I regularly purchase a large rustic sourdough bread sliced thick for my husband every couple of months, ensuring it is fresh when I pick it up the next day. On my recent order placed for Thursday, June 22, I faced some issues at the N. Dartmouth, MA store. Despite my usual pick-up time at noon, the bread wasn't ready. Finally, a gentleman found it, but it wasn't sliced as thick as requested. After storing it in the fridge, my husband mentioned it tasted slightly stale. Considering the high cost of over $8.00 for this bread, we were left disappointed. I kindly request a credit to my account for a free large rustic sourdough bread to rectify this experience. I want to express my disappointment with Panera Bread Store #[redacted] in Quincy, MA. My wife and I visited this location at [redacted] Hancock St, [redacted]. I ordered the Asian Crunch Chicken Salad, but after sitting down at a dirty booth, I noticed the store was not very clean. While trying to enjoy my salad, I found fruit flies in the bowl after just two bites and had to throw it away. My wife's salad with rice and chicken was fine, but overall, our experience was unsatisfactory. I have been to other Panera Bread locations, but I will not be returning to this one. I use the Panera app on my phone linked to my credit card. I also own refillable Panera gift cards. However, the store manager claimed they couldn't connect them to my new phone number. The rewards like free coffee, muffins, and sandwiches I earned through the app seem to be unrecognized. Despite attending two interviews at Panera for an "On The Spot Job Hire," I never received a call back even after providing my phone number. It's incredibly frustrating.

I am feeling disappointed today. Every year, I eagerly anticipate my Panera birthday treat. Upon receiving the email this year, I was thrilled. I had planned to go yesterday but couldn't due to being on the wrong side of the highway. I aimed to go today, but upon checking the email for my treat, I discovered it had expired yesterday. Although my birthday was on August 2, today is August 9. It's disheartening that I couldn't even have a full week to redeem my birthday treat. I am let down. I hope the policy could be reconsidered. When I contacted the helpline, I was initially informed there would be a $5 fee, but instead, I was charged $30. Additionally, they requested my Social Security number which raised red flags for me. I will refrain from using this service again until this issue is resolved. I have already reported this to my bank for potential fraud but cannot reach them until September 15th, [redacted]. I am extremely dissatisfied and suspicious of the process, especially having to pay for assistance instead of receiving prompt help or an alternate contact method. It’s concerning to only have the option to reach out by phone, as flagged by M&T Bank. I share the same suspicion considering the unexpected increase from $5 to $30 for a simple food order.

I went to Panera in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia tonight. I tried to order a sandwich with bacon, avocado, cucumber, and lettuce. Even though I specified no turkey, I was still charged for it, resulting in a $14.04 bill for a full sandwich. I wasn't asked about being a Panera loyalty program member or given a chance to input my phone number. The bacon portion on the sandwich was small and not like real bacon. Unfortunately, an angry kitchen staff member shouted my name loudly when my to-go order was ready. My Panera loyalty program number is [redacted]. Despite being a loyal customer, my recent experiences at Panera locations in Chattanooga and North Georgia have been less than satisfactory.

At the Carlsbad location near Palomar Airport Rd, I observed two employees handling food without wearing hats. One of them, possibly a manager with long brown hair, and the other one came out from cooking without a hat. I mentioned to him about the hygiene concern and he apologized, mentioning they were busy. I expressed my discomfort at the situation.

I was signed up for the Sip Club by a friend without my knowledge, thinking it was a good program after she explained it to me. I wasn't aware I had to cancel the subscription, as I was informed it would end at the close of summer. Unexpectedly, I saw a charge on my credit card for November. After contacting them, I was assured it was canceled, but then I was billed again in December. Despite being promised credits, I visited Panera in Green Bay, WI and found out I'm still a member with no credits as agreed. I'm requesting my subscription to be stopped immediately and the credit to be applied. Thank you. - J.W.
