I recently updated my password on Ticketmaster, but I encountered issues trying to add my phone number after a few attempts. Now, I am facing an additional challenge of updating my email address. Back in the day, I bought three pricey tickets for a Rammstein concert happening soon after a surprise visit from the band. The tickets were e-tickets tied to an email address on my inaccessible desktop. I want to transfer these tickets to my new smartphone. My surname is Yearke, and the Rammstein event is set for Sept 9. I am uncertain if I can store all three tickets on my phone or if each person attending the event needs to have their own copy. I am willing to provide all my old details for verification purposes.

Hello, I am here to discuss my recent ticket purchases for a football game. My order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. I have tried to use the fan support chat, but unfortunately, the representative has only messaged me once and did not address my issue. I am still awaiting further assistance. I am looking to speak with someone directly regarding this matter. The tickets were bought over a month ago for a football game event. They were supposed to be transfer tickets from private sellers. I received an email yesterday indicating that the tickets are actually parking tickets, not game tickets as expected. The original ticket listing on Ticketmaster did not specify that it was a parking ticket, leading to confusion. I would greatly appreciate any support in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I bought 2 tickets online on 6 September and was only sent 1 ticket by the Ticketmaster app. I reached out to Ticketmaster to correct the mistake after being charged for both tickets. The representative, Sean, advised me to purchase Target gift cards totaling $[redacted] to resolve the issue. When I expressed hesitation and mentioned involving my bank, Sean became upset and threatened to hold the tickets until a resolution was reached. I need clarification on whether 2 tickets are under my name, paid for with the Target gift cards. I aim to cancel the extra ticket under my name but prefer to discuss further details with a live Ticketmaster agent.

I purchased tickets from Venue A through Ticketmaster, but I am unable to resell them. I cannot attend the event because I am handicapped, and realized it would be unsafe for me to go due to my medical condition. I have hardware in my neck and a handicap placard. The concert is on Wednesday, and I don't want to lose the $75 I spent. How can I sell the tickets privately or transfer them since Ticketmaster is not allowing me to resell?

I created an account today and purchased two tickets for the Eagles concert in Vancouver on the 15th of September from Ticketmaster Canada. My order ID is **-******VAN, and I made the payment using my Visa card ending in ******** (CAD $ ***,**). Unfortunately, I am unable to locate or download the tickets on the Ticketmaster app (iOS) or website. I am Bernd Scheckenreuter from Berlin, Germany, residing at Maratstr. **A. Could you please assist me by emailing the two tickets for printing? Thank you in advance. B.Sch.

I ordered tickets on 9/3/[redacted] with a guaranteed delivery by 9/6/[redacted]. However, as of 9/9/[redacted], I still haven't received them for my event on 9/10/[redacted]. After contacting customer service multiple times, they mentioned they would respond within 24 hours, but a refund is not assured. Despite understanding their policies, it's frustrating not to have received the tickets, especially with the event approaching in less than 24 hours and a long 5+ hour drive ahead of me. I had plans to attend the event tonight and even booked a hotel, but without the tickets, I'm hesitant to make the trip and incur additional expenses.

I tried to buy a ticket for the Elton John concert on 11/11/22 at 8 pm at Chase Field. However, I encountered several error codes during the process, and eventually received a message saying the ticket was not available. To my shock, I just checked my bank account and noticed that I have been charged six times for $[redacted].00 each. I cannot afford to have this happen. There was no confirmation that my order was successful since I kept getting error messages prompting me to try again. I urgently need someone to reach out to me regarding this issue. Thank you.

My spouse and I purchased four tickets to the Imagine Dragons concert on August 30th. Regrettably, due to road closures and lack of traffic organization by the venue, we waited for hours only to park as the concert was ending in just half an hour. We never made it inside. That same day, I requested a refund from Ticketmaster and even inquired about exchanging the tickets for a concert in October. They mentioned they needed to investigate and would follow up with us. However, we never received any response. When I reached out today (9/11/22), they claimed it was past the event date and nothing could be done. This is frustrating as I contacted them on the day of the incident, explaining that missing the concert was not our fault. Our group, along with many others, missed the concert in Atlanta, GA.

Hello, My mother had bought tickets for the Santana and Earth Wind and Fire concert which got cancelled. She was informed that a refund was processed on August 18th to the credit card used for the purchase. Unfortunately, the card was closed before the refund and a new one was opened with a different provider. We are now unsure of the whereabouts of the refunded money. It is vital for us to track this transaction and confirm where the refund was directed. Your prompt assistance in providing us with a detailed transaction history would be greatly appreciated. We simply seek transparency regarding this significant sum of money. We trust you will address this matter promptly. Thank you. Regards, Angi

I recently tried to purchase tickets online for the upcoming Roy Orbison show at the Regent Casino in Winnipeg on October 3rd. Unfortunately, after selecting two tickets, I was asked to wait for a phone call to receive a code. When the call came, the instructions were rushed, and I couldn't jot down the code. I had to start the process all over again, and the same issue occurred. Given that my wife and I, both 84 years old, struggle with computers, we are in need of assistance from a booking agent over the phone. Please reach out to us at [redacted] as we are not able to receive texts. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Roy Dawson.

I purchased 2 tickets for the BTS concert scheduled for July 6th at Dickie's Arena in Dallas (order # 3[redacted]-2[redacted]-5). Unfortunately, the concert was postponed on July 3rd due to two members contracting Covid-19. Ticketmaster's policy states that after 60 days with no rescheduled date, a 30-day window for refunds will open. I am eligible for a refund within this time frame, but I have been unsuccessful in contacting Ticketmaster via email and phone. Despite following the refund policy, I have not received any response, even though I have made multiple attempts to reach them. I am seeking a refund promptly as the total amount paid was $[redacted].45, a considerable sum that I am entitled to receive back.

