Last night, we made a late booking for our airfare, but it seems we mistakenly entered the wrong email address. We have not received our travel confirmation yet. Although we got a text confirmation with an itinerary, we are unable to log in or chat with customer service using the provided confirmation number, phone number, or the last four digits of the credit card used. We noticed that our credit card has been charged. We are concerned about this situation and would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue. During the booking process, I believe the suggested email address was "[redacted]," and I may have skipped over it by accident. We have also attempted to email this address for assistance in retrieving our confirmation, but have not had any success so far.

I reserved a Business class flight with Air India last year, but I got downgraded on my return flight. They issued me a receipt for a refund for the fare difference between economy and business. Despite multiple calls to Air India, I was told Orbitz needs to refund me. Orbitz, however, informed me that Air India is accountable for the refund. I tried to follow up via email consistently for months. Air India initially said they would refund me in January, but last week they changed their statement, saying I should contact Orbitz instead. This situation is incredibly frustrating!

Due to a missed connection on a Spirit Airlines flight from Dubois, PA to Myrtle Beach via Pittsburgh, I was unable to pick up my Avis rental car at Myrtle Beach International Airport. Despite attempting to cancel within the required six-hour notice period, the unexpected flight delay led to me missing the deadline. I kindly request a credit to rent the same type of vehicle from Avis in Myrtle Beach from 04/25/[redacted] to 04/28/[redacted], mirroring the original reservation for four days. The pickup time will remain at 6:00 PM, just two weeks from today.

I made a reservation for a rental car today at 2:10 PM using my card. I received confirmation emails indicating it was a successful booking for $[redacted]; however, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed they require a major credit card which I do not have. I have attempted to contact your customer service at [redacted] to resolve this and obtain a refund but the system does not show my reservation or booking.

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to correct my return flight booking online and through customer service, but unfortunately, I am facing issues with my itinerary and payment details verification. Initially, the system accepts my itinerary and payment information, but upon re-entering it, the system claims that the information is incorrect. I have encountered multiple scams recently. My State retirement deposit was sent to a closed account at the bank. Laurie helped update my account information last month. The new account's routing number is [redacted]49, and the checking account number is [redacted]9. If you require additional details, please let me know, and I will provide them promptly. On two separate occasions, I needed to modify my flight arrangements, which I did through the company's website. Each time, the cost difference for the new flight was displayed. Last night, the adjustment was supposed to be $56.01. However, upon clicking "Confirm," an error message appeared instructing me to call for assistance. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed of a higher price increase due to fluctuating ticket rates. While this may be plausible the first time, it raised suspicions the second time. The discrepancy between the website price and the increased phone price was frustrating. Despite my requests, I was unable to speak with a manager and was pressured to pay the inflated amount to secure the ticket due to my urgent circumstances. I find this practice concerning and demand a refund and transparency regarding these questionable business practices.

I request a refund as upon arrival at the pickup location, I was informed of the conditions and policies which seemed unfair to me, leading me to decide not to proceed with any booking. Hello, I need some assistance regarding a recent issue with a company named FTI Global Distribution System claiming to represent Orbitz in Morocco. At first, my interactions were positive, but recently I have been unable to reach anyone from the company, and it appears that they have vanished except for their website. I am uncertain if FTI Global Distribution System is truly associated with Orbitz or if I have fallen victim to a scam. I believe there has been an error in the charges on my account. My booking number is [redacted][redacted]. Air France charged me $[redacted].90 on May 16th, but my itinerary on Orbitz shows $[redacted].80. I contacted Orbitz first, and they advised me to talk to Air France for a refund since they made the booking. However, when I reached out to Air France, they directed me back to Orbitz. Subject: Assistance Needed with a Refund for Canceled Hotel Reservation I am inquiring about a deposit taken following the cancellation of my reservation at the Charlroy Motel. Due to the hotel's age requirement, I cancelled the booking as my daughter doesn't meet the criteria. Despite following the cancellation guidelines by calling on April 13th and attempting to verify on May 9th, a refund was not processed. On September 24, [redacted], I tried to book flights through Orbitz from Grand Rapids to Puerto Vallarta. After encountering an error message twice, I realized I was charged twice for return flights totaling $[redacted].28 each. The flights were with American Airlines. I promptly canceled both flights as I didn't have outgoing flights to Mexico. Despite booking through Orbitz, I never received a booking number or confirmation. When I attempted to call to rectify this, I found myself stuck in a telephone loop. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain a refund for these duplicate reservations.

After updating our return flight details due to it not aligning with our original booking, we incurred a cost increase of over $[redacted]. However, the revised itinerary provided by Orbitz did not accurately reflect the departure time for one of our connecting flights. As a result, we missed our final connecting flight, which departed half an hour earlier than indicated on our Orbitz itinerary. Despite our previous flight landing slightly late and rushing through customs to reach the gate, we arrived only to find that our connecting flight had already departed. We had to book another flight for the next morning and pay $[redacted] for an overnight stay at an airport hotel.

We have a reservation through Orbitz for a package to Arizona made on September 2, [redacted], with confirmation number [redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival today, the hotel manager informed us that the pool is under renovation, rendering it unavailable. The manager assured us that we could cancel without any fees, given the circumstances. Subsequently, we contacted Orbitz to cancel, as advised by the manager. However, Orbitz has sent us an email indicating a charge of $[redacted].53.
