I'm having an issue with my Rockstar account being linked to PlayStation. When I try to log in to Rockstar Social Club, selecting the PlayStation symbol doesn't work. I can't change my email because I'm not receiving the verification email at [redacted] When I try to log in through a browser, it doesn't give me the PlayStation option, asking only for a username, email, and password. After changing my PlayStation email, it seems the Rockstar page still uses my old email which was hacked. I need to find a solution.

I encountered this issue twice within the past two weeks while attempting the Diamond Casino heist. The first time, I completed the heist with a friend and earned approximately 200k. However, upon logging back in after some time, all my money had vanished inexplicably. Later on, I repeated the heist multiple times and chose the aggressive approach, earning around 900k. I spent $150k on personal quarters for the arcade and played with my friend before putting my PS4 on rest mode. The following day, GTA was still running, so I logged in to spin the wheel. Subsequently, after rejoining later, I discovered that all my money and the personal quarters were missing. I hope for assistance because I desire to avoid redoing all the heist setups. Thank you, Liam.

Hello, I have been eagerly awaiting my Twitch Prime benefits in GTA V online for a week, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. After reaching out to Amazon and Twitch, they have confirmed that everything is set up correctly on their end and have advised me to contact Rockstar, the game developer, for assistance. However, each time I contact Rockstar and explain the situation, they respond with a generic email prompting me to unlink and relink my accounts, despite having already done so multiple times without success. It seems like I am receiving automated responses rather than personalized support. Additionally, the phone numbers provided for direct contact with Rockstar have not been effective in resolving this issue.

Hello Rockstargames support team, I am concerned that my account may have been compromised as I received a notification stating that my email address was updated to [redacted] from [redacted] without my authorization. I am unable to access my account with my usual login details. I kindly request your help in recovering my account and would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I have had a PS3 since day one, along with an online account. Recently, I bought a PS4 and a copy of GTA V for PS4, hoping to transfer my files and online progress. Unfortunately, I couldn't do so despite investing over [redacted] days of playtime and a significant amount of money on in-game purchases. I am disappointed about starting from scratch at level 90, losing all my progress, cars, and weapons. I never violated any rules and feel it's unfair that my account couldn't be transferred simply because I couldn't upgrade to the PS4 earlier. I would appreciate it if my original PS3 GTA Online account could be transferred to PS4. If this issue isn't resolved, I won't support Rockstar or PlayStation in the future. It's disheartening to see players like me facing such setbacks while big corporations profit.

I have owned a PS3 since day one and have been using an online account since then. Recently, I bought a PS4 and a copy of GTA 5 for PS4 hoping to transfer my files and online progress, but I am unable to do so. I have invested a significant amount of time, over [redacted] days in-game, and real money purchasing in-game cash from Rockstar, only to find out that I cannot transfer my account. This is frustrating as I am at level 90 with numerous assets in the game. I have never engaged in hacking, modding, or breaking any rules. I feel it's unfair that I am unable to transfer my progress because I couldn't afford the PS4 earlier. I would like assistance in transferring my original PS3 GTA Online account to PS4. If this cannot be resolved, I may have to reconsider purchasing or playing any Rockstar games in the future. The situation feels unjust and disheartening.

I have owned a PS3 since its release date and have an online account as well. Recently, I bought a PS4 and a copy of GTA 5 for it, hoping to transfer my files and online progress, but I was unable to do so. I've invested over [redacted] days playing online, spending a considerable amount of money on in-game purchases from ROCKSTAR. Unfortunately, I can't transfer my account and have to start from scratch at level 90 with all my progress gone. I'm unhappy about this situation and would like assistance in transferring my account. I've never violated any rules, been hacked, or used mods. It's frustrating that I can't move my account because of the timing of when I bought the PS4. I hope for resolution as I don't want to lose all my progress and investments. My PS3 account is edbd13, and please contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]3. Thank you.

I'm unable to play with my friends or participate in missions because when I log in using my friend's name, it shows "disabled" next to it. Despite deleting and reinstalling GTA, the issue persists. This setback is hindering my ability to earn money, join heists, or complete missions as it prompts a message stating that sending invites is disabled until both players complete the tutorial. Even though I am at level 67 and my friend is close to level 60, and I have finished the tutorial, this problem has suddenly arisen after four months of it working without any issues.

I have been playing GTA Online every day since January 30th, expecting to receive the one million dollars mentioned on the Rockstar News Wire. According to the post, players who log in between January 30th and February 5th should get the money within 72 hours. However, it has been more than 96 hours since I last played on January 30th. My gamer tag is Dr Skittlez6794 if you need it for reference.

