I discovered an 8-person van on Kayak from this company. Despite entering my credit card information, the booking did not seem to process. Later, I realized the charge went through, but no confirmation email was received for the van rental. I cannot find any evidence or confirmation of the reservation. The booking should be under [redacted] for Anne Fennelly. If we do not receive confirmation soon, we may need to cancel the credit card. This is inconvenient for us as we are currently in New Zealand from the United States, making it difficult to obtain a new card.

We made a reservation via Travelocity for a room at La Quinta by Wyndham in Lubbock for 3-11-[redacted] using confirmation number [redacted]8. Upon arrival, we were informed that our pet could not stay with us, resulting in us having to seek alternative accommodation. The hotel mentioned they would process a refund for their portion of the fee, but I am required to obtain the $[redacted].35 refund from Travelocity. While I had disclosed our pet's presence during the three-night reservation process, I believe the unclear or undisclosed pet policy online led to this inconvenience. The situation was exacerbated by the difficulty in finding lodging in Lubbock on that particular Saturday night without a prior reservation.

We bought two eStandby Upgrades for the Horseshoe Las Vegas through Travelocity, but were overcharged for them. The 2pm-late checkout upgrade was meant to be $25, but we were charged $85.05 (3 payments of $28.35) instead. The Room Upgrade, supposed to be $18 a night, ended up at $22.68. Although we provided proof of our upgrades from Travelocity, the hotel was initially hesitant to acknowledge them, leading to the incorrect charges. These issues may not be Travelocity's fault, but they reflect poorly on the company. There seems to be a disconnect between Travelocity and the hotels they work with, causing frustration for customers like us. It should not be necessary to search through emails and PDFs to prove our upgrade requests. Hopefully, this process can be streamlined in the future to avoid similar complications.

My daughter made a car rental reservation for my husband at Dollar Car Rental in Buffalo, NY. When he tried to pick up the car on March 20th, the staff requested a $[redacted] deposit, but refused his Visa debit card. He ended up renting from another company in the airport, resulting in a charge of over $[redacted] on my daughter's card. Despite speaking with Travelocity on April 6th, they mentioned it was too late to refund the money. Dollar Rental Car claimed they never received any payment from Travelocity. I wish I had known about the refund process earlier. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I made reservations for two flights with Volaris from Mexico City to San Antonio, Texas, via Travelocity. One booking was for four individuals (EBKYYM) and the other for five individuals (IJURKB). Regrettably, I mistakenly booked the flights for the wrong month, intending for July 27, [redacted], but booking them for April 27, [redacted] instead. Despite my attempts to contact Volaris through their website, tuexperencia.volaris.com, and via WhatsApp, I have not yet received a response. I am wondering if Travelocity might be able to assist me in resolving this issue.

I was appalled by the condition of the hotel room. It had holes in the walls, plaster on the carpet, hanging plastic molding, only one working lamp, plaster peeling off the walls, and even blood on the couch. I promptly reported these issues to the front desk, and an employee mentioned refunding my money. This incident occurred on March 31, [redacted], at the Ramada by Wyndham located at [redacted] Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC.

I bought two American Airlines tickets on June 3, [redacted], for July 8th. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick, so I rescheduled for the following week. Eventually, she was hospitalized, and I had to cancel the trip. I hope to use the tickets this summer and am checking the deadline for their use. If it's a 1-year validity from the purchase date, I might face issues as I'm currently employed. I understand they are non-refundable, but I aim to utilize them and require an extension beyond June 3. Your assistance is appreciated.

I made a last-minute booking through Travel Velocity, but my reservation wasn't honored. I am taking care of someone with severe medical issues, and I wanted to avoid driving in the heat. I booked a room at Valley Inn, but it was dirty like a drug den, had no smoke detectors, and the staff was rude when approached. When I mentioned the room's condition, they tried to blame us despite just checking in. We spent the first half-hour cleaning, but we are afraid to touch anything in the room. I have photos that I can share with you.

I booked a flight on Travelocity three weeks ago from Jamaica to the Bahamas with Bahamasair. The flight was canceled, and Travelocity promised a refund within seven days. It has been three weeks, and I still have not received my money back. I'm unable to reach their call center, and when I input my itinerary number, they claim it's not in their system. This situation is frustrating, and I'm unsure how to proceed with getting my refund.

I made a reservation for a hotel room in Lubbock, Texas last Friday, April 21. Upon check-in, I discovered the room was in poor condition. The lampshades were torn, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb, the sheets were stained, the shower curtain rod was loose, and there was peeling paint. Feeling unsafe, I left immediately to find another hotel. Unfortunately, most places were fully booked. Luckily, a friend offered me a room, and I left the Howard Johnson hotel. Despite my concerns, they refused to issue a refund. I have photographic evidence of the room's state and hope Travelocity can help with a refund or credit for my stay. The itinerary number is #[redacted][redacted], and my name is Tami C. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially from a hotel associated with Wyndam. Your assistance is appreciated.

