My daughter, aged eleven, who is visiting Disney for the first time, unfortunately broke her foot yesterday. We have a ticket to Magic Kingdom and two tickets to the water parks, including Disney Springs, but she can't get her foot wet. I need to rearrange our plans to make the most of this trip. We can't miss out on it. I'm hoping to exchange the water park tickets for an activity she can enjoy in a wheelchair without getting wet. We'll be staying at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort from the 10th to the 13th of this month. Please assist us. This trip is important to my daughter, and we may not be able to afford to come back soon. I want her to have this experience while she's still young. Disney team, please help us make this dream trip possible.

I had a reservation at Raglan Road on Monday, June 7th, [redacted]. I am going to be a cast member soon. I used the automatic reservation line to cancel, and then called Raglan Road to confirm the cancellation and ensure I wouldn't be charged. I was assured there would not be a charge. Unfortunately, I am now seeing a charge on my account despite this. This is frustrating as we had to cancel due to plumbing issues.

Good morning, when my passengers created their account on MDE, they entered an email they no longer wish to use as they made a mistake and want to change it to the one they use for family purposes. How should they proceed? They mistakenly used for login: [redacted] and want to switch to [redacted] I am their travel agent LORENA REMON, from VIVA ORLANDO LLC (CLIA [redacted]3). I am reaching out through this forum, as contacting by phone currently involves long waiting times. The account is all set up with the family group, the lined-up tickets, and park reservations. They just need to change from gmail to hotmail for the email access to the My Disney Experience account. I await your response on how to resolve this issue and ensure their satisfaction. Thank you.

I have a friend visiting on September 9th. She has a MagicBand purchased a while back with two days remaining (never expire) that we're trying to book for the same days as our planned visit. However, due to the band being old, it doesn't link up. Disney instructed her to bring the band to customer service. The concern is if she waits until arriving, the parks might be full, and she could miss out. She'll mail me the band as I have her Disney account details. I live two and a half hours away and am willing to drive to resolve this, but I don't want to waste a whole day if she has to be present. How can we address this without any further complications or needing to buy additional days?

I need assistance with booking my Disney dining reservations. Despite our stay being scheduled for 10/3-10/9 and the 60-day booking window, I encountered an issue. Disney instructed me to "add a reminder" to my calendar, which I did. However, the system set daily reminders starting 60 days before each date. Today should be the day to book for 10/3, but I found that all dates are available with most picks already taken. This situation is disappointing and seems unfair. I feel let down as it appears others may have circumvented the system. I would like this issue rectified promptly as it is unacceptable to me.

I am trying to book Disney dining for my trip from 10/3 to 10/9. Disney emailed me to start booking 60 days in advance. However, when I tried to reserve today for 10/3, I found limited availability for all the dates. This was despite setting up reminders on my calendar as instructed by Disney. I am disappointed with this oversight and frustrated by the lack of options. I followed the guidelines and waited to book, only to be met with this issue. I hope Disney addresses this problem promptly.

Good morning. I am not sure if this is the correct place to share my thoughts, but I would like to make a suggestion. Television programming seems lacking, with little suitable content for children out of the [redacted] channels available. I suggest bringing back the 'Wonderful World of Disney' for its quality family entertainment. The current programs do not seem to align with the values of family-friendly content that Mr. Disney envisioned. Our kids deserve better role models and entertainment options. If possible, please forward this message to the appropriate individuals responsible for programming decisions. Thank you for your attention. God bless you all.

I want to report an incident that occurred at Disneyland in Anaheim on May 23, [redacted], around 3:30 pm. While waiting in line #1 at Splash Mountain with my grandson, there was an accident. As my grandson boarded the ride before me, I was left standing by the open gate. Unfortunately, the iron gate suddenly closed while my hand was on it, causing me to lose balance and fall backward, hitting my head on the gate. Medical help was provided at the park's facility, and I was later taken to St. Joseph's Hospital for further evaluation. I have been trying to reach out without success and hope to discuss this matter with the park. I do not currently have legal representation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mary Ann M.

I'm currently in Okinawa, Japan, and have had multiple unsuccessful phone calls with a representative, as well as extensive time on hold trying to resolve an issue. I'm hoping for your assistance with linking our Resort reservation on the MYDISNEYEXPERIENCE site. It appears that I have two logins for Disney, possibly due to my fantasy football ESPN site accounts with the emails [redacted] and [redacted] I'm unsure if this is causing the problem, but I would like for the accounts to be merged, preferably under the [redacted] email. Despite the difficulty, I managed to link the Park Tickets and make Park Reservations. I am looking to successfully link our Resort reservation to make all necessary arrangements for our upcoming stay.

