I previously reported an issue with my food delivery taking 2 1/2 hours. I failed to mention that Sushi Village prepared my food at 1:15, just 15 minutes after placing my order. Postmates switched drivers multiple times, neglecting the fact that hot food left sitting for 2 hours would become cold and stale. I finally received my order from 1 o'clock at 3:39, which is frustrating as I finish work at 5. I'm extremely irritated with Postmates. Delivery is clearly not their forte.

Good afternoon. On February 13th, I placed an order at a new chicken restaurant and encountered issues with unsecured containers. I was informed that I would receive a refund of $4.58, which I agreed to have credited to my account. Recently, I noticed a charge of $9.20 on my bank statement, with $44.58 deducted, but I do not see any additional charges. I am not including the driver tip of $5.00 in my calculation. Could you kindly investigate this matter and provide me with an email confirmation once the $44.58 credit is reflected in my Postmates wallet? Thank you for your prompt assistance.

I would like to share my recent order experience and then inquire about the process where Postmates or Uber could ethically and legally charge my card. The company promoted several promotional codes to attract users to their app. I added these codes to my account and quickly placed orders. The app displayed my total as $0 for each order. After completing five orders, it was never indicated that there would be charges. Even when a store asked for a substitute, I accepted because the total showed $0. Only after the delivery did I receive notifications that I had been charged for the orders. I was not given the option to decline these unexpected charges. I contacted support immediately to request a refund for items I did not intend to purchase at the charged prices. The support chat lasted an hour and ended with a discouraging response via email. I have additional evidence in the form of screenshots if needed, although I believe your records should suffice. Kindly reverse the unauthorized charges as required by law. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I received my order, but there were some issues with the delivery. Instead of leaving the order at my door, the delivery person asked me to come down; claiming to be from Uber, not Postmates. Also, the person who handed me the food was not the expected Postmates delivery person. The order arrived cold, and the unsealed bag made me uncomfortable since the restaurant did not seal it properly. Furthermore, the French toast was made with regular bread instead of the challah bread I ordered. I am not looking for a credit; I would appreciate a refund.

On Monday, I placed an order with Taco Bell for a total of $43.08, but unfortunately, the order was never delivered. When I contacted the help center, I was informed that the order was not eligible for a refund. The delivery was made to the wrong address, [redacted] Audelia Rd. Dallas, TX, instead of my address at [redacted] Audelia Rd. Dallas, TX. This mistake has left me without my order and out of pocket. As a person with disabilities on a limited budget, this has caused me inconvenience. I can provide proof of the delivery to the incorrect address and the charge, even though I don't have a receipt. Hello, I'm Lise. I typically use your service with my credit card, which my bank confirms is still active. However, when attempting to order food on your site, I repeatedly encounter an "Oops, something went wrong" message. Despite entering the correct information multiple times, the issue persists. Surprisingly, my debit card processes without any problems, indicating the recent trouble lies specifically with my credit card on your platform. Any insight into resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as my credit card remains valid and functions properly elsewhere.

We are experiencing repeated issues every Saturday with our lunch orders for employees. For the 4th or 5th time in a row, the order is delayed and eventually canceled by the app. This time, it was pushed back, canceled, and then pushed again. We are frustrated as we cannot reliably provide lunch for our employees as promised. We are considering taking our business elsewhere to ensure consistent delivery or better customer service during such events. Please advise on how to resolve this ongoing problem.

This company has been incredibly difficult to deal with. I struggled to reach Postmates after placing an order on 4/6/23. Despite ordering from California Pizza Kitchen, I encountered issues during the process and did not input my credit card information. Surprisingly, Postmates still charged my card without delivering my order. I am requesting a full refund of $54 for the undelivered order. Dana C.

I had an order that was canceled due to 4 drivers canceling on delivery at 5 a.m. as I am currently unwell. I ordered multiple items to avoid leaving my place because of my immunity issue. Being charged $40 for something I never received is unreasonable. The money isn't the main concern, it's the principle. I accept a cancellation fee, but paying the full price because the drivers couldn't deliver is unacceptable. Additionally, it deducted over $50 from my account, not just the $40 stated in your app. This experience is disappointing, I hope for your understanding so I can use your app without worry or stress.

I noticed a charge of $35.49 on my card yesterday at a restaurant on April 25, [redacted], at 5:37 PM. My name is Linda Lee, and I did not authorize this purchase. The last four digits of my card, which was used, are [redacted]. I did not make any orders, and the purchase did not come to my address at [redacted] Monroe St., Apt. A, Elkhart, Indiana [redacted]. I kindly request a refund as I am unaware of this transaction and did not receive any goods or services.

I received items from Postmates, but they only add up to $53 for three items. Two items are missing - a soda and a pizza don't total $53. The pizza alone is not $52 as stated on the bill. Postmates mentions 53 hours on the page but my order hasn't arrived yet. I didn't receive what I was supposed to get. I didn't get the pizza and soda. The numbers advertised online, like [redacted], do not work. Postmates insists I pay this before I place my next order.

