My son fell ill at the airport on July 27th. We were supposed to travel from Landvetter (GOT) to Skg via Frankfurt on the 6:10 AM flight that day. Due to the urgency of the situation, I was unable to obtain a receipt or certificate for not boarding the flight. I believe you can verify in your system that we did not travel. Is there any possibility of receiving a refund from Lufthansa with this information? I have a medical certificate, but I am unsure if it is sufficient for compensation or if I am eligible for any compensation. I would appreciate obtaining some form of proof that my son and I did not board or commence the journey. I recently received an email from Lufthansa regarding changes to my flight times. However, this email did not include the seats I booked for my flight from Denver to Frankfurt on August 18th - seats 27B and 27C. I paid extra for these seats, and they were confirmed in a previous email with my booking details. Despite speaking with a customer service representative last week, who assured me these seats were assigned and said she would send a confirmation email, I have yet to receive it. Contacting Lufthansa by phone has been challenging, as I spent an hour and a half waiting only to be disconnected. My Lufthansa booking number is P829SW. I recently received an email from Lufthansa last week regarding a change in the flight schedule. Unfortunately, the email did not include the assigned seats, 27b and 27c, which I had paid extra for on the flight from Denver to Frankfurt on August 18th. These seats had been confirmed in a previous communication. Despite speaking with a customer service representative who assured me that I would receive an updated email with the confirmed seats, I have yet to receive it. Hello, I'm a travel advisor who made bookings through our wholesaler, Intair, for Air Canada flights that are code shared with LH. I've spent numerous hours on the phone waiting and providing clients' credit card information to book seats, but I've encountered multiple issues. Despite giving all the necessary details, including credit card numbers, I was informed that no credit cards were charged and no seats were selected. Clients were incorrectly charged for seats, and after several attempts to rectify the situation, one client was charged 28 times for 4 seats. Hello, My name is Aoune Barhoumi and I took a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Chicago on July 31st. Unfortunately, due to a flight delay and a long customs line, I missed my connecting flight to Houston. Despite contacting Lufthansa customer service at Chicago O’Hare Airport and being offered a flight for the next day, I ran into issues with the hotel voucher provided for the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn. The hotel had no reservation for me, so I had to return to the airport, only to find both the Lufthansa office and customs closed. I ended up spending the night without proper accommodations or food. I hope Lufthansa will address this situation promptly and compensate appropriately. Thank you.

I purchased a ticket to Kunming, China, to visit my sick friend. The ticket (#[redacted]) was bought on May 6, [redacted], for a June 2 departure from Miami. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled due to Covid-19 two days before. I rescheduled to a different city as my friend changed hospitals, incurring an extra charge of $[redacted].55. The new flight (#[redacted]) was set for July 6 from Miami to Chongqing, China, but it was canceled again two days prior because of a shutdown in Frankfurt, Germany. The travel agency suggested I book a new ticket through American Airlines while they processed my refund from Lufthansa, which could take 3 to 6 months. After three months, I learned Lufthansa had issued the refund, but it wasn't showing on my credit card. Eventually, I found a refund of $73.10 on a different card, much lower than the original ticket cost of $[redacted], making me feel taken advantage of by Eros Tours (agency #[redacted]). Due to a medical emergency, my wife experienced severe sinus issues and needed an emergency room visit. We had to adjust our planned departure from Monday morning to Wednesday. Our original reservations were with United (SEA-ORD) and Lufthansa (ORD-CDG). The reservation code for me is VAzPH3 and for my wife is B4ZoK7. United was understanding and helped change my wife's Mileage Plan travel without any additional charges. Now, I need to modify the purchased ticket with Lufthansa due to the situation. Despite numerous calls to customer service with long wait times, I am hoping Lufthansa can assist me with rebooking for a nominal fee considering the circumstances. I am planning to visit the counter at SEA-Tac at 1:00 PDT to speak with Lufthansa directly. I also have a backup one-way ticket with United that can be canceled before 10:00 am tomorrow, with the reservation code MQM3WN, as a precaution.

My PNR number is 5JW8FX. I took a flight from Belgrade to Vancouver and had purchased two 23 kg baggage allowances on my ticket. However, at the Belgrade airport, I was informed that I needed to pay for the second 23 kg baggage. I paid around 10,[redacted] dinars for the additional baggage, despite showing them the payment slip I received via email when I initially added the baggage. They did not accept it, and I had to pay for the second baggage. I am now seeking a refund for this extra payment.

Booking Reference: MIL2SF Our return flight is scheduled for the 25th of August, [redacted], from Faro to Frankfurt. Originally, we had a connecting flight from Frankfurt to Nuremberg at 8:50 PM. However, we received a notification that the flight to Nuremberg has been rescheduled to 1:15 PM. This poses a problem as we will only arrive in Frankfurt at 7:15 PM. Since we were not informed about the change and it seems the evening flight was canceled, we kindly request a rental car to be provided for us. Hello, I am reaching out to express my recent travel experience to Rome from 1st August to 6th August. Upon my arrival in Rome, I was distressed to discover that my luggage, which was supposed to be with me, was actually in Frankfurt where I had a layover. It took two days for my luggage to be returned to me, leaving me with the inconvenience of having to purchase clothes, a toothbrush, and other essential toiletries. Regarding Booking Code WU727C for Munker, I faced difficulties booking a round trip flight with Lufthansa from JFK to Nuremberg for Sept. 12 to Oct. 30. Despite numerous errors on the website, I eventually managed to book with a Lufthansa agent. Unfortunately, the return date was incorrect on the confirmation email. After another round of attempts, an agent corrected the date online. However, I never received a confirmation, and checking online, I found the date was still wrong. Due to Covid restrictions affecting my return flight and additional requirements for my children to re-enter Canada, I needed to change the flights. After obtaining the necessary documentation over two days, I attempted to contact Lufthansa in Germany to make the changes. However, the hotline +[redacted]99 was unresponsive, disconnecting after 1.5 hours on multiple tries. Despite sending three emails that remain unanswered, I also learned that changing tickets at the airport in Germany is no longer an option. My efforts to modify the flights online and through the Lufthansa App were unsuccessful as the flights were canceled by the airline. Contacting other hotline numbers abroad also proved futile.

Unfortunately, my baggage has been missing since it was last traced to flight LH463 (MIA to FRA). I have been in Stuttgart for four days now without my belongings, including civilian and military clothing. This has caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment as I had to attend military briefings in dirty civilian clothes. I had to purchase replacement clothing and toiletries totaling approximately $93.10. I received an email today stating that my bags are being delivered to Miami Airport on July 28th, [redacted]. However, I had already bought new attire for a physical fitness test and briefing I needed to give this morning. This unexpected situation not only cost me money but also valuable time.
