I regret to inform you that your order from Tarantella's could not be delivered to your address for unknown reasons. Although the driver made attempts to contact you and encountered an issue with reaching your phone, a charge of $37.19 was placed on your Visa account. Despite Visa advising you to wait, the charge remains on your bill. As I did not receive the food, I kindly request the charge be removed promptly to avoid initiating a charge-back with Visa. I am experiencing issues with my Uber Eats account. I added a $75 gift card balance over a month ago but encountered problems when trying to use it for a meal. Despite contacting Uber Eats three times through the app to troubleshoot the issue, it remains unresolved. I am in urgent need of assistance as I require hot meals due to my inability to carry groceries. I kindly request a $20 voucher to alleviate the situation as I have been struggling to get food all week. Please deduct the balance from my account and allow the order to go through so I can eat. We selected "Leave at the door delivery" through Uber Eats for a 7:45 - 8:15 pm delivery. Missing a call from the delivery partner at 7:55 pm caused confusion when we found no food upon returning home at 8:15 pm. We made efforts to contact the partner and reached out to customer support via the Uber Eats app. The response stated that the partner attempted to call and waited at the building for 12 minutes, but no further assistance was offered. I have questions: 1. Where did the Uber Eats partner leave the delivery? 2. Why was there no second attempt to contact us? 3. The food was not left at the door because we were home by 8:15 pm and no food was found. If the driver waited for 12 minutes, the food should have been there.

We selected "Leave at door delivery" on Uber Eats for a 7:45 - 8:15 pm slot. At 7:55 pm, the delivery person called us, but we missed the call, and there was no further contact. Upon returning at 8:25 pm, the food was not there. Despite efforts to reach the driver, we were informed by Uber Eats support that the delivery person had attempted to deliver and waited for 12 minutes but couldn't assist further. 1. Where was the delivery left by the Uber Eats partner? 2. Why was there no additional attempt to contact us? 3. The food was not left at the door, as we were home by 8:15 pm and no one took it. 4. I am requesting a refund from Uber Eats for the missing order.

We selected "Leave at door delivery" on Uber Eats for 7:45-8:15 pm. The delivery partner called at 7:55 pm but we missed it, and he did not call again. Upon arriving home at 8:15 pm and not finding the food, we tried to reach the partner but couldn't. Customer support stated the driver attempted to call and waited for 12 minutes. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide further assistance. 1. Where did the Uber Eats partner leave the delivery? 2. Why didn't they make another contact attempt? 3. The food was not at the door upon our return at 8:15 pm, making it unclear where it was left since the driver supposedly waited for 12 mins.

I attempted to place an order at 10:57 with a promotion that expired at 11:00. Despite trying to enter new card information and using Google Pay, the app did not save it. Eventually, I had to use a card on file at 11:00, but when I tried to place the order, the promotion had disappeared, leading to the full amount being charged to the card, which I didn't want to use due to having only $20 credit on it. The transaction was thankfully declined, and I was unable to proceed with the order. I am disappointed as the promotion was significant for me. I hope for some assistance, as I am hungry and in need. Hello, I have utilized Uber Eats frequently, but encountered an issue where I received the wrong order. Despite reporting the problem through the app's help center the same night, I did not receive any response. After reaching out again, I was informed of a 48-hour window that had passed, and received a disappointing apology. As a disabled person, I cannot afford to waste money due to your employee's mistake. The lack of satisfactory customer service is disheartening. Given the abundance of delivery companies available, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hello, my name is Josh. I ordered delivery from "Nana Thai Restaurant" on Uber Eats in Toronto for my birthday. I placed the order around 8:30 pm, and the estimated delivery time was 40-50 minutes. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive until 90 minutes later at 10 pm, and the food was cold. I understand delays can happen, but the long delivery time was mostly due to multiple stops. If I had known it would take this long, I would have chosen pickup or called the restaurant directly. I believe the delay was not the restaurant's fault but a result of slow delivery. I am a frequent Uber Eats user, and I am disappointed with the service this time. The inaccurate delivery time and cold food have left me frustrated. I placed an order with Cotton Patch Cafe via Uber earlier today. I had ordered the 2 for $18 chicken fried steak dinners special, along with some shrimp and butter cake. However, I only received one of the dinners. Additionally, I had a Capital One discount of $25 applied to the order. After tipping, the total charge came to $19.96. Although the charge seems correct, I am missing the second chicken fried steak dinner I ordered. My order only included 1 chicken fried steak dinner with 2 sides of broccoli casserole, shrimp, and 1 butter cake dessert. I used the Capital One discount to bring my order total to the expected $18-$19 range. Could you please rectify this issue by either refunding me or delivering the missing chicken fried steak dinner? Hello, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a situation I had with an order from URBN Encinitas on Friday, May 21, [redacted]. Simply put, I attempted to use an UberEATS gift card for a delivery. After placing the order, I decided to pick it up instead. Upon contacting the restaurant, they advised cancelling the order, ensuring they would still be paid. Despite this, after cancelling, I was still charged $19.93 on my gift card for the food, but the delivery charges and taxes were refunded. Upon picking up the food, the restaurant had not received payment (despite me being charged on the UberEATS app), forcing me to pay again out of pocket, defeating the purpose of using my gift card. In total, I'm now out $20 from my own money plus $19.93 from the gift card. Could someone please help resolve this? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, A.