I placed an order for 15 classic wings at Wingstop through Postmates. The price displayed on the app and website was $12.09, but when I completed the order, I was charged $24.79. I did not select any extras, just two wing sauces, Bleu Cheese dip, and a Dr. Pepper. I anticipated my order to be approximately $16 plus taxes and fees, but it totaled $43 before tip. Can someone explain why there is such a discrepancy in the final amount charged?

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding the issue with our delivery drivers not being able to locate our new location at the Greenbrier Animal Hospital in MN. We have recently moved just 2 blocks away from our old spot, causing confusion for the drivers who are still directed to the previous address. Despite eventually receiving the food, the delays impact us significantly. One of your drivers mentioned having to resort to using a different navigation device or app to find us. This poses a problem, especially when our veterinarians have lengthy surgeries extending into the mid-afternoon and rely on timely deliveries for a quick lunch before afternoon appointments. On the evening of 6/2/23, I placed an order through PostMates for Wendy's Hamburgers, attracted by the positive reviews from my friends who have used the service in the past. Despite the estimated delivery time provided, my order never reached me. After waiting for a considerable period, I actively kept my phone on hand but received no communication. Disappointed, I ventured outside my apartment multiple times with a flashlight to search for the missing order, but to no avail. As a person with limited financial means, this experience was especially disheartening for me. On July 10th, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 taco combos from Taco Maker for a total of $6.99. However, upon delivery, I received two soggy tacos in a wet brown paper bag, missing the drink and nachos that were supposed to be included. Surprisingly, I was charged $12.66 for the order, which should have only been $2 for the delivery fee. I attempted to contact Postmates on July 11th, but struggled to find a suitable method to reach out besides providing a picture, which I didn't have as I had already disposed of the items. Now, I am here trying to seek a resolution. I am requesting a full refund as the food was unsatisfactory, missing items, and inaccurately priced. Despite the delivery being prompt, the overall experience left much to be desired. Thank you.

I placed an order with Luby’s last night, on Sunday, 07/22/[redacted], and unfortunately, my $2.99 fried okra was missing from the delivery. This is not the first time I have experienced missing items from Luby’s; a few months back, a $5.99 carrot cake was also omitted from my order. When I contacted Postmates about the issue, they mentioned that I had reported it too late. I have noticed incorrect phone numbers listed for your company, making it challenging to reach out for assistance. It seems that these discrepancies contribute to your poor reviews. Loyalty should be a two-way street; by taking care of returning customers, you build trust and loyalty in return. I kindly request a refund for the missing fried okra. I ordered 3 meals from Popeyes, but only received one meal. I had to pay $50, but because the food was missing, I had to pay for an Uber to pick me up, which cost me $70 for 3 meals. I would never have spent that much, but my kids were hungry. Your driver kept ignoring my calls, and I suspect he may have eaten the missing food. I am extremely upset and have been trying to get a refund because I will not use your services again. I want my money returned. I find it frustrating to receive an automated response denying a refund for my recent Postmates order, considering the amount of money I've spent on their services and Uber rides over the years. My most recent Burger King order was disappointing because the fries were stale, which I found unacceptable. I have evidence in the form of photos and videos to support my claim. It's important to me to receive the service I paid for, especially as a frequent customer.

Good morning, I recently encountered an issue with a double charge on my order and am in need of some assistance. Being charged twice for a single order is financially burdensome for me, and I hope to resolve this promptly. The email associated with my Postmates account is [redacted] On Sunday, 9/17/23, at 10:24 am, I placed an order for pizza from Franco's restaurant, intending to schedule it for a 1 pm delivery. However, there was an error that caused the delivery time to switch to 11:30 am, which was not suitable for the planned birthday lunch. Despite trying to adjust it, I was unable to do so. As a result, I cancelled the order at 10:25 am, only a minute after placing it, and promptly made a new order at 10:28 am for a 1 pm delivery. Although I was pleased with the delivery service and food quality, I noticed that I was billed twice for the same order. When I contacted Postmates through chat, I was informed that canceled orders incur charges to compensate for the restaurant's time. However, since the cancellation occurred promptly, I believe no time was lost. As a mother of three striving to manage financially, I am unable to bear the cost of a duplicate charge. I regularly order from your restaurant while at work. Today, I placed an order at 10:30 but forgot to include a tip for the driver in my rush. Normally, the delivery takes 15 minutes, so it should have arrived by 10:45. However, due to the missing tip, the order was delayed to 11:15. The assigned driver was far by LAX airport, which I find unfair. I have been a loyal customer but this experience feels like taking advantage of me. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order as it exceeded my lunch break. Moreover, you charged me $15, more than the meal itself. I am disappointed with this service and will be filing a complaint. Regrettably, I will no longer be using your delivery service.
