I am currently facing issues with my Evoo EV-C-[redacted]-3 Windows 10 laptop from [redacted]. It was a gift that I recently started using, and after realizing that it needed updates, I decided to reset it to factory settings. However, during the process, I encountered errors due to low storage on the C drive. Despite trying various methods like creating a new Microsoft account, clearing temp files, and attempting disk cleanup, I am still unable to free up enough space on the C drive. I also mistakenly deleted some important files while trying to troubleshoot. I am now stuck and unable to reset the PC to start fresh. If anyone has a foolproof solution to help me clear up space on the C drive and reset my laptop successfully, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

After upgrading my HDD to an M.2 SSD and reinstalling Windows 10 Pro, I joined the Windows Insider Program and installed the Windows 11 upgrade. Following a cumulative Windows 11 update, I encountered issues accessing Windows Defender. A pop-up window would prompt me to choose an app to view the Windows Defender dashboard. The problem persisted even after reverting to the original HDD. Additionally, my user account permissions seem corrupted. Despite my tech proficiency, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the matter using the Windows support site. I have tried reaching out for tech support five times in three days, with no success. My support ticket number is [redacted]. I am frustrated with the long wait times on chat support, promising a 10-minute hold but lasting over an hour. I am seeking immediate assistance, preferably by receiving a Windows 11 Pro USB install drive/DVD or connecting with a live support person for resolution.

Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding the installation of Office [redacted] by a level 2 technician. The process has extended over multiple days, and I believed it was resolved. However, upon attempting to open Outlook this morning, I encountered a problem with downloading emails. The last email received was on 2/11/22, the day I purchased a new computer. I have been collaborating with Microsoft Tech Support since 2/13/22, reinstalling Office [redacted] and Microsoft 10 multiple times with the technician's help. Despite successful installation of Outlook last night, it appears the program is unable to retrieve my emails. I kindly request a review of the records and further assistance. My contact number is [redacted], and I go by the name Robert Owen. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue regarding a refund problem. I recently cancelled a transaction, but my account was still charged yesterday. I have been attempting to contact customer service for 8 hours, but with no success. I have only been met with errors and automated responses, making it impossible to speak with a person. This occurred on 25/02/[redacted], causing significant frustration and annoyance. The unexpected charge has left me financially strained, and I urgently require the refunded amount back in my account. I anticipate a prompt resolution to this matter. For record-keeping purposes, please respond to my alternate email at [redacted] Sincerely, Petru S. [redacted]

I have been experiencing issues with my Microsoft accounts, as someone else seems to have access to them. Despite changing the password multiple times, I am still unable to sign in successfully. This problem has escalated to the point where I am now locked out of my primary computer and having to use another device, which is time-consuming. I recently attempted to "restore and keep my files" on my LENOVO PC, but unfortunately lost some important data. Additionally, I received a suspicious call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, providing me with a phone number to call back. After contacting them, they promised to call me back but never did. I am looking to recover all my files and reset my Microsoft software to its original state.

Hello, I have encountered issues with activating the Windows 10 keys on three devices. I purchased a ThinkCentre last week with a pre-installed digital key, but I encountered problems due to forgetting my Microsoft account username. Dealing with Microsoft accounts can be frustrating, leading me to reset hard disks multiple times to avoid excessive authentications. I understand the challenges with Microsoft accounts. I am not expecting much from Microsoft, considering the past experiences and complexities involved. If by any chance you could assist me in obtaining the three keys I paid for, I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello, I am concerned about possible identity theft related to an Apple ID and phone that were stolen over a year ago. I suspect my mother, Lynn Kenny, may be involved. The Apple ID that was compromised is [redacted] After purchasing a new phone, I created a new Apple ID. Despite recovering the previous account a month ago, I discovered it was linked to saved passwords on my Gmail account - [redacted] Unfortunately, I have been unable to log back in as my verification devices were removed and all information was changed. I am struggling to access my iCloud and Microsoft accounts. I recently noticed unusual changes in my phone settings, such as the date and time. I am reaching out for assistance as I plan to file a police report about my Apple IDs. I can be contacted at [redacted], although my SIM card has been experiencing issues. Thank you.

I am having trouble logging into my Microsoft Surface. It is prompting me for a password that I do not recall as it has been about 4 years since the laptop was last used for school purposes. The email associated with the account is a school email that no longer exists, and even the domain "Cardmail" has been deleted, causing Microsoft not to recognize it for account recovery. The provided recovery form does not request sufficient information for me to verify my ownership of the account. I did not purchase any subscriptions, as I accessed everything for free as a student, and I did not utilize Skype. When indicating I used Outlook, I am asked about recent outgoing emails, which is difficult to provide since it has been 4 years and the email recipients' domains have been deleted as well. I am seeking an alternative method to regain access to my account.