I recently placed an order from Rallys burger and another from Blaze Pizza totaling over $90 through Uber Eats. Both times, the drivers handed me the wrong orders. Despite being assured of a full refund by Uber Eats representatives due to the mix-up, I have yet to receive the funds after several days. In the past in North Hollywood, I faced similar issues with undelivered food and had to request refunds. While Uber Eats introduced a password verification feature for deliveries, my recent orders were not protected by it. When I inquired about the refund status, Uber Eats declined citing past complaints about undelivered orders, leaving me frustrated with losing almost $[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through email, chat, and their website, I only receive automated responses with no resolution in sight.

I request a refund on the same day. I have been trying to contact you for days, and this lack of response is not acceptable. As a person with a disability, I will have to report this if no action is taken. On April 12, [redacted], I downloaded the Uber Eats app and entered my full address. Although the app initially matched me with a nearby Taco Bell in Punxsutawney, PA, there were multiple delays in my order being delivered. Despite the promised 45-minute wait time, the delivery kept extending by 15-minute increments, causing me to ultimately cancel the order. I was charged $9.99 on May 12, [redacted], for the drive despite expecting free delivery, and later charged $18.08 on May 17, [redacted], for the same order which had allegedly already started preparation. It was frustrating as I never got matched with a driver yet was charged for both the delivery and the food. I believe I deserve a full refund as the errors seemed to be on the app's end, not mine.

I recently ordered food from La Cueva via UberEats in Cuernavaca, Morelos. Unfortunately, my two pozoles arrived with some broth spilled out during delivery, prompting me to return the order. Yesterday, I received an Uber Eats notification on my phone with a promo code for 75% off my next two orders, up to a maximum of $20, expiring in December [redacted]. The code was "FIRSTEATS75." After clicking on the notification, I tried to add the coupon later but the screen refreshed, and the code disappeared. When I entered the code in the app's Promotions section, it showed as expired, although I had just received it the day before. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any contact information to reach out for support. It's frustrating not to be able to use the promo code and not have a way to get assistance from a company as large as Uber Eats.

We placed an order with Uber Eats for McDonald’s at 11:50. The estimated delivery time was 15-25 minutes, but unfortunately, there are no drivers available, and we have been waiting for 40 minutes now with no assigned driver. It is frustrating that we can't cancel without being charged due to the lack of available drivers. We believe we should receive a full refund for this inconvenience as it is out of our control. We were considering canceling and picking up the order ourselves, but the policy preventing us from doing so without a charge is unreasonable. It is disappointing that there is no live chat support to address this issue promptly.

I am disappointed to share that I was charged $9.85 for a tip for the delivery person, despite entering $0.00 tip in the app as I intended to tip in cash. I even left instructions for the driver not to leave without taking the cash tip I had prepared. My total bill should have been $24.71, not $34.56. I am seeking a refund promptly. Contacting UberEats has been challenging, as their customer service is inaccessible. Spending over 2 hours to resolve an issue with a billion-dollar corporation without speaking to a live person is frustrating. I might have to involve my bank to dispute this unnecessary charge that could have been avoided if addressed promptly.

This evening, I placed an order for my family totaling over £50, which included my 5 children, one of whom is 3 years old, at 6:11 pm. After waiting for over an hour, the order was unfortunately cancelled. Although I was refunded, I had to reorder, but most items were out of stock by then at the same place. I chose a different place to order from, but they also didn't have all the items from my original order. The expected delivery time is now set for 9:45 pm, which is frustrating. Despite reaching out for help and receiving automated responses, my hungry and tired children are still waiting for their food. I wish the new order could have been prioritized, but alas, we are here waiting with just an apology from an automated system.
