Hello, I would like to purchase this item and have it delivered near Paris, France. Is this possible? I am finding it challenging to create an account for this purchase from my home in France and would like to know the shipping costs and delivery times. I purchased the Tyree bathroom mirror by GracieOakes (order [redacted]), but it was never delivered. After contacting them, a second mirror was sent, and it arrived on April 1st. Unfortunately, the mirror is chipped, marked, and insecurely attached at the back. I spent nearly £[redacted] on this item, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I am hesitant to return it myself and definitely won't cover return costs due to my overall unsatisfactory experience. I have already shared photos of the issues but have not received any response from the person handling my initial complaint about the non-delivery. I kindly request timely collection of the defective mirror and a full refund.

I have been a loyal customer of Wayfair for a long time. Most of the products I have received I have loved, but there have been a few that did not work out. I always found your processes and customer service to be fair. Three weeks ago, I ordered a rug for my sister. Unfortunately, I measured the room incorrectly as she had only seen the house once before purchasing it, so I couldn't verify the dimensions. When I requested a return, I was informed that I would have to pay $50 for shipping a small box with a folded-up carpet. This seemed unreasonable to me. In the past, I've only returned one damaged item, and your service was great about it. But now, being charged $50 for a return feels like nickel and diming loyal customers. I've noticed that I can order a similar rug on Amazon with free shipping and hassle-free returns. It seems like your policies have changed, and I'm disappointed in this new approach. Time to start exploring other online retailers. Not pleased with this experience.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the wood nightstand we recently purchased from your company. We encountered an issue during assembly where the holes for the rails were mistakenly drilled on the visible side, rendering the attachment of the board with the legs impossible due to missing pre-drilled holes. This has left us extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. We paid $93.27 for this item and are seeking a refund. We are prepared to provide photos if necessary. Hello, I recently purchased 4 Mirabel 79'' Long Reclining Single Chaise chairs. Unfortunately, they arrived completely rusted and broken in multiple places. I tried to return them, but it was not possible. The company offered me a discount or to send me replacements. I agreed to receive new ones, but they also arrived in the same condition. After leaving them outside for 2 days, they are rusting everywhere, making them unusable. It is disappointing to have paid $[redacted].61 for chairs that are not functional. I am wondering what options and recourse I have in this situation. Thank you.

I purchased the Bed from Wayfair (Joclynn Solid Wood Tufted Upholstered Low Profile Platform Bed by Everly Quinn - Wayfair Order #[redacted]). However, upon delivery, only the headboard and slats were included in the box, missing the side rails and footboard. Despite a promise of a second delivery for the remaining parts, no one showed up within the specified time frame. After contacting customer support, I was informed that my order was canceled due to a pricing error on Wayfair's end. Despite the availability of the missing items on their website, they refused to send them to me. I need the Gray upholstered side rails and chrome feet to complete the bed. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility for the error on Wayfair's side. I have tried to resolve this through customer service with no success, and I would like to know who else I can speak to in order to get the missing parts delivered. Wayfair should honor the advertised price and fulfill the complete order.

I purchased a sofa sleeper from Wayfair with a delivery date set for May 2-5. Unfortunately, May 5 passed without any updates from Wayfair. After contacting them, they mentioned a possible delivery on the 8th but couldn't confirm. This experience has left me dissatisfied with their delivery service. I feel they should improve their services to retain customers. I am now in a situation where I have guests arriving without a bed for them to sleep on. I am frustrated as I couldn't even cancel the order. Despite reaching out to customer service, I made no progress. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will no longer be using this card for future purchases.

Our order #[redacted] (English Country double handle wall-mounted tub spout) was delivered on Saturday, April 29th, [redacted], by FedEx. Unfortunately, the delivery truck damaged a small part of our new landscaping by breaking a few bluestone slabs. We have pictures of the damage available upon request. We received an estimate of $[redacted].44 from the contractor to repair the damage. We believe some responsibility falls on your end in this situation and hope for compensation. I recently made a purchase with your company, including an outdoor side table. Shortly after placing my order, I noticed the item went on sale for $15 less. I contacted your customer service within 24 hours to request a price match, but was told it couldn't be done since it was a sale price. I also couldn't cancel my order or return it without fees, which was frustrating. This lack of flexibility and customer support is disappointing. As a result, I won't be making future purchases from your company and will share this experience with my friends to prevent them from shopping with you. I purchased a two-person outdoor swing with individual swinging seats, cup holders, a canopy, and cushions a couple of years ago. It is around two to three years old, and we store it in our shed every winter. Recently, while sitting on it, we fell through. I have searched everywhere for the manual or any information to help replace the seat. I really enjoy this swing and hope you can assist me. Thankfully, no one was hurt during the incident. I am having issues with the delivery service. I placed my order weeks ago, but I keep receiving notices a day before the delivery date, only to have the delivery canceled an hour before. The excuses are endless—claims of damaged items, lost packages, out-of-state issues, etc. I ordered a sofa bed because I've been sleeping on a couch, and I've had to move my furniture around multiple times in anticipation of the delivery, only to face another cancellation. Most frustratingly, they now claim there isn't enough room on the truck for my order that I've been patiently waiting for, even though it's supposedly sitting in their warehouse. This situation needs to see significant improvement as it's becoming increasingly problematic.