I need assistance with my Swan Reserve FLRES Annual Package for Dec 16-19. As a Florida resident working in Okinawa, Japan for the US Air Force, I am having trouble linking it on MYDISNEYEXPERIENCE. I successfully linked the Memory Maker Ticket with confirmation number DZCG[redacted]8, but over 72 hours have passed without progress. I wish to extend our stay to Dec 20 without room changes. I may have two Disney login emails due to using a fantasy football ESPN site ([redacted] and [redacted]). Can these be merged with [redacted] as the preferred login? Despite attempts to reach a representative by phone and enduring long hold times, dropped calls, and failed chat attempts, the issue remains unresolved. I missed a callback due to time zone differences. Your help is appreciated.

As an enthusiastic Disney fan with a long history of visits, including working at a Disney Store in Maryland and frequent trips to DisneyWorld and Disneyland since [redacted], I am deeply disheartened by the recent changes introduced by Disney, such as Genie, Genie Plus, Lightning Lanes, discontinuation of Magical Express, and paid parking at resorts. These modifications reflect a strong profit-driven focus by Disney, which is a stark departure from the company's previous values. Consequently, I have made the difficult decision to discontinue my visits to DisneyWorld and Disneyland. The blatant prioritization of financial gain over customer experience has tarnished my view of Disney, and I believe Walt Disney himself would be disappointed with the current direction of the company. This realization saddens me immensely.

While on the way to Disney World, we attempted to buy a ticket but couldn't use it as the credit card transaction hadn't gone through at that time. Subsequently, we had to buy another ticket at the park since they couldn't verify the first purchase. However, my credit card was charged for two tickets even though I only used one.

On December 6, I purchased tickets for my family of four for two days at Disney. However, upon checking my card statement, I noticed that I was charged for three days instead of two, with an extra day requiring reservations. I am seeking a refund for the third unintended day. Our upcoming visit is scheduled for January 30 to February 5th, where we planned to visit Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on Monday and Tuesday. Despite my efforts to contact ticket services over the past two days, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter. My husband and I have both experienced long wait times on hold. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue. The confirmation number for the transaction is NNLT[redacted]0.

I purchased four tickets specifically to visit Magic Kingdom. Two of the tickets are for my sister, who recently came from Jamaica and wishes to visit the park. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reserve the tickets as I was waiting for the confirmation to link them to the account. We are planning to visit Magic Kingdom on December 14th as my sister will be leaving on the 15th. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in reserving these tickets for my sisters. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding our recent visit to Magic Kingdom on Saturday, December 11th. It was my son's 4th birthday, a special occasion as it was his first time at Disney World. Unfortunately, he was disappointed as we spent the entire day at the park without seeing any Disney characters, especially Mickey Mouse. I kindly request that Disney World Magic Kingdom consider reissuing 5 tickets (3 for adults and 2 for children) for us to revisit the park. We hope for the assurance that my son will finally get to meet Mickey Mouse and other beloved characters on our next visit. Your help in making this possible would truly make my son's day and bring smiles to our faces.

I'm facing a big issue and urgently require a receipt for a partial refund I received for my Disney vacation due to some cancellations. I need this proof for buying a house, as the underwriter needs to verify the legitimacy of the refund. This is the only hurdle in my homeownership process, so your assistance is greatly appreciated. My reservation number is [redacted]9. Best, Miranda W.

Product: Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom (SotMK) I am disappointed that Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom (SotMK) has been closed due to lack of interest. Many of us, including myself, have invested a significant amount of money into this game. Considering the current circumstances with the pandemic, it seems unreasonable to shut it down. Perhaps exploring options for an online or at-home version could be a good compromise. The closure of SotMK has left many of us feeling dissatisfied and like some of the magic has been taken away from Disney World. I hope Disney reconsiders their decision and finds a way to keep the magic alive for fans of the game.

I bought tickets for Animal Kingdom today but have faced challenges trying to make a reservation online due to website issues. Now, I am being informed that I can only visit Epcot or another park. I purchased the tickets well in advance to secure reservations, but I am struggling to reach customer service for assistance. I traveled from Ohio to visit this park, and it is frustrating that there have been changes after I made my ticket purchase.
