I recently placed an order on Myntra for two briefs and a Mast and Harbour sweater, but I only received the sweater so far. I got a message indicating that everything was delivered, but I'm still waiting for the two briefs and two packs of handkerchiefs from Pantaloons. These items were ordered before the sweater. It is frustrating to see items displayed on the website that are not available. Please clarify this issue, or I will have to consider ordering from a different website. It's disappointing that despite all the promotion, the customer care number is unreachable. Kindly contact me, or I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Hello, My name is Aryan Raj. I recently ordered a hoodie from the Allen Solly brand. Upon receiving the item, I was dissatisfied with the color, so I decided to return it. During the return process, the delivery person asked me to discard the cover of the hoodie, which he placed directly in his bag without protection. Two days later, I received a notification stating that my return was rejected due to quality issues, even though I hadn't even unfolded the hoodie. I recently attempted to place an order at Myntra, but even though the payment was deducted from my account, the order was not processed. It has been 24 hours now, and I have yet to receive a refund for the amount. As my order did not go through, I am now in a position where I need to place the same order again and make a new payment. I am uncertain about how to proceed in this situation and would appreciate some guidance on when I can expect to receive a refund. The products I tried to purchase were a DENNISON Men Black Comfort Regular Fit Solid Formal Shirt and a Campus Sutra Men Black & Grey Colourblocked Hooded Sweatshirt, with a total amount of Rs. Hi Team, I recently ordered the "Roadster Women Olive Green & Beige Abstract Self-Design Pullover Sweater, Size-M" for Rs. [redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed a call from Myntra on the delivery day as my phone was on silent, resulting in the product not being delivered. Despite contacting customer care twice, my query was closed without a solution. I then reopened the query through the Myntra app, only to have it closed by customer care again. I am seeking a prompt resolution to either receive the product or a refund. It is disappointing to experience such service lapses from a reputed company like Myntra. Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that I recently placed an order for two items, a top and pants. Unfortunately, while the pants received were in good condition, the top I received did not match the color I ordered. I had requested for a black top, but instead, I received a pink one. The package I received only had a mention of No. ML[redacted] without any order number or date. Hello Team, I have requested returns for four products from Myntra within a 20-day period since they were received at different times. The delivery persons have not been collecting the items and are providing false updates on their end. I have brought this issue up with Myntra support, but they have not been responsive. The support team members close the tickets without providing a resolution. They do not communicate properly with the end-users, and it is unclear if they are addressing these issues. I am currently outside of India, and I ordered these items for my parents. Myntra does not allow direct calls for support, only callback requests. My concern is the pending returns with the delivery person not collecting the items and providing incorrect status updates, which seems to be a common issue in my area for the past 20-30 days. It appears that the delivery warehouse team is not managing this properly, causing significant inconvenience and financial strain. Can you please assist us as this is a serious matter for us? I have encountered an issue with the delivery of my order. According to the app, my order of two t-shirts was delivered, but I only received one. The missing item is the DILLINGER Women Rust Pink Printed Longline Oversized Cotton T-shirt priced at ₹1,[redacted] with a discount of ₹[redacted]. The delivery was made by Mr. Shanavas today, December 25, [redacted], at approximately 9:25 am. The other t-shirt in the order, the DILLINGER Women Black Printed Longline Oversized Cotton T-shirt priced at ₹1,[redacted] with a discount of ₹[redacted], was received along with the incomplete item. I applied a coupon on my first trimmer order, but it hasn't been delivered. Myntra claims I didn't respond, but I never received any calls or messages from the delivery person. After making a complaint, Myntra reordered the item, but the issue persists. I haven't received my orders despite placing them twice. If this isn't resolved, I may have to escalate the matter on YouTube and through Dainik Bhaskar. Myntra, please assist me in resolving this situation promptly.

I ordered Crocs sandals, but received a different item. I requested an exchange for the correct item, but I received the same product in the wrong size - size 9 instead of size 8. It's frustrating to keep going through the exchange process multiple times. I purchased the item for a specific occasion, but the incorrect deliveries are causing issues. Myntra should ensure the correct products are being delivered. This is the second time this has occurred.

I encountered an issue with a delivery agent during my return process. He arrived late, didn't knock on the door, and then left without attempting the delivery. When I reached out to inquire about his return, he argued and threatened to delay my refund. Despite my willingness to reschedule, he was unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect better customer service from the company. I prefer not to have this delivery agent handle my orders in the future. The courier boy has not picked up my order from home, and he also has my mobile number. He claimed there was fraud, but I believe my order is fine. Please inspect the product sent to me before calling it fraudulent. Kindly instruct the courier person to come back to pick up the product for return as they have not returned yet. Please arrange for another courier person to assess the return product and pick it up.

I ordered a small size kurti from the Yash Gallery. Unfortunately, it did not fit me well, so I initiated a return request yesterday evening. I carefully packaged the kurti with the tag and invoice intact. However, during the pickup today, the agent mentioned that the tag lacked necessary details such as the price. The tag originally came with only the brand name and no price information. I believe this issue is due to how the item was initially tagged at the brand's end. I have sent back the kurti exactly as it was delivered, along with the invoice. Could you please communicate with your delivery team to facilitate another pickup and process my return and refund accordingly?

I bought a product from Myntra that I cannot wear, so I need to return it as soon as possible. Despite raising the issue, no delivery agent has come to collect the item, which is frustrating. I ordered the Anarkali Black Shae by Sassafras top with order ID #[redacted][redacted]3, but I received a different Kurta top. I want to return this product, but your delivery agent canceled it. What can I do now? You sent the wrong item, and when we tried to return it, your delivery agent canceled the return. Myntra, this seems like a scam. I want my money back. I have raised complaints, but your customer care service is not taking it seriously. They keep saying to wait for 24 hours. Please arrange to collect your product and refund my money. Dear Team, I purchased the "Brown & Green Lady Dancing with Instruments Canvas Art Panels" on 01/02/[redacted] and made the payment online. However, I have not yet received my order. I attempted to contact customer care but the automated voice seemed to be misleading, claiming I was not reachable. The expected delivery date in the tracker was 16/02/[redacted], but there have been no updates. Despite my efforts to address this issue, I have not received any assistance. If I do not receive a response soon, I will escalate the matter to the CEO. I purchased a Puma women's running shoe in UK size 4 for Rs [redacted]. After needing to cancel my order due to an incorrect address, I was notified by Myntra via text on 25 February [redacted] that my refund was initiated. However, I have yet to see the money reflected in my account. I urgently need these funds to place an order for other items. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact customer service as the number provided appears invalid. Additionally, I am unable to write about my issue within my Myntra account. I had high expectations for Myntra's customer service which, regrettably, have not been met. I am very disappointed with the current services being offered as there seems to be no functioning customer care number available. I need to exchange a product from my order with Myntra. The saree I got does not have a tag, and the person who came to pick it up said it could not be exchanged without a tag. Myntra delivered the saree without a tag, but now they won't exchange it without one. The delivery was supposed to be on the 15th, but it was delayed for 2 days, and today the delivery person did not pick it up. I wanted to gift the saree for Holi, so this delay has been frustrating.
