My account was suspended for 2 months, and I would like to request a reduction of the suspension period to 1 week at the most. We were exchanging pictures among friends when one of them reported all of us, including me, even though they were involved. I was the only one suspended. During the summer, I broke my leg when a fan in my room fell on it due to loose wires. The fan was on high speed, causing the wires to break, and it fell on my leg while spinning. Currently, my PlayStation is my only source of entertainment for the summer. I have never been banned or suspended before, and it is frustrating that someone who also participated in the same activity did not receive any suspension. Email: [redacted]

I purchased the Shadowbringers DLC for Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn but mistakenly installed it before the base game. When trying to buy the base game on the PSN store, I received an error message stating that I already own the game. Frustrated, I created a new account, purchased the FFXIV Complete Edition for $60, but didn't receive the game. Dealing with Square Support hasn't been helpful, and I'm now $[redacted] down without being able to play the games I bought.

While playing NBA 2K19, I faced an older player who displayed toxic behavior after losing to me and my friends. He threatened to hack one of us and unfortunately followed through. Later, I switched to Call of Duty Black Ops 3 and watched YouTube videos before sleeping. When I woke up, I found myself signed out of my PS4 account due to a possible Wi-Fi issue. Despite entering my password correctly, I couldn't regain access as it had been changed. I attempted various passwords and restarted my console without success. Given that my account was previously hacked, I suspect it happened again. It seems someone used my account to play games while appearing offline. I seek assistance in reclaiming my account and enabling two-step verification to prevent future breaches.

I suspect my account was compromised, and I am in desperate need of assistance. Several years ago, I transferred my PS3 account to an old friend's PS4. Now, it seems he has gained unauthorized access to both my email and PlayStation account. My PlayStation email is [redacted], my alternate email is [redacted], and I have a separate email address as well. It appears this individual may have exploited my PS3 account being linked to my PS4. When I tried to access my old account, named Fliipxsavagex3, I realized it was not integrated into my PS4. Strangely, an account resembling mine was added to my personal email. This person seems to have enough information to reset my passwords as they know my email username and birthdate. Despite changing my password recently, they still gain access periodically through a fake email. I am concerned about their ability to exploit my personal information. I have reached out for assistance since 6:00 A.M. and have screenshots of my recent password changes. I am eager to enhance the security of my account, ensure no one can misuse my personal data for password resets, and investigate any unauthorized activity.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an Instagram user named ikonikservice246 who claimed I won an ikonik skin in Fortnite. I provided my PSN email and password as requested to receive the skin. However, my PSN email was suddenly changed, locking me out of my account and preventing me from accessing my saved games. The Instagram user took my login details and altered them. Although he can now access my Fortnite account, I proactively changed the email and password linked to it. As a result, I cannot link my Fortnite account to another PSN account due to previous unlinking restrictions. To safeguard my Fortnite account, I unlinked it from the compromised PSN account. I seek assistance in regaining access to my hacked account to resume playing my saved games and re-link my Fortnite account. Thank you for any help provided. I received an email on June 30th regarding a security issue with my son's PlayStation account. Multiple unauthorized charges were made on our credit card and have been resolved. However, we are unable to access my son's account, as the login credentials have been changed without our knowledge. My son, with the username [redacted] and password Currym34, is eager to play online with his friends, but the current credentials are not working. We have been away for the past two weeks and are seeking assistance to regain access to his account without creating a new one, as he has saved games associated with it. Thank you.

I purchased a PS4 DualShock 4 controller about 3 or maybe 4 months ago. Today, when I plugged it in to charge, it took much longer than usual. After unplugging it, the charge status showed a question mark. I attempted to reset the controller, but that did not resolve the issue. Upon plugging it back in, the controller now indicates it's charging even when disconnected from the PS4. I have taken good care of the controller, and it's disappointing that it's malfunctioning after such a short time. I understand these things can happen, but for a $60 controller, I expected better durability.

Assessing the stolen items and their value has been a daunting task, leaving me concerned that we may have missed some important belongings. Given the circumstances, as we shut down our accounts, I fear that certain purchases on my PlayStation account may have been inadvertently affected. My autistic child has an extensive history on his PlayStation profile, which spans back over 15 years. While I am unsure of the exact charges on my account, I am willing to settle any pending fees to avoid being banned from the platform. I am quite frustrated as I have been unable to locate a contact number for your service at the moment. I made a call just over a week ago regarding being charged twice for a single payment for a Skyrim purchase. Initially, my card was declined, so I used my partner's card, which went through. On reviewing my bank statement, I discovered that I had been charged twice, resulting in an overdraft of six dollars due to the second unauthorized payment. Even after providing screenshots of my bank statement showing the dates and duplicate charges, I have not received any response.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my account from PlayStation. Despite never making a purchase, they've been deducting £12.99 monthly since April 15th, [redacted], without my knowledge. I am a registered disabled individual, and this unwarranted deduction has caused financial strain. The issue stems from an ongoing £6.99 monthly payment for online play, which PlayStation manipulated to charge me more without consent. This is unacceptable and unjust, especially considering my disability. I've entrusted someone I can rely on to address this issue and have stopped further deductions. It's troubling how PlayStation can get away with such fraudulent activities when I, as an individual, would face serious repercussions for similar behavior.

Hello, I'm Avraham G. and I'm reaching out for assistance. Recently, on July 7th at 17:17, I changed my PlayStation ID from Ibrahim Gavrilov to Shaltrix23. The reason for this change was because I was preparing to sell my PlayStation 4 along with about 15 games I had purchased from the PlayStation store. However, after the sale, I noticed that the person I sold the console to made three game purchases using my Visa credit card. Thankfully, I still had access to the email address and password associated with the account, so I immediately logged in and changed the password. About 8 months ago, I came across a YouTube video from a famous person detailing a glitch involving duplicating PSN voucher codes. Intrigued, a friend and I tested it out by purchasing a $5 voucher. Surprisingly, the glitch worked, but we only tried it once out of curiosity. Unfortunately, I later found my account banned with error code WS-[redacted]-7 due to violating PlayStation's terms. Despite others being unbanned, I remain locked out. I've been checking monthly without success. If anyone knows how I can recover my account, please advise. Yesterday, I made a mistake by insulting a stranger on PS4, whose username is Goa_Deadshot. He seemed to have reported me, resulting in a warning from the PS Network. I now realize that such behavior impacts others' gaming experience negatively. However, I find it unfair that although I faced consequences for my actions, the user Goa_Deadshot continues to spam me with 38 Fortnite prop hunt invites within a minute, even after blocking him. I believe some action should be taken against his account as well, as this behavior disrupts my gameplay.

My brother and I have been playing Minecraft and building a world for the past couple of weeks. Today, we experienced a power outage while playing on our PS4, causing the world to become corrupted and prompting us to delete it. Yesterday, I was playing games with my cousin around 1 or 2 AM when a friend of mine, with the PlayStation ID DonTortelli, joined us for a battle royale game. During the game, I ended up eliminating him, which made him upset and led to him insulting me and disrupting my gameplay. Despite my attempts to communicate with him via text, the situation escalated when he involved another friend, M-Windebank, who threatened and harassed me along with DonTortelli. Feeling overwhelmed, I eventually had to log off around 3:15 in the morning. The next day, upon trying to log in to PlayStation Network, I found out that my account had been temporarily banned for allegedly violating the terms of service due to being wrongfully reported by the individuals mentioned above.
