I need assistance regarding a situation involving my daughter, her boyfriend, and a TV. I purchased a 50" Scepter flatscreen from Walmart.com, as they claimed the original one was broken. Walmart sent a replacement, but I discovered they are attempting to sell the supposedly broken TV on your site. Their names are Tamara K. and Eric H. I, Joseph K., was supposed to return the defective TV to Walmart, but instead, they are selling it. Even though I'm blocked from viewing the post, I found it on another family member's account. I have already reported this to the authorities as the TV was stolen, and charges have been made to my account. I am trying to prevent the sale, retrieve the TV, and prevent someone else from unknowingly purchasing stolen goods. You may contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]

A person named Paula expressed interest in buying my table. Through text, she seemed trustworthy and sent a $1,[redacted] check, instructing me to deposit it via phone. I complied, although the table only cost $[redacted], she advised me to give the remainder to the movers. Following, she requested I use Zelle or Venmo to pay the movers in advance so they could proceed. Unfortunately, I fell for this scheme without realizing it was a form of money laundering. She now claims the movers won't show up and demands a refund. Feeling scared, I refuse to engage with these deceitful individuals. They have already taken $1,[redacted] from me with $[redacted] left that should have been payment for the table.

Today, unexpectedly, I can no longer access my account. My profile picture, verification status, reviews, and selling status have all disappeared. Each attempt to access my account settings results in an error message. I have tested this on my wife's phone and encountered the same issue, so it is not a problem with my device. As a top-rated seller with numerous sales, positive reviews, and substantial revenue generated, I kindly request the reinstatement of my account if it has been disabled.

I have been receiving emails from OfferUp notifying me about unauthorized access attempts on my account. When I attempt to log in via Facebook, I receive an error message stating the account is already registered. When I try using my username and password, a verification code is sent to a phone number that does not belong to me. I am unable to contact anyone for assistance, making this situation very frustrating. I would like to close my current account and open a new one. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I recently received an email from OfferUp regarding a buyer named Michael who agreed to purchase my typewriter for the asking price. However, being new to this process and unfamiliar with sending emails, I accidentally deleted the email while trying to respond. I am hoping to contact customer service to check if they have a record of the message sent to my email. Additionally, I would like them to send a message to Michael accepting his offer to buy the typewriter and provide me with a mailing label to send the item to him.

I recently discovered that my account, where I sold various cards including sports and Pokemon cards, has been mysteriously banned or deleted without any prior notice. Yesterday, I suddenly lost the ability to send or receive messages, and upon logging in today, I found out that my account was removed. I am seeking clarification on the reason behind this action and would like to request the reinstatement of my account. I believe this may have been an error and would appreciate more information if the deletion was intentional. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter so I can resume my selling activities promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

My account has been blocked because some of my items were deemed "not authentic," a decision I believe is incorrect. I have been selling my items for 2 years with only positive reviews. Additionally, I have a good track record on Letgo with positive reviews for my clothing sales. I am willing to provide any of my items for inspection and cover the costs. Please review my case as I have customers waiting on my response. The situation is causing financial loss for me and for OfferUp. I am available for a call if needed. Thank you for your cooperation.

I purchased a key fob from Goose-tech. He requested payment via Cash App, which I completed. However, I have not received any communication from him since then, and the item is still listed for sale. Despite his positive reviews, I am unable to report him as there seems to be an error. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service phone support. A few months ago, I sold a paper shredder to a buyer. Upon arrival, the buyer claimed it had scratches on the top, even though I had packaged it securely with blankets and sheets to prevent any damage during transit. Recently, when I tried to sell it to another buyer on your platform, I discovered the shredder was in six different pieces inside the box. The new buyer has already received a refund, leaving me unable to sell the broken shredder. I believe it's unfair that the buyer isn't held responsible for the damage, as the shredder was working when it was initially received by them.

My phone was stolen, so I'm using a temporary replacement. I have trouble logging back into my OfferUp account due to issues with the text messaging service. The two-step verification code has been sent too many times. I need assistance in resetting it so I can log in. I haven't changed my phone number and have set up a new password. Everything is prepared; I just require access to the two-step verification to log in successfully.