Hello, my name is Jennifer Varnado, and I primarily use the emails [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] for personal and educational purposes. I also created a business email, [redacted], with Google under the domain Hotstax.com. As a busy Penn Foster student involved in various tasks such as research, school work for both myself and my children, tax preparations, legal documents, and website development, I've encountered repeated issues with being locked out of my accounts. This has become a time-consuming hassle given my hectic schedule. My preference for Microsoft services stems from its reliability. Transitioning my Chromebook into a Microsoft-compatible device could potentially resolve my ongoing account access problems. I am seeking guidance on consolidating my multiple email accounts to streamline my activities effectively. Could you assist me in addressing these concerns? Thank you for your help.

I teach at Arena Union Elementary School and oversee a Minecraft class for our After School Program. We set up dedicated accounts for each computer in the lab for simplicity instead of assigning them to individual students. However, since the transition from Mojang to Microsoft accounts, I'm encountering issues. After logging in, I'm prompted with a "My account is locked" message requiring a cell phone number to receive a security code, which isn't feasible for all accounts. Because of poor cell service in my area and the need for multiple phones, this solution doesn't work. Despite taking steps to secure the accounts, including saving recovery codes, I keep facing the locked account page in an endless loop, making it impossible to proceed with teaching. I need assistance to resolve this login issue for all 22 accounts so I can fulfill my teaching responsibilities.

I am employed by a dentist, and in [redacted] the IT support was changed. During the switch, a new Microsoft account was purchased but our domain was retained. The global admin account was set up, and the Microsoft purchase was completed in December [redacted]. Recently, we needed to update the payment method in the admin account, only to discover that the IT does not have the necessary information for the admin account. I tried to reset the password but encountered difficulty when a code was required to be sent via text or call to a number with two digits I did not recognize. Neither the IT, the doctor, nor the assistant knew the number either. Despite contacting Microsoft support with the doctor, IT, and me, they could not assist as we were unaware of the email or the phone number associated with the account. I am unsure of the next steps to regain access to the admin account, as even the IT cannot recall setting it up. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I recently confirmed my Microsoft [redacted] subscription a few days ago. Although my late husband's account is the only one working on my machine, I attempted to sign in with my own account using my email [redacted] After entering my password, it requests a PIN that I can't remember, preventing me from resetting it. Despite upgrading to M365, it insists that Bob's account [redacted] doesn't have ownership, leaving me unable to access Excel and Word. This predicament is hindering my ability to keep up with the clerical work I volunteer for at my church. I can't locate the Microsoft Settings section to resolve this issue, as it keeps defaulting to my late husband's account. I am in urgent need of assistance with this matter.

My primary Microsoft account and Gmail account were both hacked in a coordinated effort when my phone was stolen. Unfortunately, the two email accounts were used for verification, with the phone as the final recovery item. I was in the process of setting up Two-Factor Authentication with Authenticator when this happened, and my mistake was not completing the setup in time. Despite reporting the hacking to MS Support and attempting to recover my account for seven months, I have had no success. Even after approvals for account access were seemingly granted, the hacker intercepted the emails and the opportunity expired. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from the Accounts team given the importance of this account, which I have had for 25 years. I am determined to regain access and am willing to visit their offices in person if needed. The account in question is: [redacted]

On 2/23/[redacted], all my emails disappeared from MS Outlook. Earthlink suggested it was an issue with Outlook causing my pop.earthlink account to close and switch to an IMAP account as default. I had a vast number of emails in Outlook, particularly crucial ones, along with important folders, all lost. I would appreciate a fix to restore all my emails and folders. I've shared my email address but strongly prefer a phone call over email.

I recently upgraded my old computer and thoroughly tested it before encountering recurring BSOD errors after reconnecting USB devices. The setup includes a USB keyboard, a Logitech wireless mouse, and dual monitors, along with hardware like optical drives, SSD NVME drives, and traditional HDDs. The system runs on Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and is powered by a Ryzen 7 [redacted] Processor with 64GB RAM on a ROG Strix B550 motherboard. I have not added any new programs since the upgrade, and the primary use of the computer is for music production.

I am having trouble recovering my Microsoft account. Despite filling out more than 10 account recovery forms, I keep receiving messages saying I haven't provided enough information. I am providing all the details I can remember, but I'm still unable to access my account. The login process seems to be mixing up old and current information, which is causing confusion. I urgently need to speak with someone over the phone to ensure that the correct details from when I purchased Microsoft [redacted] Personal on Dec. 18, [redacted], are being used. At the moment, I am locked out of my account and unable to use my programs. The system doesn't appear to be distinguishing between my old and current information.

I believe someone has hijacked my Facebook account by changing the primary email from [redacted] to a different email address, [redacted], without my permission. The perpetrator contacted me through email, demanding money in exchange for returning my account. Despite not creating the mentioned outlook email, my Facebook account has been associated with it unlawfully. The act of extortion through the misuse of Microsoft Outlook is evident. I am disappointed with Facebook's customer service and am looking towards Microsoft for more effective assistance in this matter.
