I recently made a purchase of high heel slippers from LITB on December 4th, with Order No [redacted]9. I received an email on December 5th mentioning that my order is in process and that I would receive another email once it has been shipped. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further updates since then, which is quite frustrating. I used PayPal for checkout without creating an account, and I'm finding it challenging to create an account on the LITB app to track my order. I'm unable to find a contact number for customer support, and whenever I click on customer support, I get redirected to the home page. It's a bit of a maze, and I would greatly appreciate it if Light in the Box could provide me with an update on my order. Additionally, I'm having difficulty figuring out how to create an account or log in. Your assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I placed an order for shoes on December 9th, [redacted]. My account was charged for the purchase, but I have not received any email or message about the order status, tracking information, or whether it has been shipped. I have tried to contact customer service without success. It's for my daughter's Christmas gift, and with next week being Christmas, I am concerned about the lack of information regarding the shoes. I do not have an order number or any other details to provide.

I placed an order for a black and purple corset on November 28th, and the payment was deducted from my account, which I can provide evidence for. However, I have not received any confirmation email regarding the order, and it's not showing up in my account order history. Despite reaching out to customer service and explaining my situation three times, the only response I received indicated that they could see I had received the order. This has become quite frustrating. I am seeking clarification on whether my order is being processed and an estimated delivery date, or alternatively, a full refund would be appreciated.

On the second of November, I purchased three shirts from your store, anticipating Chinese sizes might be smaller. However, when they arrived, they were still too tight, even though I ordered a size larger. I returned them for an exchange two sizes up, providing my correct waist measurement. Following a supervisor's advice, I sent the parcel back with a note containing my details. Unfortunately, I have not received the exchanges or a refund yet. I have sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but have not received any replies. I am receiving promotional emails regularly, but I am yet to hear back regarding my exchange or refund.

Hello, On November 25, [redacted], I made a purchase from Lightinthebox and received an email with order number #[redacted]7. Subsequently, on December 4, [redacted], I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped with an expected delivery between December 6 and December 11. However, after the 11th, I didn't receive my order and attempted to reach out via email but realized it was a no-reply address. Upon checking my LightintheBox app, I found no order history in my account. I understand there have been Royal Mail strikes that could have caused delays, but I am concerned about the missing order history on my account. Dear Sir or Madam, I ordered a winter jacket from Lightinthebox on 11/23/[redacted], Order Number: [redacted]4. Upon receiving the item, I tried to communicate with the vendor without success. I was only directed to either request a return or offered a 10% voucher of the item's value. I do not want either option. Returning the item to China as advised by the post (DHL) is not feasible, and I am not interested in the voucher. The jacket is significantly too small. My husband typically wears a size "S", but the "L" is much too snug, and this discrepancy should have been indicated!!! Yesterday, on December 19th, I placed an order with express shipping, expecting it to arrive in 4-6 days. However, upon checking the tracking information, it now shows a delivery estimate of the 28th to the 10th. The wig I ordered was supposed to ship within 24 hours as advertised. I paid $34 for express shipping, so I am confused as to why the delivery window has extended beyond what was initially promised.

I purchased two sleeveless jackets using PayPal for approximately $51 USD in total. Unfortunately, both jackets turned out to be significantly smaller than expected. The advertisement emphasized "great customer service," and now I simply wish to return the jackets for a refund. Upon receiving the package, I found no paperwork enclosed. I have the receipt stored on PayPal, and despite the jackets being in perfect condition, they are at least one or two sizes too small.

Hello, My holiday dress was supposed to be delivered on December 16th, and I still haven't received it. Now I'm being told it will be another 15 days. This was a gift from my children for Christmas! I find this situation disgraceful. Your advertisement claims fast delivery, but that seems like a lie! You should arrange to send it to me via express shipping at your expense since it seems you have no regard for anyone, based on my experience. All your online shops that are actually just one, seem to have little respect for their customers! Also, please review the sizes. We would like our breasts to fit properly in the lingerie. The size details for France are incorrect! I am waiting to hear back, and I WANT MY DRESS or a refund within 8 days. You may be benefiting from being in China, but this won't last!

I noticed that Light in the Box has lower prices on their app, so I decided to download it. However, when I proceeded to pay, I was shocked to see a shipping fee of over $[redacted]. Despite being listed as a US company, the high shipping cost raised concerns. I am uncertain about the accuracy of the shipping prices, as it constituted more than half of my total bill. Moreover, the app mentioned joining a gold program with $4.99 shipping, but upon checking, it only offered additional insurance at a cost. This lack of clarity regarding delivery guarantees is worrisome.

I have tried to contact customer service via the app regarding my recent order. On December 15, [redacted], I checked my order, which included 15 items. Two of the items were canceled due to being out of stock. Currently, three outfits are still processing, and the status of 10 items shows they have been shipped. Although I tried to leave a review without commenting, the main page indicated my order was shipped. I reached out to customer service about the delay, and the response stated that the order should arrive between the 14th and 25th as originally communicated. However, as of December 23rd, the order has not been delivered. The package previously had a tracking number, but now it shows as delivered without a tracking number for me to follow. I need confirmation that the order is en route with the new tracking number. My order number is [redacted][redacted], consisting of package #1 with 10 items.

I am inquiring about an order I placed on December 2nd with Shein that has yet to arrive. Despite Shein delivering other orders to me four times already, my order with Light in the Box has not been received. I paid for this order and was expecting it for our Christmas party on the 24th, but New Year's is approaching, and I am still waiting. Why is my paid order taking so long to arrive? It has been nearly a month, even though the estimated delivery time was 7 to 10 days. Contacting your customer service has been difficult as there is no phone number provided, making it hard to address my concerns promptly. I placed an order for a dress on November 25th but have yet to receive it. Despite being charged, the customer service has been unresponsive. Multiple emails have yielded no results. I have been a loyal customer without previous issues. It has been over a month since the order, and it does not even appear in my order history. I just wish to receive a refund at this point. I will not be shopping on this website in the future due to the frustration of dealing with them.

Hello, I recently received an email stating that my order had been delivered to my address, but upon checking with the post office, they have no record of it. I had purchased 3 wigs and am now unsure if I mistakenly used my name instead of my boyfriend's, as his name is on the mailbox. We were expecting the postman to ring the bell, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I later realized the error and updated the name on the address to my boyfriend's. I have already paid for the wigs and would like to find out what happened to my order as the post office has no information on any deliveries under my name. Thank you. 🤦🏻
