I have 4 packages, three of them are marked with UPS Mail Innovations. According to UPS Tracking, USPS has them, but according to USPS tracking, they are still awaiting delivery. The 4th package begins with STM, but I am unsure which shipping company handles it and why it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking information for all four packages shows they are in Grand Rapids, some have been there since the 16th. Today is the 24th, and it should only take one day for them to reach me in Holland from Grand Rapids. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you.

I placed an order on December 7th, but the item has not arrived yet. According to the tracking information, a delivery attempt was made on December 24th, although I was home all day and received no such attempt. The tracking now indicates that my package can be picked up at the carrier location, but there is no information on where that location is. I have been unable to reach a UPS representative via phone. The tracking information shows that my package was delivered to the Abingdon Post Office in Abingdon, VA by UPS on 12/10/21. However, I have not received it yet. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. This situation is unacceptable. These are birthday invitations needed for a Surprise 50th Birthday Party. Unfortunately, the updates have been misleading, as the package is not yet in Abingdon, VA. It is currently waiting to be loaded onto a truck in Smyrna, TN for delivery. I am unable to reorder as it would take another 1-2 months to process. I am considering reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

My package tracking has not been updated since December 9th. It only shows as delivered to USPS awaiting package acceptance. I am unsure of its current location or status as the information keeps indicating it will be delivered on the current date without any progress. The situation has been ongoing since December 9th, and today is the 31st.

I placed an order at JCP on December 28th, expecting it to be delivered via UPS Innovations. However, my package has been stuck in Kansas City, MO since December 31st. The expected delivery date of January 4th has been continually delayed. After contacting USPS, I was informed that they never received the package, so it remains undelivered. Unfortunately, JCP's policy dictates that lost items cannot be replaced for 12 business days, regardless of the situation, potentially resulting in the item being out of stock when eligible for replacement. My frustration lies with both JCP and UPS for the handling of this situation.

My Eddie Bauer package was not shipped to me as expected. Initially sent via UPS, it was transferred to UPS Mail Innovations and is now listed on the USPS website as "shipment received, package acceptance pending." However, upon visiting the post office, they confirmed not receiving it due to a lost pallet by Mail Innovations. The pending status does not indicate physical receipt. I am unsure how to contact Mail Innovations to locate the missing package. Eddie Bauer informed me the package is with FedEx, but I cannot find any details on their site. I hope to find the package or report it as lost to Eddie Bauer, seeking a cancellation, reimbursement, and re-order if necessary.

My package from Kohl's arrived in Orlando on December 7, [redacted]. It was then transferred to UPS Mail Innovations for delivery. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. Initially, I was given delivery dates of December 9 by 9 pm, then December 10 by 9 pm, now showing December 12 by 9 pm. However, your system indicates that the package is still pending. After reaching out to Kohl's and UPS without success, I am now turning to your company, as the package handover was to you for delivery. This item is a Christmas gift, and I am worried. Can you confirm if the package is still in Orlando at the UPS facility? I attempted to contact UPS Mail Innovations via phone to inquire about my shipment using the provided tracking number. They advised me to wait 3-7 business days for delivery and could not verify if the package had left the Orlando UPS Facility to proceed to USPS for final delivery. Their updates only change the delivery date without providing clarity on the package's location. Upon contacting Kohl's, they instructed me to wait 6 business days before reaching out again for a replacement or refund. I was surprised by their lack of information about the carrier once the package is dispatched. It seems they expect customers to handle all tracking and inquiries regarding delivery, which I find frustrating. I find it challenging to share updates using Get Human Avenue without the use of "EDIT."

Hello, I have been tracking my shipment with tracking number [redacted][redacted]1 for weeks. It arrived in Port Huron, Michigan, on December 2, only to be shipped to Rossford, Ohio, that same day. The order was placed on November 27 and dispatched on the same day. I am concerned about why it was sent to Ohio when it was already in Michigan and the delay in delivery. I placed an order on 10/31/22 and have not received it as of today, 12/12/22. The package was shipped to Carrollton, TX on 11/05/22, but it seems to have been lost or stolen before being scanned by USPS. I am struggling to get any assistance to resolve this issue. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted] and it was sent by NewYork&Company. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in contacting them via email or phone. I would like the item replaced, but I am at a loss as no one is responding to me. It feels like my money is gone, and I have not received the merchandise. I ordered a package a month ago, and it hasn't arrived yet. The USPS has had it since 11/25, but they're asking for the USPS tracking number instead of the UPS one I have. I've tried contacting Shutterfly, but they aren't available. I really need this resolved, especially since these items are for Christmas gifts. Thank you, Kelly

