I am Barbara Knipp and I am writing about an order issue. The order cost $[redacted].22, but I paid $[redacted].31 and didn't receive the full order. I was promised a refund of $[redacted].09 on 12/13/18, but I haven't received it as of 2/22/19. It has been over 2 months, and I am concerned. I would appreciate a prompt resolution and an update on the situation. This experience is causing me distress. I enjoy shopping with you, but this incident has made me hesitant to continue. I bought 6 cold shoulder tunics recently, but only 2 fit me. I received a prepaid label from customer service to return the other 4 tunics, but I forgot to include the return and replacement paper. I needed to exchange them for a larger size. I am worried that the return department won't know what to do with the package. I am feeling really anxious about this situation. Thank you, Carol K.

I received two items in my order instead of one. When I tried to exchange them for items of the same value, I was informed I couldn't. I have been a loyal Lakeside customer for many years. I was disappointed with this policy since I only wanted to exchange the duplicate items. The customer service representative, Abe, made me feel like I was at fault for the mistake, which I am certain I did not make. His condescending attitude was not in line with the service I usually receive from Lakeside. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases from this company.

I have been a loyal Lakeside customer for many years without any complaints until now. One of the items I recently ordered was a gourmet pretzel tub that I intended to use as a special treat for my grandchildren when they visit. Despite feeling the price was high for only 20 rods, I placed my order at the beginning of October. The package finally arrived on October 27th, and as a chocolate lover, I decided to sample a pretzel. Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed as the pretzel was stale and six of them were broken. The chocolate was good, but the overall quality was not up to par. I am hesitant to let my grandchildren try them due to the poor taste. I am requesting a refund of $15.99 for this unsatisfactory product. I hope this was merely a one-time issue and that future batches of these chocolate pretzels will meet the standard expected by your customers.

Order #[redacted]51 needs to be canceled as the Santa Chair Covers did not fit my 19-inch wide chairs, as the catalog information implied they would. The Elf and Snowman Chair Covers are not suitable due to the chair cover openings being only 17.5 inches wide. I will be sending the covers to my daughter in Colorado as her chairs are 17 inches wide, hoping they will fit. Kindly be more precise in your catalog descriptions, indicating that the covers are designed to fit 17-inch wide chairs in the future to prevent similar issues.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I returned the king-size quilt with order number [redacted] on 11/24/20. Despite multiple calls, I keep receiving the same response that it takes 72 hours to process the refund. It has now been over three weeks, and I am still waiting. I did not order two quilts, so I suspect you mistakenly added an extra item to overcharge me. I urgently need my refund and find it unacceptable that you are holding onto my money for such an extended period of time.

On December 1st, $36.96 was deducted from my bank account for my recent order. Today, December 9th, another $34.76 was taken out. I contacted customer service and spoke to a representative who claimed these were pre-authorizations. However, when I mentioned a previous issue with double charges from the company in the past, she abruptly hung up, which I found very unprofessional. I expect the $36.96 to be refunded promptly. If this matter is not resolved and if customer service remains unsatisfactory, I will no longer do business with your company. I will also inform other customers about my experience. I received shipping verification on December 1, [redacted] for my shipment labeled #[redacted]79 with a tracking number [redacted][redacted]48. After chatting with a friendly customer service representative last Monday, it was unclear where the package had reached, possibly stalled in Aurora, IL. The representative requested a few more days due to the holiday rush. Now, another week has passed without any updates or delivery. With COVID restrictions in place, I have a small event planned for this Sunday, 12/20/[redacted], making the timely arrival crucial. Having been a satisfied customer in the past, I trust in your service and hope for a swift resolution in tracking and delivering my package. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Chris K.

I made an order on December 9th and haven't received it yet. I've tried to contact customer service but haven't been successful. When I checked the tracking page today using my order number ([redacted]05) and last name (Bulington), it shows no results. I want my order delivered. After I receive it, please cancel my perks offer. I do not plan to order from Lakeside Collection again.

On 11/20/20, I placed an order for over $[redacted]. The order was split, only receiving the headbands with no mention of the gloves. I spent another $75 on gloves elsewhere. Today, I finally got the gloves. This delay made me reorder from another company as these were gifts for my team. I usually order early and have never faced this issue before. There was no paperwork in the initial box. I admit, I didn't contact customer service. I hope this can be fixed. The delayed gifts arrived on 12/22/20, prompting me to purchase from a different vendor.

I returned the order on 12/23 using the label provided by the company. The package was dropped off at Fedex with tracking number 9[redacted] 4[redacted] [redacted] 46. However, there is no update on the delivery status. Customer service was unhelpful and asked me to wait longer. Since the package has had no activity since 12/29/20, I am concerned. I request a prompt refund to my credit card as I should not be kept waiting indefinitely for a lost package.

On October 25th, I placed an order that included an NFL Plaid Moose Seahawks ([redacted]16). My husband ordered the same moose 30 minutes later ([redacted]87). When he mentioned it, I contacted customer service and cancelled my order. I was assured that if it still shipped, it would be resolved. Both orders had free shipping. Today, my husband's moose arrived. When I called about it, I was informed I needed to pay $8 to return it. This doesn't seem fair since the error was on your end. I believe a prepaid shipping label should be provided. I am disappointed as it seems unfair to be charged for your mistake. I hope we can resolve this without me having to forfeit trust in your company.

I've attempted to contact the exchange number multiple times on various days, only to be greeted with a message about call recording followed by long periods of waiting with background music before I eventually disconnect. I wish to return 2 out of the last 4 items ordered since the catalog accompanying the delivery displays the items I initially sought. When I tried to repurchase those items, I encountered difficulties. Despite searching by item name, I couldn't locate them, even though they are featured in the recent catalog I received.
