Sotheby's Customer Service Issues

I have a unique collection of art pieces that I need to sell following my late husband's passion for collecting during his travels as a fabric designer. One favorite item is a hand-carved Quan Yin of ivory on an ebony base, purchased at an estate sale in Fort Worth. I have various other objects like an old cloisonné, an ornate brass shield, and a celebration cup with a hairline crack. I am looking for a buyer as I no longer have space for these treasures after relocating to live with family. I also have a range of other items like embroideries and furniture with interesting stories behind them. If you are interested or can recommend someone who might be, please let me know.
