On November 30th, I ordered three windshield wiper blades for my [redacted] Toyota Sienna from you. I received two tracking numbers, but when I went to the post office to pick them up, there was only one wiper blade in the box. The missing wiper blades have tracking numbers AR14C1814C24. My order number is [redacted]98. The tracking information shows that I picked up one blade from the post office, but the other tracking number indicates that it was delivered to a garage or alternate address. I never received those two wiper blades. Can you please assist me in locating and recovering these missing items?

I am inquiring about my order for parts with Order Number [redacted]48 placed on 10-25-21. I have been tracking the package with the tracking numbers provided, and I have noticed delays with FedEx. The parts have been near me twice, but now appear to be stuck in South Bend for the past three days. I decided to cancel part of my order and purchase locally due to these issues. This experience is unusual for me, as I have never faced such problems with your service before. I attempted to contact FedEx, but their customer service was unresponsive. I require assistance in locating the correct leaf springs for my [redacted] GMC Yukon. I am unsure if I need bushings as there are various types available. I am disappointed that I did not receive all of my orders. Under initials J.S., three tie rods are missing from the shipment despite being paid for. I have proof of payment. I intend to leave a negative review on your website. My car repair is delayed due to this issue. I would like to know if I can forward the payment confirmation for the missing items. Kindly send me the three tie rods without charging extra for shipping. I hope such errors will not occur in the future.

I received the 2 struts as ordered, but only got 1 out of the 4 tierods I accidentally purchased. Additionally, I received all 3 tie rod ends when I only needed 2, and I was sent 2 cv axle boots instead of the 1 I ordered. I am missing the 3 tierods I should have received. I will return the extra tie rod end and 3 tierods. I expect a refund for the missing tierods by December 11th. The packing of my order was disappointing, and I am considering returning these parts and leaving negative feedback if the issue is not resolved promptly. My fiancée purchased these parts for me as a gift, and unfortunately, this experience has not been positive.

Hello, I have a question regarding the MONROE MA837 air shocks: Does this product include the air line kit? The listing does not mention it, and there is no part number listed. Also, is the price for a pair of shocks or just one? Next, I am interested in the RANCHO RS55369 shocks. Is the price listed for each shock or for a pair? I have been patiently waiting for a part, but after being given a delivery date, it was inexplicably returned to your warehouse. To make matters worse, I was charged over $70 for a purchase that ultimately resulted in nothing. Despite being a previous customer, the lack of a live customer service representative and unanswered emails have left me frustrated. I kindly request a full refund of my money as I am not at fault for the issues faced by your company or the shipping provider. Rest assured, the address provided was accurate.

I needed to buy a new strut assembly to replace the one I got from your company that broke. Since I couldn't wait for the warranty process due to relying on my vehicle, I purchased and installed a Monroe Quick Install Strut myself. The order number I'm referring to for a refund, not store credit, is #[redacted]38. I'd like a refund instead of store credit since the part comes with a lifetime warranty. I recently had an issue with a part that was returned to the warehouse during shipping due to an alleged problem with the address. It's strange because I have successfully received orders at the same shipping address before without any issues. Adding to the frustration, I was charged tax on this order and had already paid it. Now that the part has been refunded, I'm being penalized with a tax fee for an item I never received. I'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with a representative.

I recently made an order with #[redacted]79. However, after making the payment, the shipping cost was automatically changed to next day delivery. I attempted to cancel the order, but one of the parts had already been shipped. Despite this, my credit card was charged the full amount. My initial request was for regular delivery, not next day delivery. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to discuss this issue. I recently purchased a timing belt from your store and had it installed professionally. After less than 7000km of use, the belt broke while I was driving, causing damage to various engine components. The part number for the timing belt is SKT333 or [redacted]19P, and the order number is [redacted]96. I believe that since there is a 12-month warranty on the part, the store should share some of the repair costs as the belt failed prematurely. I recently received my order, which was the torque converter that I had shipped to the shop for replacement in my car. After my car was fixed, I found the return torque converter inside the box along with the new one. There was a packet inside the box with various papers for the return process to get my core refund. However, I couldn't find a shipping label to return the torque converter. I need assistance with this issue so I can receive my refund.

Several weeks ago, I bought complete shock absorbers for my vehicle, a [redacted] Chrysler Sebring 2.4, VIN 1C3EL46XX2N210432. The issue is that they don't fit my car, and returning them is not possible as I live in Chile and paid over US$[redacted] just for shipping from the USA to Chile. Firstly, to understand what happened, I need to know which vehicle the received parts correspond to. Perhaps with that information, I can sell them to recoup some of the money spent. Hello everyone. I need assistance with verifying and registering my Rock Auto account in the system. Despite using my original email address for registration, I am unable to log in as the system does not recognize it. I have attempted various solutions on my end without success. It only works when I receive an order number in my email, which I then input along with my email address on the website. I encountered an issue with the parts I purchased as they did not fit my car. I bought brake pads, rotors for all four corners, and rear struts based on the dealership's recommendation; however, it turns out I did not actually need the struts. I missed the return deadline due to a busy schedule involving school and travel but managed to check them recently. The parts did not fit because I mistakenly ordered standard instead of heavy-duty. I have been a loyal customer of yours for years, and I have always had a positive experience with my orders. Recently, I purchased an O2 sensor, actuator, and brake pads for my [redacted] Dodge Caravan 3.3L from your website. Despite the website indicating that these parts were correct for my vehicle, I received the wrong O2 sensor (Order #[redacted]11) on Dec. 21, [redacted]. The following day, on Dec. 22, [redacted], I received the correct brake pads (same order #), but unfortunately, the actuator I received was also incorrect.
