I bought tickets for what I thought was the New York Rangers game as I live in New York. However, Ticketmaster processed me as living in Florida and gave me tickets to a Tampa watch party. The colors were both blue, and it allowed me to view from seats perspective. I mistakenly thought this was an actual game ticket being released to fill the stadium. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just a watch party in Tampa, not in New York where I am. Despite attempting to cancel five times, it still processed and charged my card. I have no intention of going as I am not close to Tampa. I find this situation intentionally confusing. I have been on hold for an hour without assistance. Please help me get a refund. I purchased what I believed were tickets for the New York Rangers game, but Ticketmaster processed my order with my location set to Florida. The tickets I received were for a Tampa watch party, which I mistakenly thought was an actual game due to the similar team colors and the view from seats perspective. Despite trying to cancel the order five times, it went through and charged my card. I do not live near Tampa and do not want these tickets. I feel the situation was misleading. I purchased tickets for an event that has been postponed until June 17th. Upon checking the confirmation email link, it shows my order is being processed and asks to wait for seating information. If seating details are not received within 30 minutes, it advises contacting Fan Support. However, attempting to do so redirects me to a page on how to reach customer service. Despite following the steps to select my order and event, it loops back to informing me that my order is still being processed. I am uncertain if the tickets have been secured and am open to receiving a refund if necessary.

I am having an issue with tickets I bought for the upcoming Backstreet Boys concert on July 3, [redacted], in Darien Lake, NY. I received an email saying my tickets were accepted by someone I did not transfer them to. I did not attempt to transfer my tickets, but now this person has them. I have called numerous times without speaking to anyone and sent emails with no response. The concert is approaching and I am distressed as I paid for these tickets, and now someone else has them without money exchanging hands. I am unable to contact the person who received the tickets, and there are limited options on the app to resolve this. I have been trying to reach Ticketmaster for months with no reply since the unexpected transfer occurred.

I urgently require assistance. Despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to reach support for months. The problem arose when I bought tickets for the Backstreet Boys concert on July 3, [redacted], at Darien Lake. I was surprised to receive an email stating my tickets had been transferred to someone else without my knowledge. Even after trying to contact Ticketmaster through calls and emails, I haven't been successful in resolving this issue. The concert is just a month away, and I am troubled that the tickets I paid around $[redacted] for are now with another person. I never intended to transfer them for free. I am seeking guidance on how this transfer occurred without my involvement and need assistance in retrieving my tickets or obtaining a refund as I won't permit an unknown person to benefit from tickets I bought and can no longer use.

Hello, I am Monica Barquero from Costa Rica. I purchased a ticket for Coldplay's concert on Jun 14th, [redacted], in Tampa, FL, on May 28th, [redacted]. Although I received a Ticketmaster checkout confirmation and a purchase receipt, Ticketmaster sent an email stating that the order did not go through. Despite receiving a seat number and being charged $93.93 USD on my credit card, I did not receive a ticket with a barcode or QR code. I attempted to download the Ticketmaster app from the Play Store, which unfortunately is only available in the US and Canada. I purchased concert tickets to see Avril Lavigne at the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto. The seats were in the upper bowl. Initially, I had no issue with the seat location. Upon arrival, I noticed that the house lights above me remained on throughout the show, impacting my concert experience. Typically, warnings are given about visual obstructions like pillars, but no alert was provided about bright lights staying on during the show. Knowing this, I would have chosen a different section. Although I am not seeking a refund, this issue should be addressed during the booking process, as it significantly affected a night I eagerly anticipated for six months.

My husband and I were excited to attend the Raheem Devaughn concert at the R&B Festival in Nashville. However, after purchasing tickets for the Nashville event, we discovered that the lineup displayed was for the Kentucky Festival instead. When attempting to download our tickets, there was no mention of Raheem Devaughn or H-Town for the Nashville Festival, scheduled for tomorrow. We are concerned and would like to know if Raheem Devaughn, H-Town, and Silk will indeed be performing at the Nashville R&B Festival. If Raheem Devaughn is not part of the lineup, we believe there may have been a cancellation or false advertising. We bought the tickets specifically to see Raheem Devaughn, so if he is not performing tomorrow in Nashville, we kindly request a full refund for our two tickets. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I bought tickets for a show tonight back in March and have the confirmation email and my credit card was charged. I tried to print them last night, but they're not showing up in my account. I submitted a fan support form, but it stated I would get a response within 24-48 hours, and I haven't heard back yet. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a support phone number on their website other than clicking on the event, which I can't see.

