Today, Thursday, April 28th, [redacted], my mother and I visited Ross to shop. Around 12:30, we noticed the dressing rooms were closed. We approached an elderly African American female employee, who declined to provide her name. When my mom tried to get her attention, she initially ignored her. When asked again, the employee responded with a tone that was both annoyed and aggressive, saying she had just started and would assist shortly. Not one to seek confrontation, I felt compelled to address her, mentioning that her response seemed disrespectful towards my mother. I later spoke with the manager, Savannah, who was very understanding. While I appreciate Savannah's help, I believe the employee in question should be reprimanded. Customer service roles can be challenging, and it's crucial for employees to handle interactions appropriately to provide a positive experience.

Subject: Issue with Purchase and Unprofessional Behavior Hello, I visited your store on Tuesday, 95/31/22, at 10:41:57 am, and purchased a dress and two pairs of leggings. However, upon reaching home, I only found the dress and one pair of leggings instead of two. When I contacted the store, they mentioned that the leggings were left behind, and I could pick them up with the receipt. Due to my schedule, I could only revisit the store on Thursday, 06/02/22, at a similar time after my Gym session. I was met with an unpleasant experience during my visit, as an employee named Eva accused me of stealing in front of other customers waiting in line. She claimed to have reviewed the security cameras, accusing me of leaving with both pairs of leggings. I am a long-time customer of Ross and am disappointed by the lack of respect shown by Eva during this incident. I no longer desire the missing leggings but kindly request management to address this issue with Eva to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Maria Tapia

Today, I visited a Roos store in Orlando shortly before closing time. The staff seemed frustrated as I went to pay because I had disorganized the shorts. When I mentioned their customer service attitude, one staff member raised her voice, mentioning something about cleaning a house. The situation escalated with them calling me rude names and making offensive remarks. This experience left me feeling humiliated and upset. I hope to receive a response and further assistance with addressing this incident as I have never been treated so poorly before.

I want to share an incident my wife and I observed at your Windcrest TX store. While shopping for a gown, we overheard an employee, possibly named Herlinda, addressing a potential safety concern regarding a cutting board left on the floor. The situation escalated quickly when another employee reacted strongly, causing a scene. This unprofessional behavior was concerning and unexpected. It's important to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future to maintain a pleasant shopping experience without encounters like this.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your store located at [redacted] East Kings Canyon. I was asked to leave the store for no apparent reason. I have never been caught shoplifting from any of your stores, and this treatment has left me feeling discriminated against. I am unsure if this action was taken because of my sexual orientation, but regardless, I am extremely upset and would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you.

While shopping at Ross on [redacted] East Kings Canyon, I was unexpectedly asked to leave by a security guard without any explanation. When I requested a reason, he initially refused to provide one. Upon asking to speak with the manager, I was told she did not wish to speak with me. The guard then mentioned that the manager recognized me and insisted that I depart. This experience left me feeling upset as I have never been ejected from a store for theft before. Moreover, I have only visited this Ross location three times in total. I am concerned that this incident may be due to discrimination based on my sexual orientation. Should I involve my attorney in this matter?

I was injured on the job back in August [redacted] and sought treatment at the work med. I am confused about why I am receiving a bill when the incident occurred while I was an employee. The situation happened when another employee, who was stocking shelves, overloaded a shelf, causing items to fall on my head due to lack of safety measures. I believe the store manager should take responsibility for the incident as there were not enough staff present. I need help resolving this billing issue as I visited work med on September 9, [redacted], and am having trouble contacting the billing department. I would appreciate assistance in getting this bill resolved and obtaining the necessary contact information to address this matter promptly.

I waited in line for 7 minutes while five Spanish women were chatting in Spanish, and it seemed like they were not all on break. Eventually, one of them came over to ring me up, with a bad attitude. This was because I had to return a belt I purchased 3 hours earlier. It was frustrating to have to come back and then wait in line like a ghost until the ladies finished talking. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. #Neveragain.

I recently returned items to a store I bought a week ago for $25 but they only offered me $4 without a receipt. Despite showing the transaction on my phone, the manager could not locate it, and I was told I could only get $4. Frustrated, I decided to exchange the items worth $23 but now they are charging me with stealing. This situation has escalated to the point where I have to go to court on 5/15, which is distressing for me as I value honesty and integrity. It's important for the store to rectify this situation, issue an apology, and drop the charges as I have followed the store policies to the best of my ability and have acted in good faith throughout the process.

I need your assistance regarding a recent store visit to return purchased items. I had bought items for $25 a week prior but was only offered $4 for the return without a receipt. I showed the transaction on my phone, but the staff struggled to locate it even after involving the manager, Marie. Despite having the bank transaction proof of purchase, they insisted on giving me only $4. Out of frustration, I decided to exchange the items for $23 worth of new products, leaving behind the original items with the transaction number. Now, I am facing charges of theft, which is distressing as I never intended to steal. This situation has led to a court date set for 5/15, which I find unjust considering my respect for the law.

I waited in line at store [redacted] in Concord, NC for 18 minutes today, June 12. I observed Carmen, the store manager, returning carts, hangers, restocking bags, organizing the service desk, and allowing one cashier to take a break while the line nearly extended into the aisle. I wonder why Carmen didn't open a register herself with the long line. It seems like she needs to understand a manager's responsibilities better. Ross as a whole should improve. This appears to be an ongoing issue in your stores. -Requelle M. Frustrated Customer

I recently returned a purchase to Ross made in April. Despite understanding the 30-day return policy, I returned the item beyond the time frame with the receipt and tags intact. My past experiences involved receiving store credit for the original purchase amount when returning items after 30 days with a receipt. However, this time I only received $3 on a merchandise card for an item I paid $13.99 for. This outcome has left me dissatisfied as it deviated from my previous encounters. The associate handling my return seemed confused, leading me to question if the policy was correctly applied. I would appreciate assistance in ensuring I receive the appropriate refund as per my receipt. Thank you for your help.
