Yesterday, I made two separate flight bookings through your website for my trip. The first booking is for a flight from Dublin to Malaga on December 31st, and the second one is for the return flight from Malaga to Dublin on January 3rd. The passenger's name is A. Hello, I made a flight booking to St. Petersburg on your website with an agent named Kiwi.com. The outgoing flight went smoothly but the return flight was cancelled by the airline on 10.08.21. Since then, I have been trying to contact Kiwi for a refund with no success. Nordwind Airlines confirmed they had refunded the money to Kiwi for the cancelled flight on 26.09.21, but Kiwi has not returned the money to me and is ignoring my emails and messages on their site. I would appreciate your assistance in getting my refund. My order number with Kiwi is GLK20M under the name of Sulber Evgenia.

I am seeking assistance for my mother who is currently in Australia visiting from the UK. She booked a return flight through Skyscanner to fly from Melbourne to Newcastle, UK with a plane change in London. The departure date was originally set for the 31st, but Skyscanner notified her that the flight has been rescheduled to leave on the 30th from Melbourne. While the first leg has been rescheduled, the connecting flight from London to Newcastle (BA1334) still remains on the 1st of February, resulting in a 24-hour layover which is not acceptable. Upon contacting Skyscanner about adjusting the Newcastle flight, the agent misunderstood and responded indicating the entire booking will be canceled and refunded, which is not what my mother intended. This has caused her distress as it seems the agent did not fully comprehend her request. I am reaching out for help to rectify this situation promptly.

I received a flight change notification from Vueling offering a refund. After applying for the refund, I was told it would arrive in my account within 7 days. However, it has been two months and I have yet to receive it. Despite numerous attempts to contact Vueling, I only reach an automated message. The link provided in the email leads to a page stating the refund is pending without any progress. When trying to log into Vueling's website, my flight isn't found, directing me to contact Skyscanner. Contacting Skyscanner proves to be unhelpful as they refer me back to Vueling for the refund. Both ends of this matter seem uncooperative, leaving me frustrated and eager for a resolution. Vueling's latest email requests me to provide bank details for the refund transfer. Skyscanner's response indicates the cancellation policy must be handled directly by Vueling and advises contacting them for a refund request. They assured me that once Vueling confirms the refund, the process will be completed within 6 to 8 weeks.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently made a booking for my trip from Vienna to Cancun through Flugladen, a company you are partnered with. On the 31st of January, I received an email from Condor airline notifying me of changes to my flight to Cancun. The new route they provided me with now includes stops at Vienna - Frankfurt - Dominican Republic - Panama instead of the original Vienna - Frankfurt - Cancun route. I contacted Condor to request a rebooking for the following day or a cancellation as the new flight schedule is unacceptable to me. Condor mentioned that Flugladen should handle the rebooking request since I booked through them. However, Flugladen stated they couldn't assist and advised me to speak with Condor directly. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Flugladen as they did not provide a contact number. I am requesting a rebooking for the next day or a cancellation of my current flight. The desired flight details are as follows: 19th of February 7:15 Vienna - 8:45 Frankfurt 11:15 Frankfurt - 17:30 Cancun The alternative route suggested by Condor through Panama and Dominican Republic is not suitable for me. I recently booked a ticket with Budget Airlines for a flight from London to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with a return to London. However, I just received an email stating that the flight from Istanbul to Dammam has been canceled, which is not the route I booked. Despite diligently following all Australian Ministry of Health requirements and preparation for Singapore transit, including completing necessary forms, obtaining negative PCR tests, and securing Australian visas, we faced unexpected obstacles. Despite our efforts, the lack of information about these stringent conditions on the website and the inability to reach support for clear guidance has left our family deeply distressed. The financial implications are significant, and the airline's unresponsiveness adds to our frustration. We seek assistance in pursuing compensation from the airline during this distressing ordeal.

I am concerned about the reliability of Skyscanner when it partners with unhelpful companies like GOTOGATE. I had to change my tickets to OPEN due to COVID, and now rebooking is proving to be a nightmare. The cost has increased, and dealing with their customer service has been a frustrating experience. On Thursday, May 19th, I booked return flights from Malaga, Spain to Berlin, Germany for myself, Stewart Bonavia, and another passenger, Jaydan Bonavia. The departure was scheduled for Friday, August 5th with Ryanair, and the return was set for Tuesday, August 9th with EasyJet. The total charge for the booking was £[redacted].27 ([redacted] euros). I was expecting to receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, but as of yesterday, I have not received any communication. Upon investigation, I discovered that the booking was processed by your partner, a Swedish company known as Super Save, as indicated on my bank statement under ETR.SUPERSA. After a lengthy phone call with one of their customer agents, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled and that I needed to seek a refund from my bank. However, my bank redirected me back to Super Save for the refund. Unfortunately, all attempts to reach Super Save have been futile. I purchased two tickets and was notified by email that my booking request had failed due to incorrect seat availability from the airline. My payment was refunded, which may take 5 - 10 working days to process. This happened twice, so I had to book a more expensive flight elsewhere. I am feeling stressed after my flight from Sofia, Bulgaria to Gatwick was canceled, causing me to miss my connection. I rebooked twice through Skyscanner and then with another provider. I didn't receive email confirmations either time, only the message.

Our flight, originally booked through Jetabroad via the Skyscanner website, was unexpectedly canceled by Jetabroad without any prior notification. The lack of information led to us discovering this issue only when attempting to add extra baggage two weeks before our scheduled departure. Resolving the matter has been a frustrating experience, as Jetabroad offered limited solutions, resulting in us having to cancel all connecting flights and hastily re-book at our own expense. It took Jetabroad several months to process the refund, charging additional fees in the process. The most concerning aspect is the refusal to disclose who initiated the flight cancellation, hindering any possibility of making an insurance claim. I urge Skyscanner to discontinue promoting Jetabroad until the company addresses the multitude of customer complaints and issues.

I used the Skyscanner App to book my flight from Toronto to Montreal through BudgetAir, opting for an Air Transat flight. I purchased tickets using your service, believing in its reliability for secure transactions. Upon redirection to city.travel, I received the tickets. Unfortunately, I discovered that it was a scam, resulting in a significant financial loss for me as the tickets were for flights that do not exist. Despite seeking assistance from my bank, the only suggestion was to involve law enforcement. I have previously used your service for ticket purchases without issue, but now I am unsure how to proceed. I am puzzled as to why fraudulent information is allowed to be promoted on your platform.

We have reserved three flight tickets to India for Monday, October 17 via SkyScanner through BudgetAir. The initial flight is JetBlue B6315 departing from Syracuse to JFK, New York at 7:21 am and arriving at 8:29 am. Our connecting flight on Air India (AI106) departs from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) at 12:15 pm for a nonstop journey to Delhi. Transferring from JFK to Newark EWR can take over 1.5 hours during rush hour, especially with a young child and luggage. Additionally, factoring in security checks and expensive NYC taxi fares, reaching EWR in time for our flight might be unfeasible. We kindly request assistance from SkyScanner or BudgetAir to secure a connecting Air India flight from JFK to Delhi on the same Monday to alleviate the inconvenience of changing airports and ensure a smooth journey.