I made a hotel reservation through Travelocity for May 4th to May 6th at the Rosen Hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, neither of the two Rosen hotels had any record of my reservation, leading me to pay $[redacted] for two nights at the hotel. I had already paid online for my initial booking through Travelocity. I'm now seeking a refund for the amount I paid to Travelocity for the original booking, in addition to the $[redacted] I spent on the new reservation at the hotel.

Itinerary number: [redacted][redacted] When I booked this package through Travelocity at the Westin, I reserved for three guests assuming there would be a pull-out couch or roll-away bed. However, my room only has a king bed, and I wasn't aware of the extra $35 nightly charge for a roll-away bed. I would like to know if it's possible to switch to a room with two full beds and the associated cost. The website wasn't clear that accommodating three guests comes with an additional fee, and I prefer not to have three people sharing one bed. I'm also waiting for a response regarding an issue I raised last week. The total price when I booked indicated that the resort fee was included, but my bill shows an extra charge for it. I have already provided the necessary information showing the inclusion of the resort fee and requested a refund, but I have not received a reply yet. Please update me on the progress. Thank you. Best, B. S.

I had a reservation at Glenstone Lodge on May 7 with itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, we encountered severe weather while driving, including a tornado warning and flooding, which prevented us from reaching the hotel. When I inquired about a refund, they advised me to contact you. We were only 15 minutes away from our destination before needing to seek shelter from the storm in Nashville. I would greatly appreciate it if you could return my call so we can discuss the possibility of a refund. My contact number is [redacted] and I go by the name Mellissa W.

I booked a car through Travelocity with Dollar Rental at Seattle-Tacoma airport for pick-up on Sunday, May 14 at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, our flight delay caused us to miss our connection to Seattle. I have the itinerary number but couldn't get the confirmation number as I mistakenly provided the wrong email address ([redacted] instead of [redacted]). Hence, I can't modify the reservation. We are scheduled to arrive at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow, May 15, and will still need the car. How can I go about making these necessary adjustments?

I am disputing a charge of $32.37 on my credit card from 4/29/[redacted], related to a canceled trip to Florida. Despite canceling the booking and the Home Booking Protection plan not being voided, I was still charged. Even after attempting to cancel subsequently, I was informed I missed the cancelation window. I advise against booking places that require mandatory Booking Protection Plans.

I booked a flight from MSP to FNT through Travelocity Economy, with one flight on American and the return on United. For the American flight, I was able to choose seats at no extra cost on their website. However, for the United flight, I cannot select seats without a $45 charge even though I initially paid for seat choice when booking. Why is United charging me extra for seat selection when it was supposed to be included?

I arrived at the airport and waited for wheelchair assistance, but it arrived too late, causing me to miss my flight. I spoke to the airline counter, and they rebooked me on the next flight for the following day. They mentioned that I should seek a refund through Travelocity, where I had made my booking. The treatment was quite brusque, especially considering my husband's disability. This incident occurred two weeks ago during a trip to Atlanta. An agent had rushed us through the airport, pushing the wheelchair hastily and causing some bumps. Although we managed to catch the flight, the overall experience was stressful. While still at the airport, I had a conversation with an agent who redirected me back to Frontier.

I made a booking with British Airways for a flight from Charlotte, North Carolina to Glasgow in August [redacted], which was scheduled for June [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, the flight was canceled, and I received a credit from BA. I then used this credit to book another flight from Raleigh Durham to London Heathrow for June [redacted]. When I needed to cancel this flight to receive credit, I encountered difficulties in getting it sorted. After numerous phone calls to both BA and Travelocity over two weeks, with each party redirecting responsibility to the other, it was revealed that Travelocity had lost all records of both the original and replacement flights, including itinerary numbers and my contact information. Despite receiving confirmation emails from Travelocity, they claimed they had no access to the booking details. On the other hand, BA had the records but stated that only Travelocity could cancel the flight since they handled the payment and booking. Despite my efforts and multiple lengthy calls, I have been unable to cancel the flights or request a refund/credit due to this lack of coordination and lost records.

I had booked a Delta flight to Pittsburgh, PA on April 10, [redacted], to visit my mother, via Travelocity.com. Unfortunately, my mother passed away on April 17, [redacted], so I no longer needed the ticket for my intended travel dates of May 25 to June 7, [redacted]. I canceled the ticket on May 1, [redacted], through Travelocity, who advised me to contact Delta for a refund. However, according to the Delta website, I need to go back to Travelocity. I have been experiencing difficulties and have not had any success in resolving this issue. I would appreciate guidance on the next steps, the required information, and any fax or contact details for submitting the necessary materials. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Cathy S. We reserved “The Spectacular Coastline Boat Tour” for June 1, [redacted], departing from Guernsey Island. The supplier reference is #BR-[redacted], and the Expedia Itinerary number is [redacted][redacted], costing $96.48 for 2 adults. The tour was supposed to last 2 hours with live commentary. We followed directions to meet at the Albert Pontoon Pier behind the lifeboat station but were told by the dock director that the location was incorrect as the lifeboat station was elsewhere. Due to rough water conditions, all water cruises were canceled that day. No representative from Wow AnTour, the cruise provider, met us, and we did not receive any notification of the cancellation. We are now seeking a full refund for our Expedia booking.
