I am interested in using your services but have forgotten the password I initially set. Additionally, I am not familiar with how to navigate your services. I am reaching out in writing due to my hearing impairment, making phone communication challenging even with hearing aids. I bought a Halloween witch product for $26.98 from an ad on Facebook. I received a Halloween doll instead, which is not what I ordered. The charge appeared on my Citi Bank credit card under Paypal. The company's name on Facebook is "Toucan Wonderful," but on my statement, it's Paypal *Duotongguan. The tracking number is #[redacted]. I feel scammed and seek a full refund. I am hoping to receive a reply or guidance regarding my recent purchase issue. I have attempted to contact your customer service several times without success, even considering reaching out to Dan Schulman. The phone number provided was constantly busy and unresponsive. My concern is about the Lorie Grenier cellphone purse I ordered in wine or red a couple of weeks ago, charged to my credit card. I hope you have notified my credit card company of the payment received. Upon realizing the item's origin is from China, due to COVID concerns, I am hesitant to accept the delivery. I understand there should be no issues with the virus when receiving shipments from China by Shen Zhen. I am seeking reassurance and resolution to this situation, as the item has not arrived yet, and the birthday for which it was intended is approaching soon. I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by PayPal. I paid $[redacted] for goods and received an empty box. PayPal has been investigating for a month, denying my dispute without any explanation. I filed a police report, as it seems like PayPal, the merchant, delivery person, and the warehouse are all involved in a scam. It's frustrating to have paid $[redacted] and received nothing, while my funds are being held. I will not use PayPal again; it's a scam. I reached out to Restoro.com seeking a one-day computer service for $27.95. After allowing access for a technician to work on my computer, the original contact person unexpectedly offered additional services costing $[redacted], not mentioned on Restoro's website. I declined these expensive services and explicitly instructed not to charge me $[redacted] through PayPal. Despite my clear instruction, I noticed a $[redacted] charge on my account instead of the agreed $27.95. I initiated a dispute with PayPal disputing the unauthorized $[redacted] charge, but it was denied as I had technically authorized services. However, the issue remains that I did not consent to the $[redacted] fee. I attempted to open another dispute focusing on the $[redacted] charge, but PayPal redirected back to the initial dispute. Feeling deceived by the unexpected fee increase, I am now facing difficulties as Restoro is unresponsive to my inquiries and the refund policy is unclear. PayPal's refusal to investigate the unauthorized charge is hindering the resolution of this matter.

Dear PayPal Seller Performance Team, I apologize for our recent decline in performance as a PayPal user, which has fallen below both PayPal's and our own standards. There are three main reasons for this: 1. Some buyers have not received their orders. 2. Buyers have received defective items. 3. Numerous disputes have been opened. To address these issues, I have taken steps to improve. The Minecraft community can be challenging with fake cases and scams. I have had many closed cases on PayPal since late [redacted], mostly related to payments within the Minecraft community for YouTubers, advertisements, server plugins, and other services. Unfortunately, Minecraft players often open cases falsely claiming they did not receive items they purchased, making it difficult for us to provide proof due to the high volume of messages we deal with daily. To combat this, we have now included an "Evidence" button on our store to ensure proper documentation of item delivery to customers, improving our adherence to PayPal's Terms of Service. I understand the importance of compliance and will continue to work on providing better service to our customers. Hi, my name is Denise. I have PayPal on my phone, but I encountered an issue with my email address. PayPal saved my old email automatically, and now I am unable to update it to my new email. I am getting a message stating that my new email is already associated with another account when I try to make the change. I want to resolve this problem and update my email to the new one. To do so, I need to set the new email as the primary one before deleting the old one, but I am unable to do this due to the error message. On January 28th, I placed an order for a plastic shed with receipt number [redacted][redacted] for $89.95. However, I have yet to receive it. Due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, I mistakenly placed another order with a different vendor called AriannaBarn on July 29th, [redacted], for $99.00. My bank statement confirms the payment, but upon trying to track the order, I discovered the tracking number, fax number, and phone number provided were invalid. I find myself in the unfortunate situation of paying for two items that have never arrived. I reached out to PayPal regarding the January order, but despite multiple attempts and inquiries about resolution, my issue remains unresolved. I am having trouble transferring money to my card ending in ***[redacted]. Also, I keep getting locked out of my account during sessions for reasons I don't understand. Every time I log in, I see my balance of $[redacted].64 but I can't do anything with it because I get the same error when I try to move it. I've provided verification information such as two-factor authentication, my social security number, emails, and phone numbers, but I keep getting locked out without explanation. I can't reach anyone at your support line, and I'm frustrated with the lack of results in fixing this issue. I feel like I've provided enough information to prove my identity without going through this hassle. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll have to reconsider doing business with you. I have filed a report with the IC3. Today, my account's secure donation feature with the account ID generation is disabled, which concerns me. I will continue to document any anomalies and file additional reports. These crimes, including theft and fraud, need to be addressed. Respect for justice and humanity is necessary to stop these documented offenses. I hope we can prevent further abuses by taking action against these ongoing issues.

