We experienced a street name change 18 months ago, and since then, we've had ongoing mail delivery issues. Despite placing a hold mail request during our vacation last year and being advised to fill out a forward mail request upon our return, we continue to receive mail returned with a yellow label stating "forward time expired run to sender." We've contacted our local post office multiple times, but the problem remains. Our previous address was [redacted] Confederate South Drive, Missouri City, TX [redacted], and our current address is [redacted] Prosperity South Drive, Missouri City, Texas [redacted]. The only difference between the addresses is the word "Confederate" changing to "Prosperity." Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I realized that my diploma was sent to my previous PO box, and I didn't set up mail forwarding. I am concerned about whether it has been delivered or not. If it has, I would like to arrange to collect it. If it hasn't, I need to update my address information for my PO box at [redacted] Chestnut St., PO#[redacted], Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. The diploma would have been sent in a tube. Unfortunately, I don't have the shipping address details, but I do know that they are not based in New Jersey.

I sent out 1,[redacted] envelopes on 10/31 that went through the Denver processing center, and now many recipients are complaining that the envelopes arrived torn up. The middle piece between the windows is missing or torn, and the plastic window has fallen out. I'm concerned whether it was an issue with the sorting machine or the envelopes themselves. I would appreciate any insight on the specifications of the envelopes affected, so I can purchase the correct type in the future to prevent this from happening again.

I haven't received my package of medicine for fungal toenails from CLKBANK*COM_KHQLUZWW DIGITAL GOODS. Despite contacting AM-X for a refund, I haven't been successful. I recently moved to a new state and had my mail held, not knowing that I needed to update my address before doing so. After visiting the local post office to change my address, I was informed that I should call the post office where the mail is being held for forwarding. I have been trying to contact them for two days without success. I also attempted to resolve this issue through the USPS website but couldn't find a suitable solution. Dear members, I have encountered an issue with a package delivery marked as delivered in a parcel locker but was not received by me upon my return from a family trip. Despite visiting the post office multiple times and speaking to the mailperson, I have been unable to locate the package.
