulent user. I am requesting more detailed information on the disputes as I plan to reopen them since I don't see a resolution in my account. I received a fraudulent check that I unknowingly deposited. When I transferred the requested funds out of my account, Wells Fargo retracted the check, leaving me with a negative balance. I am currently abroad and unable to call them for assistance. I need the amount to be refunded to my account, relying on the scam protection previously in place. If the bank had not initially shown the funds as available before withdrawing them, I could have avoided this scam.

I recently updated my payroll system on 9-15-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I made an error entering my routing and account number, resulting in my direct deposit not going through. I discovered the mistake on 9-22-[redacted]. My employer promptly stopped the payment on the direct deposit and issued a paper check that was overnighted to me. I deposited the check on 9-19-[redacted] using the mobile app. However, Wells Fargo is now holding the check until 9-28-[redacted] pending verification from my employer. I have contacted Wells Fargo, but they keep insisting on verification from my employer before processing it. I am unsure why this verification is needed. Whenever I inquire, they either repeat the verification requirement or redirect me to another department. I am seeking Wells Fargo to release the funds promptly.