I purchased an item that was shipped using UPS Mail Innovations. The package traveled from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, then to Rossford, Ohio, and was supposed to be handed off to USPS in Grand Rapids, Michigan on December 10th. However, when I track the package, it still shows as waiting for acceptance. Despite your phone tracker indicating delivery to Grand Rapids USPS, they confirmed the package was not received. I am Thomas H. and I have been patiently waiting for my order from Bravo Shop for over a week now. Repeatedly, I have noticed that the tracking information gets updated daily without any sign of the package. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I am currently on holiday and won't be at home to receive my package. Therefore, I provided my local post office as the shipping address to pick up the parcel from there. Despite this, I received an update from UPS stating that delivery was attempted on December 19th. I'm confused as to why it wasn't delivered to the post office as planned. Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted][redacted] Latest Update: 12/22/[redacted] - 6:40 A.M. - Shipment Delivered to USPS, Package Acceptance Pending Location: East Bridgewater, MA, United States I've encountered an issue with my package. Despite the tracking information stating that the shipment was delivered to USPS in East Bridgewater, MA, when I contacted the local USPS location, they claimed not to have the package or information about its current whereabouts. Each day since 12/21, the tracking indicates delivery by 9 PM, but it has not arrived after 7 days. I am frustrated with Mail Innovations for directing me to a USPS location that doesn't have the package. I simply want accurate tracking updates and, most importantly, for the package to be delivered promptly.

I found a note from the post office instructing me to pick up a package. According to them, UPS Innovations delivered a package to my mailbox, which is not permitted. They took the package to the post office and only released it to me once I paid $5.10. I kindly request a reimbursement of this amount as the post office claims it was UPS's mistake. If you have any documentation to prove the post office wrong, please provide it so I can address this matter with them.

Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted]6. The package departed Grand Junction on April 29th and the expected delivery date has changed multiple times. As of today, May 4th, it is still not delivered, although the automated system states it reached the post office. However, when contacted, Dale at the post office confirmed they did not receive it. These are important high school graduation items from Shutterfly, urgently needed for a May 12th RSVP deadline. Despite paying for expedited delivery, the delay is causing significant concern as there is a time constraint. Shutterfly mentioned they can only replace items once the package is considered lost, further complicating the situation. Your prompt assistance in locating the package and resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

I am currently waiting for a package from Shutterfly that has been transferred to UPS Mail Innovations, and then to USPS. The tracking number provided, [redacted][redacted]5, seems to not be identifiable when I tried to track it through USPS. I am wondering if a new tracking number was assigned to the package when it was transferred to USPS. In case I need to visit the post office to locate it, what tracking number should I provide to them? The package is an orange-colored envelope containing over [redacted] family photos and it is addressed to Doris Key in Valrico, Florida, [redacted].

I am trying to track a package that was received by UPS Mail Innovations in Rossford, Ohio, on July 22 and transferred to the Akron Post Office as "Pending Acceptance" on the same day. However, despite it being 19 days since the transfer, I have yet to receive the package. The Akron Post Office claims they never received it from UPS, and attempts to get information from both UPS and USPS have been unsuccessful. I have contacted the shipper in China, but have received no response. While the package successfully traveled from China to Rossford, Ohio, it seems to have stalled in the last 50 miles to my home. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from UPS and USPS in locating the package. I am eager to either have the package delivered to me or confirm if it is lost or damaged in order to file a claim with the seller if needed.

I purchased kevlar twine from China shipped via SpeedPAK services. The USPS tracking number for this order is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. According to the UPS Mail Innovations tracker, the data was sent to the Moses Lake post office on Sept 11, [redacted], at 8:52. However, the current status on the USPS tracking app remains "Package Acceptance Pending" 17 days later, indicating that my post office has not received the physical package. I am concerned that the package may be lost, stolen, or misplaced during delivery. I am hoping to have the status of this package resolved promptly to either receive the item or obtain a refund.
