I am facing an issue with my Pokémon Go account. The original email associated with my account was deleted, and now I would like to update it to my new personal email. The old email was [redacted], and my new email is [redacted] My account name is XMajorKillerX, created in September [redacted] in Canada. I am a member of team Mystic and caught most of my Pokémon in Rocky Mountain House & Grande Prairie, Alberta. I took part in events like the first Dratini community Day in Red Deer, Alberta, and the introduction of Field Research tasks in Grande Prairie. The account was last used on my Samsung Galaxy S4 & S6. I reached level 30 on July 19, [redacted], and can provide a screenshot for verification. I have tried various support methods but have been informed that the information I remember about my account is incorrect. I sincerely hope to regain access to my account to continue my Pokémon Go journey.

I'm currently unable to access my Pokemon Go account, Blackbird2771. When attempting to log in using my current email address, I receive an "Unable to Authenticate" message. My account may have been incorrectly linked to a college email address that was deactivated a year ago. After reactivating that email, I still face login issues. I was unexpectedly logged out of the game yesterday and am seeking assistance to regain access to my account.

I accidentally got my old school email account blocked, which is linked to my Pokémon Go account. Today, my old school teacher tried to help me fix it, but it's challenging because she needs to check many apps and sites. I contacted the support team to change the email on my account, but two out of the ten security questions were answered incorrectly. I need to know the exact number of Poké Coins I have, which I can't recall. I'm frustrated because I've been a loyal player since the game's release week. If I can't switch my email by July 1st, my account will be deleted along with all my progress in the game.

I need to update my email associated with my account as my current email is no longer accessible. My account username is Mahorn0330, and my current email is [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to access Pokémon Go using this email, and despite being able to log in, I have been denied access by the admin. I would like to change it to an email that I frequently use and have full control over. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me with updating my email without requiring a full game reset. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account since [redacted], and losing my progress would be devastating. Your help in switching my email would be invaluable to me.

I got logged out of my Pokémon Go account and I can't remember my password. When I try to retrieve it with my screen name, it says my email doesn't match. Then, using my email and date of birth, I'm directed to one of my old accounts. I just need access to my account with the screen name "AvOrigin21."

I'm experiencing issues with the special research event "From A to Zygarde" on my Pokémon GO account. I was supposed to receive a Zygarde upon completing part 1 of the special research, but it did not show up in any of my open Pokémon capture slots. I have storage space for up to 1,[redacted] captured Pokémon, currently totaling between [redacted] to [redacted] in my Pokémon GO account. I reached out to Pokémon GO about the failed capture of Zygarde at 2:45 PM yesterday, but I have not received any email or phone call from a representative of The Pokémon GO Company or The Nintendo Company providing instructions on how to resolve the issue. I am seeking assistance with recovering my Pokémon Go account, which was linked to a Facebook account I deleted a year ago. My account name is GaantaKun, and I am a dedicated player at level 39 with a buddy named Duracell. I have frequented specific gyms and earned platinum badges, but I cannot provide exact starting dates due to being a long-time player. I have invested in the account, participated in events, and even transferred some Pokémon to Pokémon Home. It's clear the account has not been accessed in a while, and I hope someone can assist me in regaining access as I now reside in Vietnam and wish to continue my Pokémon Go journey. I completed a raid with some other players, and when I tried to access the extra challenge, it didn't appear. The raid involved a Mega Rayquaza, and I was looking forward to the challenge as I lack powerful Pokémon. I used real money to purchase PokéCoins for the raid pass. I am disappointed that the extra challenge vanished, and I kindly request for a Rayquaza to be added to my account. My trainer account is Danielgeitje7, and my trainer code is 9[redacted] [redacted].

After not playing Pokemon Go for two years, I decided to log back in. After three days of playing again, the app unexpectedly logged me out and requested a password. Unfortunately, I remembered my password vaguely but forgot the symbols I used. I attempted to reset the password, but then realized I couldn't recall which email address I had linked to my account. My account name is "bibloooooo," and I'm confident I can provide unique details about the account to confirm my ownership.

Hello Niantic team, I am writing to request the reversal of my account termination. My account has been hacked multiple times, causing my email and in-game account to be compromised. Despite explaining this, I only receive responses from bots. I hope a team member can reach out to me to assist in recovering my account. I have not violated any rules and am a dedicated player who values fair gameplay. I would admit fault if I had caused my termination, but in this case, it was due to unauthorized access. I have attended events and enjoyed the game with others in the right spirit. I kindly ask for a human response to help me regain access, as I have evidence such as screenshots showing unknown devices logging into my account. Your consideration is greatly appreciated. I'm having trouble accessing my account with the username SkylanderDK as I forgot the password and the email I used. I contacted Niantic support stating my email is [redacted], but when I tried to reset the password, it was denied. Later, I discovered my other account also uses the same email, [redacted] I'm puzzled how both accounts have the same email. Can you assist me with recovering my password and confirming the correct email I used? Thank you.

I received a week ban during the Halloween event, which I paid for. The ban was due to my friend using my account to spoof without my knowledge. I don't believe I should be penalized for this, and it's frustrating that the ban covers the entire event. I am eager to participate and enjoy the event, so I'm hoping the ban can be lifted or at least receive a refund promptly.

On my account (mamamole2021), I have noticed several Pokémon missing, including a Darkrai, a perfect IV Buneary, and a Magby. They all had unique names like 'I caught' for Darkrai, 'Hundo!' for Buneary, and 'for baba' for Magby. Despite not transferring them, they have disappeared, and I am concerned. I remember taking a screenshot of Buneary to show a friend, but it vanished afterwards. Similarly, I saw Darkrai in my collection one day and gone the next. Magby, caught weeks ago, also went missing when I wanted to trade it. These Pokémon are valuable to me, and I seek assistance in recovering them.

Dear Sir, I recently installed Pokemon Go from the Play Store on a mobile phone I bought from a refurbished shop. The shop owner didn't disclose the status of the mobile's standards. After receiving a permanent ban, I checked the mobile's specifications and discovered it was rooted nine months ago. This was an unintentional mistake, and I have not violated your fair play policy by using third-party apps or developer settings to modify the game or gameplay. I hope you understand this unfortunate issue and can lift the ban promptly. Playing together with friends fosters a sense of community, and I look forward to being able to play with my ID and friends list again soon. Please, take the necessary action.
