I have been a loyal customer for years. Last year, I received a twenty-dollar note from your company right before the shutdown due to my age and preexisting health issues. Not having been able to go out to shop, I recently tried to use the note at the store on February 5th, only to be told it had expired. I was in the store for an hour as they contacted a supervisor named Russell with ID number wu? who was unable to assist me. Feeling unimportant over just twenty dollars, I expressed my disappointment and mentioned I might stop shopping at Nordstrom. Despite being just one person, it seemed insignificant to him. The whole incident troubled me, and when I called again today, another staff member named Amy reiterated that they couldn't help, making me feel even less valued. As a former retail worker, I believe in good customer service and respecting everyone. This situation stayed with me, and if Nordstrom cannot address it, I will no longer be a customer once my card is paid off. I will also share my dissatisfaction with others. I want to note that I was the only African American customer in the store, and the experience left me feeling embarrassed for holding up the line. I hope to receive a response. Thank you.

I placed an order for several pairs of shoes back in late December, Order #[redacted]59. Although the shoes arrived in separate shipments in January and February due to the holiday and shipping delays, I encountered some issues. I contacted Nordstrom regarding returning the duplicates and mismatched pair but despite reassurances of a shipping label being sent, it never arrived. I received duplicates and even mismatched shoes (a blue shoe with a brown one). After following up and not hearing back, I am disappointed with the lack of response. If I do not receive a shipping label within a week, I will have to dispose of the extra shoes. I am willing to donate them to a local charity if I do not hear from Nordstrom. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer and cardholder for many years. Last year, I unfortunately missed a $38 bill due to extenuating circumstances. I was recovering from a serious car accident and taking care of my terminally ill mother, which may have caused me to overlook the payment. Despite my immediate payment upon realization, the credit agency employed by Nordstrom was uncooperative and unkind. This resulted in a significant [redacted]-point drop in my credit score, marking the only negative entry in my credit history spanning over two decades. I am disheartened by this experience, particularly as someone with a lengthy background in customer service. I am reaching out to rectify this issue and would greatly appreciate any assistance in removing this blemish from my credit report.

I am dissatisfied with your shipping services. I am not familiar with the OnTrac carrier you utilize, but they are extremely unreliable. Their deliveries are consistently late, which has occurred over a dozen times for me. Additionally, their tracking system is inadequate. I am currently awaiting an order I placed over 65 days ago without any information on when it will arrive. As someone who frequently shops online, this is the worst service I have encountered. It is disappointing because Nordstrom is renowned for exceptional customer service, which is not reflected in this situation. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over 20 years and never had such a poor experience. Order Number [redacted]84 Tracking Number C[redacted][redacted] I have received three emails over the past three days apologizing for the delay in delivery, each time promising it would be delivered the next day, which has not happened. I am concerned about the safety of my expensive Christmas gift left on my porch, so I have been waiting at home for it. After contacting customer service, I was unable to get a clear answer on when the actual delivery will take place, who would be responsible if it gets stolen, as I cannot keep waiting at home every day, and if I could purchase the same product at a local store instead. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and if my issues are not addressed, I will escalate my concerns through the BBB and social media.

Order # [redacted]63: I am satisfied with Item# [redacted]. However, I am disappointed with the quality of Item#[redacted], the Navy Petite Plume Flannel Pajamas. I have washed it three times in cold water and dried it on low heat, but it keeps shedding lint. The lint gets everywhere, which is not acceptable for a Nordstrom product. Unfortunately, for the price of $88.00, I expected much better quality. I have decided to donate it as it's not worth returning. I would appreciate a refund for this item.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Kelly M., our personal shopper at Nordstrom in St. Louis Missouri/Galleria on December 5th. My husband, Ted, and I, Edna Gravenhorst, spent nearly $3,[redacted] within a few hours with Kelly's assistance. She helped us select gifts for 21 people, had them beautifully packaged, and arranged for some to be shipped promptly for our family festivities. Coming from a background in retail/manufacturing, I understand the challenges this time of year brings, and Kelly exceeded our expectations with her exceptional customer care. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over 15 years. I recently bought two sweaters at the Nordstrom store in Schaumburg. Despite mentioning my wool allergy to the sales clerk, she assured me that cashmere would be fine. Unfortunately, after wearing both sweaters once, I found them too itchy to keep wearing. I am aware of your policy requiring tickets for returns, but I was wondering if there could be an exception in this case. The sales clerk I encountered during my return was quite impolite, and I left the items without receiving a refund or store credit. Hello, I have a gift card with a damaged number. I reached out to customer service, and was promised a replacement within 72 hours twice, but it never arrived. Despite being told I would receive a new card, I received an email stating damaged cards would not be replaced due to updated terms of service. I spoke with three representatives who were kind but unable to provide a resolution. I am frustrated as I only seek a replacement, store credit, or the first four digits of the card number.

