My OkCupid account has been disabled, and I believe it may be due to a security concern related to a billing error while trying to renew my subscription. Last Friday, I logged in without issues to renew my subscription. However, after entering my visa card details to proceed with the transaction, I encountered difficulties as the window wouldn't close. Assuming an error, I re-entered my details and even tried with my debit card, facing the same issue. After finally managing to complete the transaction, I was asked to log in again and found my account disabled. I received emails regarding the failed transactions urging me to update my payment information, but I only saw these after my account was disabled. I had used a different credit card for a previous subscription renewal, and I am unsure why this occurred as there are no issues with my cards or bank account. Thank you.

I'm honestly not sure, it was my first day using the app. I really loved the idea of being able to meet people from other countries. It was my first time using a dating app. The last thing I did on my account was trying to pay for a basic subscription because I had 9 messages I wanted to check. I tried the payment process with my card, but it was rejected by the platform. Even the bank sent me an alert. After trying several times, OkCupid blocked my account, saying I violated the terms of the app. I hope to recover my account soon as I can't figure out the reason for the block. Hello, I recently bought a premium subscription hoping this app would match my location, seen as I received around 10 likes in the first day. I was disappointed since I never saw any of those who liked me after going through profiles, which is why I upgraded. However, I soon discovered most were fake accounts, people from other countries, or just scammers. Since upgrading, the likes have decreased and stopped coming in. I am very unsatisfied with the product and am requesting a refund. The app did not meet my expectations and has been a waste of my money thus far. Please address this issue for me.

I've been attempting to purchase premium access, but despite receiving notifications that the payment was successful, my bank flagged it as a suspicious transaction. When I tried logging in through the website, it repeatedly indicated that it was logging me in but ultimately failed to do so. Entering the passcode also appeared to go through, but the login was unsuccessful. Strangely, after using the site without any issues for 10 minutes, I received a message stating that my account has been banned. I'm puzzled by these occurrences, as I've only been a user for a short while and have had minimal interaction. I'm certain that I have not violated any terms or conditions.

I need to cancel my subscription. When I try to do it on the app, it tells me I subscribed through Google and redirects me to my Google page where I can't find the subscription. Then it suggests I might have paid with my credit card, leading me back to the same loop. It seems like they make it difficult on purpose to keep charging users. I'm frustrated and want to cancel. The men on the site aren't worth the money, and it's unfair to face obstacles in unsubscribing.

Hello! I'm encountering issues with logging in. I logged out and attempted to log back in. Accidentally, I selected "register" using my email address and name. I then tried to log in using a code sent via SMS, but received a message stating that my phone was not recognized. Hello, I've had my account suspended for repeatedly uploading images that do not depict me. I intended to share pictures of my hobbies. The photos only featured nature and hobbies, nothing offensive, promotional, or involving other individuals. I was unaware that this was against the rules. Unfortunately, the emails explaining why the images were removed went to my spam folder, causing me to miss them. I canceled my account a few weeks ago and asked for a refund due to not receiving matches within my desired location range. Despite canceling, I continued to receive messages from women in other countries instead of from the USA or my local area. Then, on 12/03/[redacted], I was billed $59.39 again, even though I had canceled my subscription. I also seek a refund for the $59.39 payment made on 11/04/[redacted], as the dating site did not respect my preferences and matched me with individuals from a different country.

I recently noticed a $9.99 charge on my Visa account from OK Cupid, but I have not signed up for their services. Upon checking their website, I realized that most of their services are free, so I am confused by this charge. I am unsure which email address was used to sign me up, as I have three emails and found no emails from OK Cupid in any of them. I had a profile on OkCupid where I answered many questions and had a positive experience. Unfortunately, one day my account was banned. I typically block rude users preemptively, but upon reflection, I recalled a specific conversation where I stood up for myself against a rude individual who may have reported me first. Despite my efforts to appeal the decision, I did not receive a response from the support team. I firmly believe that this outcome was unjust, as one person's negative behavior should not determine the fate of my account.

I deactivated my premium account some time ago. Today, on 15.12.[redacted] at 7:00 pm, I re-downloaded the app to cancel my subscription, but it charged me immediately and reactivated my membership for the next month. I managed to cancel it afterward, but I am now seeking a refund. I originally reactivated my account solely to terminate the subscription. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I am having trouble signing in or creating an account on your platform. I kindly request that all my emails and account information be permanently deleted from your records. This action will enable me to create a new account in the future if I decide to do so. Please remove my account associated with phone number [redacted] and the following email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I had to make new email addresses to try to delete photos and account activity. Support informed me that I was reported for an incident that occurred while I wasn't using my account, which seems impossible or a mistake.