Rockstar offered everyone a free 2 million in-game money, which I have been waiting for over six days now. They said it would arrive within 72 hours, but I still haven't received it. Many of my friends already got theirs in the first million without any issues. I am disappointed by Rockstar's delay and feeling frustrated as it's almost a week now. Their customer support page hasn't been helpful either. I hope someone can assist me with this. Thank you.

I'm inquiring about the $1,[redacted],[redacted] giveaway for playing GTA Online between January 30th and February 5th, with an additional $1,[redacted],[redacted] to be received the following week. I've played daily since last week but have yet to receive the money. The website states the in-game money should be received within 72 hours of signing in, and I expected to have received $1,[redacted],[redacted] on Sunday. Despite this, I still haven't received it. I'm not overly demanding, but I dislike having my expectations raised only to be let down. It's frustrating when promises aren't kept. I wonder if the delay is due to any issues with the online connectivity over the weekend. If so, I'll gladly withdraw my complaint.

I recently completed the casino heist in GTA 5 online with my friends and was waiting to receive the free million dollars giveaway. However, when the clock struck 12, I closed and reopened my application, only to find that my money had reset to the previous amount. I suspect the issue may be related to my Social Club account, as I have been playing GTA Online since PlayStation 3 and created a new Social Club account for Red Dead Redemption 2. Despite playing daily since the giveaway started, I have not received the free million dollars or the full payout from the casino heist, which I believe should be around $[redacted],[redacted]. My account name is VVVVVWVWVWVWVWVWV.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the online version of GTA 5. My friend is experiencing trouble with his modified deluxo, as it has unexpectedly stopped spawning in its garage location and is not appearing in any other garage locations. He purchased this using real money through your "shark cards," so I believe it is important for you to address this matter promptly. He has not sold the car, but it has ceased to spawn, causing frustration and making him reluctant to continue playing due to concerns about potential loss of items. Given that real money was used for this transaction, it is essential to resolve this promptly to avoid any further inconvenience. Please advise on the necessary steps or information required to rectify this issue as soon as possible.

I am frustrated with players exploiting glitches in the strip club in the game. It is time for the game developers to address these issues, such as god mode glitches and vehicle duplication. These exploits are being promoted on YouTube. I have information about individuals targeting children, promising in-game items and money, only to take over their accounts. This is done by asking for personal details under false pretenses. I believe the security measures need to improve before I consider paying for any in-game purchases or my annual subscription. It may help to rethink the game dynamics, like KD ratios and level limitations, to discourage players from cheating to boost their stats. Feel free to contact me for more details at 01[redacted]65.

I am experiencing issues while trying to play GTA5 online on my Xbox One. Every time I start playing, I get kicked from the session within five minutes with no apparent reason. I then try to switch to story mode and go back online, only to have the same problem occur again - getting kicked within a short time. This has been a persistent issue for a while now, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. Whenever I launch the program and attempt to click on anything, a message pops up that says I need additional software to open the link, leading me to the Windows Store. No matter how many times I reinstall the Launcher, the problem persists. This situation prevents me from logging in. Could you please provide any suggestions to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Peter

I need help with Red Dead Redemption 2 for PS4 online play. I attempted to start the Moonshiner mission before having the required 25 gold bars to purchase the shack location and reaching trader level 5. I have achieved these goals now, but I am unable to figure out how to initiate the Moonshiner mission. When I visit Emerald Ranch and the abandoned saloon, I cannot locate anyone there anymore. I expected to find the mission map in my satchel, but I only have treasure maps. I would be grateful for any assistance.

Due to the extremely poor servers, ammunition is constantly lost, resulting in having to spend a lot of money to replace everything. Additionally, despite being very wealthy, you are unable to establish proper stable connections to the session. Instead of adding cars like the Declass Drift Yosemite, please focus on fixing the glitches. Anyone reading this is an employee from the company Rockstar. Regards, Your Mother.

I am experiencing issues in GTA5 where I am unable to join friends or send invites as it keeps showing as (disabled). The game prompts me to complete the story mode tutorials, which I have already done multiple times. Despite deleting and redownloading GTA5, the problem persists. This problem is new to me, as I have been playing GTA5 and RDR2 for a while without encountering such difficulties. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt response.

Today, when I launched GTA Online, I received a message warning against cheating and possible consequences like account suspension and progress reset. Although I haven't cheated, I occasionally use a glitch on my PS4 to create public solo sessions. I'm unsure if this message was a general warning or specifically targeted at me. Apologies for any language errors in my post.