I did not order the item, and I was provided with a [redacted] number to contact in such cases. They attempted to have me install an app called AnyDesk, inquiring about my bank account balance. Suspicious, I disconnected the call, contacted my bank who confirmed no knowledge of the situation. Turning to PayPal, I discovered the [redacted] number called earlier had individuals with Chinese accents, questioning if I installed the app. After explaining PayPal discredited them as a scam, they ceased further contact.

I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account due to forgetting my password. I originally set up the account with an email that is no longer in use, [redacted] I have updated it to [redacted], but PayPal has not removed the old email from my account. Additionally, the phone number I used for the account, [redacted], is no longer valid, and even though I updated it, PayPal still has not removed the old number. I am unable to receive any communication to log in because of these issues. I attempted to open a new account, but it recognizes my current email address, [redacted] I need help to access my account and update all this outdated information. I recently made a purchase and got a receipt through PayPal, but the items I received were incorrect and incomplete. I used PayPal as a guest due to not remembering my password. I can't find the transaction online or contact customer service successfully. The Transaction ID is 7SL09927WB023941R. The order was placed on October 13, [redacted], under the name Linda Shockley at [redacted] I ordered 5 life-sized animated Halloween decorations, but the received items are much smaller, poorly made, and not what I expected. I am unable to access my PayPal account. The account was created in the USA, but I now reside in Vietnam. I no longer have my old phone number or credit card, and I cannot receive text verification messages as I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I would like the option to reset my password by receiving an email at the address listed below. I prefer not to join any additional groups or services. My main goal is to recover access to my PayPal account so I can retrieve the $[redacted] mistakenly sent by my employer instead of being deposited into my Vietnamese bank account. I am confused as to why the verification process only allows for text messages despite my current situation.

I made a purchase on 06/03/[redacted] from OpticsPlanet.com totaling $[redacted].98. After returning an item, they issued me a credit of $35.09 to my PayPal account on 10/23/[redacted]. However, I cannot locate this credit on either my PayPal account or the linked credit union account used for payment. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to link my BMO account to my Canadian PayPal account ([redacted]). I have encountered difficulties for the past two weeks with the automated online chat support, being instructed to wait 24 hours and retry (done, no progress), then asked to wait another 48 hours and try again (done, still no success). Currently, I am unable to send money to anyone. This situation is urgent as I am unable to access my funds to pay my rent or transfer money. I recently went online to order a hot tub part from Intex but ended up purchasing a whole spa from a Pay Pal page that had them on sale for less than the part I needed. The whole spa cost $66.97 with no shipping fees. Since I couldn't get my PayPal password to work, I charged the purchase to my Visa. I received an email from American & Schoen Machinery Company regarding my order, but it didn't specify the product, and there is no mention or image of the spa in the email. The receipt number for my purchase is [redacted], and I made the order on November 5, [redacted]. I just want to ensure that I will receive the bubble spa I ordered or cancel the transaction if not possible.