I received order #[redacted] on May 19th, a Lamacchia Wall Mirror by Mercer41. Unfortunately, the mirror arrived damaged and shattered into pieces. While trying to move it, I even cut myself due to the broken glass. I have requested a replacement, but I am now seeking assistance with the proper disposal of the broken mirror. It is too heavy and unsafe for me to handle alone, as it does not fit in my garbage bin and is beyond repair for donation.

I made an order #[redacted] around 5/22/23 but had to cancel it upon learning it wouldn't arrive until August [redacted]. Despite canceling, it shows as delivered by Comenity. I've tried to explain this to them but haven't had any luck. Kindly remove this inaccurate transaction from my account or inform Comenity it's not valid. Thank you for addressing this. On Monday, June 5th, I received my new vanity. However, it was placed by my garage door underneath my house instead of at my front door. I believe this was intentional to avoid carrying it upstairs. My frustration stems from now needing to hire help to move the heavy furniture upstairs. Considering my son's torn rotator cuff and my husband's upcoming shoulder surgery, lifting the vanity is not an option for them. I have previously been pleased with Wayfair, but this recent incident has made me reconsider ordering from your company in the future.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the Wayfair Fraud Department regarding a declined purchase on my new Wayfair Citi MC. Despite activating my card and making successful purchases, my $8.58 transaction at The Xchange was inexplicably declined, causing immense embarrassment. Multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the phone led to further frustration as I encountered difficulties with foreign call center agents and ultimately had my account seemingly closed without resolution. It was disheartening to learn that CITI BANK is not directly responsible for such operational issues with the credit cards bearing their logo. I am left feeling unsupported and unheard in this situation and am considering escalating my concerns further.

Good afternoon Wayfair team, I purchased a dining table with order #[redacted] on May 26. The order arrived at my house yesterday, June 14, but unfortunately, only the glass part of the table was delivered. As a customer waiting for your product, this incomplete order is disappointing. Hello, I'm Nancy and I require assistance with this issue. My order number [redacted] placed on June 3 for delivery on June 13 was not shipped. After contacting customer service for a refund, they requested 2 business days to process it. Following up with another email was impossible as the email address provided was non-functional. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of respect towards a loyal customer like myself. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to take drastic actions to prevent others from facing a similar situation.

A few days ago, someone hacked into my Wayfair account and made unauthorized purchases totaling $[redacted] and attempted an $[redacted] transaction, which was flagged by PayPal for exceeding my credit limit. I was unaware of the $[redacted] purchase until PayPal notified me. I immediately had PayPal and my credit card canceled. My credit card company is conducting an investigation and may refund the money within 10 days. FedEx contacted me a couple of days later regarding the delivery of large items, which were later rerouted to a Dollar General for pickup in Amanda, Ohio, although I live in London, Ohio. I instructed FedEx to return the items to Wayfair. Upon my return home, I found one box delivered to my house. Despite my intentions to return the items, Wayfair informed me that I could keep the delivered package, which turned out to be a single sofa piece of a 6 piece sectional sofa initially ordered. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, I was left with only one sofa piece and was told the rest couldn't be returned to me due to my involvement with FedEx. It's disappointing to be left with just a portion of the sectional sofa after trying to do the right thing.

I recently received an email from Wayfair advertising a sale on planters. There was a rust brown planter pictured at a sale price of $[redacted].99. However, upon selecting the color, the price increased to $[redacted].99. When contacting customer service, they explained that the pricing is set by the vendor. I believe this practice resembles a "bait and switch" tactic and goes against fair trade standards. It is misleading to display an item at one price only to increase it when a specific color is chosen. If this happened in a physical store with a shirt advertised at $39.00 but priced at $59.00 for selecting a different color, I would walk away and report it to the BBB. As customers, we should be valued over vendors or corporate executives. Let's hold companies accountable for transparent pricing practices.