On September 15th, a friend and I purchased resale tickets for a Barry Manilow concert scheduled for the following year. However, just before the event, we had not received the tickets. After reaching out to Ticketmaster, we were informed that the seller could not fulfill the order. This news came as a surprise since Ticketmaster had been holding our money for 9 months. Despite promises from Ticketmaster to explore other options for us to attend the concert, we received no concrete answers and multiple unfulfilled promises from the fulfillment team leading up to the event. Eventually, we decided to purchase new tickets at a higher cost since we did not receive any updates from Ticketmaster. We informed Ticketmaster about our new tickets but received no response. On the day of the concert, we were notified that the tickets we initially purchased were now available for pick up at the box office, contradicting earlier information. Following this frustrating experience and unsuccessful attempts to secure a refund from Ticketmaster, we were further disappointed to be told we could not get a refund because the event was not canceled. Despite being assured that our original tickets were no longer available, Ticketmaster tried to give them to us, causing confusion and frustration. The lack of communication and mishandling of the situation has left us feeling dissatisfied with the customer service provided.

I participated in a Red or White contest on August 21 and won two tickets for the Springsteen concert on 11/25/23 in Portland. After selecting seats, I checked my order status and realized there was an issue with my account login. Despite being recognized as a member, my email and password are showing as unknown. This concert means a lot to me, and I need assistance with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

I recently sold a ticket for the US OPEN [redacted] on Friday, September 2nd. Unfortunately, I haven't received any deposit in my account yet. I'm unsure what the issue could be and would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this. Over the past two weeks, I have checked my Ticketmaster account multiple times to ensure I set up direct deposit for payments, but I have not seen any funds. Please assist me in understanding what might have gone wrong and provide instructions on how I can receive the payment properly. My name is Elkin Cossio. Thank you for your help.

I had purchased a ticket for "The Cadillac Three" concert on Saturday, September 3, [redacted]. I transferred the ticket to a friend, but I also bought a "Souvenir Ticket" that I was informed would arrive after the event. I find it disappointing that there's an additional charge for an actual ticket, and I am still waiting for it even after paying extra. My order number is #68-[redacted]/UK5. I would appreciate it if someone could inform me about the arrival date of my "ticket." I am puzzled by the terminology used for the purchase. In the history of concerts, people have traditionally bought and received tickets, so I am curious as to why TicketMaster now requires an extra payment for a ticket on top of the ticket price. While I suspect it's for profit, I would like to know if there are other reasons besides taking advantage of customers. With the pandemic situation improving, I believe ticketing should return to its pre-Covid approach. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the souvenir ticket I bought.

Hello, I am reaching out about two resale tickets I purchased for the Hot Red concert on June 25th. While I received confirmation that the tickets were resold, I never received the payment. I was informed the issue was my non-GBT bank account. I have since updated my account to a GDB-compliant one, a Revolt account, but I still haven't received the funds. I have been trying to resolve this for over three months through various channels. Please provide an update on when I can expect to be paid and if you have all the necessary information for the payment to be processed. Thank you. Resale Order Number: RE[redacted]7. Amount: [redacted] pounds.

I attempted to purchase additional tickets for the Gator football game in Gainesville, Florida. My daughter won five tickets through Stars of Honor, and I need six more tickets. However, when I try to claim the tickets, the system is separating everyone, placing 2 tickets in row 53, 1 ticket in 59, 2 in 63, etc. I have young children with me, so being split up is not an option. The Stars of Honor representative took a few days to respond to my email, and I'm hoping for a quicker resolution this time. I appreciate any help from this forum. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought tickets for the Philadelphia Eagles vs. Jacksonville Jaguars event on October 2, [redacted], back in May. Today, when I tried to log into my account, I was unable to find my tickets. I have a confirmation number for my purchase of nearly $1,[redacted], proof of the transaction, and screenshots. Unfortunately, no one is answering my calls, and the email response directed me to contact the box office. My Wells Fargo account was charged, and I am extremely frustrated that my tickets seem to have disappeared right before the event I have been eagerly anticipating since May. I demand a resolution promptly and the retrieval of my original tickets this week, as the event is this weekend. This experience has been very disappointing, and I will avoid using Ticketmaster in the future.

I have been encountering persistent issues when attempting to buy resale tickets over the past few days. Specifically, I keep getting errors U504 and U521 during the final checkout process. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like signing out of multiple devices, using incognito mode, and switching between the app and a computer, the problem persists. This situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am seeking assistance to understand the root cause of these errors and find a solution. It is disheartening to receive these errors after believing that I had successfully secured tickets. I suspect that there may be a website bug causing these problems or that unauthorized individuals are exploiting the system to acquire tickets illegitimately for resale purposes outside the established guidelines.

Today, I was informed that my tickets for the "Dirty Dancing" production at the Fisher Theater in Detroit on November 4 have been sold. However, I am confused about how to transfer the tickets to the buyers and I am unsure about obtaining a tax identification number. I have never had to provide this information before to Ticketmaster as I do not reach $[redacted] in sales annually on their site. I am hesitant to share my Social Security number due to concerns about identity theft. I have sold tickets through Ticketmaster in the past without issue. I would appreciate guidance from Ticketmaster on how to proceed with transferring the tickets and obtaining the necessary tax identification number to receive payment.