As a long-time customer, I have noticed a decline in the efficiency of your café in Brea. Since the change in management, the promptness of opening and service has decreased. It is frustrating to see the café not opening on time, especially when there is a demand for it. I have spoken to district managers about aligning the café's opening time with the store's opening to accommodate customers who want to eat before or after shopping. The current situation of delays in opening and inexperienced servers chatting rather than serving affects the overall customer experience. By considering opening Brea and South Coast at 10 a.m., you could attract more customers and improve business. Special recognition to Arley, one of the senior servers, who provides excellent service and could be instrumental in training new staff.

I am inquiring about the availability of the Smartcare Traditional Fit Classic Boat Shirts on your website. These shirts were what originally drew me to Nordstrom. While I find your other products to be ordinary, these shirts stood out for their exceptional quality. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for over 30 years, and I have witnessed your expansion of offerings. However, none have matched the uniqueness and quality of the boat shirts. I used to purchase both the short and long sleeve versions, but the short sleeve disappeared some time ago. Now, I cannot locate the long sleeve option either. If you have discontinued this line, I believe it was a mistake. These shirts were special and unlike anything else in your inventory. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - EM

Order Number [redacted]. I recently purchased the V-Five Waterproof Suede Snow Boot in size UK7, expecting UK sizes based on viewing prices in GBP. Unfortunately, I received a US Size 4.5 instead. The website did not clearly indicate that the sizes were in US measurements, leading to this misunderstanding. It's disappointing that I received the wrong size, and returning them is not feasible due to high return shipping costs. While no one is at fault, I suggest improving clarity for international shoppers on the website to prevent similar issues in the future. Despite the sizing problem, I must mention that the boots are of great quality and style, although it's regrettable that they don't fit. Thank you.

I placed an order with Nordstrom and discovered on Saturday, October 8th, that it was marked as delivered. Despite checking both my front steps and the mailbox at the end of my driveway, I couldn't locate the package. I had to leave for work and hoped it would appear by the time I returned home. Unfortunately, the package was still missing, and I found out someone signed for it with the initials OSC. No one in my family knows anyone with those initials, and the package remains unaccounted for. I am disappointed as the package contained special gifts for my friends, and I had spent a lot of time selecting and ordering them. I bought a pair of UGGs slippers as a gift, but unfortunately, they don't fit. I need guidance on how to proceed with returning the item purchased online. Where should I ship it back? I recently received a pair of boots (Item #[redacted]3) I ordered online, but unfortunately, they do not fit even though they are size 8. I believe the boots are defective and I am attempting to return them. However, the online return service is not recognizing my order number and zip code. I have tried multiple times with the numbers provided on the invoice. I am quite disappointed in Nordstrom's online service as I have been unable to make the return online. Phone calls have not been successful as they lead to dead air after a few seconds. I am currently on hold for over 13 minutes with no sound or indication of being connected. Hello, I recently opened a Nordstrom Credit Card about 5-6 weeks ago. There was a promotion where I received a gift from Nordstrom. I made a purchase of a Chanel Blush for $46 and was informed by the sales assistant that I still had $43 remaining in my account for future use. However, I have now received a bill in the mail stating that I owe $43 for this account. I am confused by this discrepancy and would like to resolve the issue before closing the account. Thank you.

I bought a Canada Goose white coat at Nordstrom Westchester White Plains a few years back but lost the receipt. The dark trim piping is bleeding, making it impossible to clean. Fabricare Cleaners in Norwalk confirmed the issue, stating it's a manufacturing fault. I paid over $[redacted]. Nordstrom Norwalk refused the return due to time passed. How can they sell a product like this? I'd appreciate your advice on getting a replacement or refund. The coat was a gift for my wife. Thank you.