I purchased tickets for the Paul McCartney concert through Ticketmaster, and everything went smoothly at first. However, when I decided to also buy parking for $[redacted].91, things went downhill. On the day of the event, the parking location specified in my order was nonexistent. When I arrived at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, the barcode on my phone for the parking pass wouldn't scan. I had to find alternative parking due to the website's inaccurate information. Please process a refund for the parking fee. The order number is 6P2-V89JZ95. The concert tickets were originally purchased on SeatGeek, which redirected me to Ticketmaster. I have been in touch with Ticketmaster via email, but they claim no record of my issue. I have provided a copy of the ticket and my credit card statement. I haven't received any calls to help resolve this issue, and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

Two days ago, while I was in the process of purchasing tickets, I encountered an error message immediately after selecting the “purchase” button. The notification indicated, “something went wrong. Try again later.” Upon receiving this message, I checked my bank account and noticed that the transaction was still pending, showing a charge. Nonetheless, upon accessing the Ticketmaster app, it displayed that I had not made any ticket purchases. This experience is new to me, and it has left me feeling perplexed. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I observed two charges from Ticketmaster. The first charge had the term “reversal” associated with it, while the second one did not. I am willing to provide a screenshot if necessary. Despite waiting until today in hopes of the tickets reflecting in the app, they have not shown up as purchased, contrary to the deduction from my bank account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm Jacqueline Payne. I bought tickets to see Chris Rock on Saturday, 6/11 in St. Louis, MO. I paid for them with my Chase credit card on April 2, [redacted], and have the receipt. I currently do not have my tickets for the biggest 80s & 90s night event at Belfast's SSE Arena in two days. When I made the purchase, I was unwell and undergoing chemotherapy, so I am unsure if the tickets were sent to me. This event is significant to me as it will be the first time I reunite with my best friends since August [redacted]. I needed this event to look forward to during a difficult time. Each time I try to buy tickets, I encounter a processing error. I've attempted to purchase tickets for various events over the past few months, using different payment methods like PayPal, Venmo, and Klarna. Despite creating a new Ticketmaster account, the issue persists. I rely on Ticketmaster for ticket purchases, but the payment is always rejected. I contacted support before and was informed there is no definitive solution, only to keep trying. Despite making over 75 attempts for different events, errors persist.

I purchased 4 tickets to see Clapton, including insurance. I was charged for 4 tickets but only received 3. I've spent nearly 4 hours trying to reach customer service without success. It's frustrating. I'm afraid the show will sell out. I even thought about buying 4 more tickets, but that's not a sensible solution. You can understand how much I want to attend this event with my friends. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Ticketmaster's chat function is currently not operational. I'm attempting to sell some "resellable" tickets for the Hollywood Bowl that I bought through Ticketmaster. However, the phone app is saying the seats need to be contiguous, which they are. The laptop webpage is displaying an "unexpected error," and the concert is just two days away. When I called customer service, I found out there's no phone service, so I'm stuck waiting on the app and website. Ticketmaster claims they'll respond within 24-48 hours, but that's not ideal when I'm trying to resell them quickly. Anyone interested in purchasing these tickets?

I purchased seated tickets for Belle and Sebastian at Red Hat Amphitheater (order no. 47-[redacted]/CAR, total cost: $[redacted].22 for two tickets). The venue changed, so I contacted Ticketmaster via chat to confirm if my tickets would still be seated: Me: "I originally had seated tickets for the event, but since it's been relocated, I need to know if my tickets will still be for seats. If they are not, is a partial refund possible? I paid extra for seated tickets." Fan Support's avatar Hello, Gina. I'm Jayson, and I'm here to assist with your order inquiry. After checking our system, we found that your tickets are for section 2, Row S, Seats 11 and 10, which are indeed seated tickets, not general admission. If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out to us." It turns out the venue was not providing seated options and was general admission. Additionally, there was an additional charge for a "VIP area" that still did not offer seating. I've been unable to reach Ticketmaster over the phone, and their chat isn't responding. I am seeking a full refund.

I have been trying to buy tickets for the Panthers/Saints game on September 25, [redacted], using different devices without success. I keep getting an error message stating that my MC credit card details are invalid. However, my credit card company confirms there are no issues with my American Airlines Advantage MC. Ticket prices have also increased while I've been attempting to make the purchase. Can someone please assist me with this issue?
