Clash of Clans Assistance Needed I am experiencing issues with my Clash of Clans account linked to the now-defunct email, [redacted] I have two accounts, Kimika and Galatee, both part of Clan NXS 01. Following the recent game update on December 5, I was unable to access my account on my older iPad running IOS 9.3, prompting me to purchase a new iPad. However, upon trying to recover my account with the new device, I faced problems due to the outdated email address. My current email is [redacted], but attempts to contact support since December 6 have not been fruitful. I reside in Switzerland and my name is Suzanne Fournier. I have made in-game purchases with my VISA under the same name for Clash of Clans. My player details are as follows: - Kimika: Clan NXS 01, Clan Leader, TH13 - Galatee: Clan NXS 01, Co-Leader, TH12 I have also purchased Gold Passes for both accounts this month. Proof of ownership includes purchases made with my VISA under the name Suzanne Fournier.

Concerns with Clash of Clans Account I'm facing an issue with my Clash of Clans account. The email linked to it, [redacted], is no longer active as romandie.com ceased email services in May [redacted]. Despite purchasing a new iPad to meet the game's updated requirements, I can't access my account due to this outdated email. I've reached out to support daily since December 6 using my current email, [redacted] My in-game usernames are Kimika and Galatee, both part of the NXS 01 clan. I reside in Switzerland and hold the name Suzanne Fournier. For in-game purchases, I always used my VISA under the same name. Hello, I am seeking to appeal my recent 31-day account ban. I was unaware that my attempt to recover my childhood account, without providing accurate information, could be perceived as phishing. As an avid Clash of Clans player, I've invested in the gold pass and had plans to maximize my Town Hall 9. My goal is to regain access to my account and continue enjoying the game. I am the leader of a small clan with 40 members in Clash of Clans. Recently, one of our players gave his nephew an account to play and wanted to change the email address associated with it. However, this resulted in the account being suspended, leaving the original account holder, who is a family member, unable to contact Supercell for assistance. It is frustrating that Supercell does not provide easier ways for paying customers to offer feedback and receive support. The account owner has been playing for many years and has invested a significant amount of money into the game. He is now facing challenges in recovering his account and is considering closing all his accounts due to the lack of response from Supercell. I recently tried to reinstall my game on a new phone, but I encountered an issue with the email login. The email associated with my account seems to be unfamiliar, and when I attempted to log in, it states that the email does not exist. I'm inquiring if it's feasible to update the email on my Clash of Clans account. I recently received a ban on my Clash of Clans account due to "account phishing," which I vehemently deny. I am frustrated by the sudden ban without warning. It seems connected to my recent attempts to recover an old account by contacting Supercell. I have evidence from my conversation with support that I did nothing wrong. While trying to retrieve my old account, the security questions were challenging. Despite seeking help from the support team, I ended up banned. As a loyal customer who has invested heavily in the game, being treated this way is disappointing. I want a refund for the money spent as well as the time dedicated to playing. The situation is unfair, especially considering my intention was to continue supporting the game. Being labeled a phisher is unjust. Supercell needs to reconsider their approach to customer service.

Hello Supercell, I play Clash of Clans and have three accounts. It's difficult to switch between them. When I reached out for help, my account got locked for security reasons. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong. This game means a lot to me, and I miss participating in wars. Despite contacting your support team multiple times, they couldn't assist me and ended our conversations abruptly. It's disappointing. I have all the necessary information about my account. I was attempting to regain access to an account that my uncle and I shared, but we lost the login details. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away recently, and his phone, which contained the account information, was lost in an ice fishing incident. I reached out to the support team, but it took approximately 24 hours to receive a response. Upon logging in the following day, I discovered that the account had been banned for 31 days for suspected phishing activity. I clarified that I was not aware of the device where the account information was stored. At this point, I am willing to let go of the shared account with my uncle; my primary concern now is to have my Town Hall 6 account unbanned.

Hello there, I am reaching out because yesterday, my brother's account got banned due to alleged account phishing. He was trying to retrieve his account on my phone from my account, causing his account to be suspended. As he was facing issues contacting Supercell support from his device and his game kept crashing, he reached out through my phone. Hello, I am reaching out because we are having an issue with a player in the clan. This person has been the leader for a long time but does not play much and does not fulfill their role as a leader. A few months back, I tried to recover my old account named Omkar, mistaking it for my Ashish account #88COOCRCY. I'm having trouble logging into my Supercell ID account on Brawl Stars using my email. After typing in my email, it says a verification email was sent. I've checked all my email folders, including spam, multiple times with no luck. I've waited several days, but still nothing. Oddly, when I sent an email to my Supercell ID account from another email, it was received instantly. I'm perplexed by why I'm not receiving the verification code from Supercell.

On October 1st, I purchased a gold pass for $4.99 and $19.99 worth of gems, which I authorized. My bank contacted me regarding two charges for each amount. I explained that I only authorized a single purchase for each and did not consent to double charges. Despite this, I was charged twice for $4.99 and $19.99. After visiting my bank and disputing the unauthorized charges, I am now facing account issues. This situation happened last year as well, and it took months to resolve. I'm frustrated with the process. To resolve this, I need assistance. I'm having trouble accessing my Clash of Clans account after getting a new phone and deleting my old Gmail. I tried to recover it through Gmail with no success. I'm hoping to recover it through Supercell since I have all the necessary details: the old Gmail used was [redacted], probably associated with the name qas234 or qas back in [redacted]. It was then linked to iCloud via Game Center and eventually moved to my current Gmail, [redacted]

Hello, Approximately five years ago, my iPod stopped working, and my Clash of Clans village was on it. Since then, I have not used any Apple devices. I had linked my village to my Google account back then, but I have forgotten which email I used for it. As a result, I was unable to transfer the village to my current mobile phone and Google account a few years ago. I still have my Apple account data, but I cannot transfer the village to my current device. I am unable to play actively, so I would like to link my village to my current Google account to play on it in the future if I ever return to Apple devices. Due to my stolen cell phone, I sought support to remove all users, but instead, my account got locked after contacting the support. I provided all necessary information during the call, but despite sending receipts from my email address, they claimed it wasn't associated with the account. Hi, I encountered an issue with my account recently. I accidentally spent 50 gems purchasing pins that were believed to be free. These gems were from my collection over time, and now I am unable to afford the Brawl Pass due to this mistake.