This morning, I found that I am unable to login to my account on both mobile and desktop. I have reviewed the policy carefully and have not broken any guidelines. I am wondering why my Offer Up account is suddenly unusable while my Ebay and Amazon accounts are fully operational. I have messaged users about the same things on those platforms without any problems. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Hello, I'm pleased to have found a way to contact you to seek assistance with the OfferUp website. I enjoy using OfferUp but have encountered an issue since the recent update. I am unable to view the screen in landscape mode on my iPad when connected to a keyboard. It is inconvenient to rotate the device to view items. I have searched for a solution in the settings but have not found a way to change it. I would like to continue using OfferUp in its original horizontal format. Any guidance would be appreciated. I was in contact with a buyer interested in purchasing shoes from me. Suddenly, I was unable to send messages, receiving a notification that one of my messages might have breached guidelines. I am sure I did not say anything inappropriate. This situation is unjust as it is affecting my ability to sell items on OfferUp and is resulting in financial losses. I urgently need this issue resolved. OfferUp should rectify this error and allow me to communicate with potential buyers without hindrance. Each time I try to send a message, I encounter a restriction due to alleged guideline violations. These unwarranted restrictions should be lifted so I can resume selling without impediments because I have not engaged in any misconduct.

My name is Joseph. I am having issues with messaging a person named Brian due to an alleged violation of a rule. Despite multiple emails, I am receiving unhelpful responses from an AI system. After purchasing an iPhone from Brian, believing it was reset, I later discovered his information still on it. I attempted to contact him to resolve this, but my messages are being blocked. I urgently need this phone for emergencies and cannot afford another. I selected live chat to resolve the matter promptly. Please stop blocking my messages to Brian or refund me immediately. Websites with no phone support for issues should not be allowed.

I've been selling on Offerup for five years now, but I've recently encountered an issue where I can't view my transactions to see when I'll be paid for the items I sell. Being able to track payments is crucial for my business, and without this feature, I'm considering switching to a competitor. I tried to purchase an amplifier, an Alpine 45 channel, for a little over $[redacted]. I suspect it might be a scam. I have asked the seller to cancel the order via email but have not received any response. The second item, another Alpine amplifier from a seller in Texas, I requested to cancel shortly after as I found a local seller. I also reached out via email to cancel this order but have not heard back, despite the seller reading my cancellation request.

I am Leonard. I bought an Asus Zenfone 6 on Nov 29 and received it on Dec 2 in poor packaging. My wife recorded the unboxing and we found the phone had a cracked camera lens, wrong charger, and scratches not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the seller to return it due to these issues. The seller agreed but did not cover return shipping. I shipped it back safely to Utah. After delivery, the seller changed course and said they won't refund me or provide tracking. I'm now out $[redacted].52 (phone $[redacted].77 and shipping $14.75). I have evidence of the condition of the package I sent and what I received. I demand a full refund of $[redacted].52. Seller IDs are JBraun67 and SilkwooD.

I bought a PS5 for $[redacted] and never received it. I have been in email contact with the seller via Venmo. Despite promises of a tracking number, I never received one. The seller later claimed it was only for a picture. He has reportedly done this to others. I have saved all his messages. Despite two promises of a refund, I have not received one. I have contacted my bank, and they are initiating a fraud report. Please reply promptly. I am seeking a refund.

I am having trouble canceling the Promote Plus option on OfferUp. It's not working, and I can't find the cancellation option. I want to cancel it as it's costly. The Help Center advises managing the app in the Play Store, but I couldn't find the option to cancel Promote Plus. There seems to be no direct way to contact OfferUp to cancel, which is frustrating. It seems they make it intentionally difficult to cancel such options to make a profit.

I paid for the 3-day $8 promotion for my ad, but no changes or promotion have been made. I can only see my car if I go to my account and it's not even visible in the first [redacted] listings. Please refund my card the $8 since the promotion was not carried out as promised. Invoice number: [redacted] Invoice date: December 14, [redacted] Refund the amount or provide the promised promotion! Initially, there were views when I first posted the ad, but they have significantly decreased.
