Hello, I encountered an issue while attempting to recover my Facebook account. I recently reset my old phone, losing all data with no other active logins. Despite getting a new phone, I am unable to access my Instagram or Facebook accounts. My Facebook name is Nat Bak, an abbreviation of my actual name Nathan Bakadibamba. I have submitted my ID multiple times, facing notifications of missing information. To validate my ownership, I used to post in games like Rules of Survival on my account. My account got blocked over suspected phishing, though I am certain I didn't engage in any such activity. Now, they are requesting a security code sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. Two numbers are mentioned, one ending in 61, but I can't recall the other. The provided number is [redacted]9. I didn't provide an email during registration as I signed up using Facebook, an account I can no longer access. There are personal pictures in my account, which should help in verifying my identity. I am seeking assistance with my hacked Instagram account, "freshnycdj." Despite following all reactivation steps, I have not received a response. The hacker is contacting my followers, including celebrities, from my account. I do not want them to experience the same issue. I have a significant follower base that I wish to retain. I am unable to log in as the hacker is currently using my account and I am being prompted for an access code that I did not set up due to not having two-factor authentication activated.

My Instagram accounts under the names @jsoft_beauty_empire & @accessorise_by_jsoft were hacked on my birthday, which was on the 14th of November [redacted]. The hacking originated from my Facebook page @Jsoftmakeover. The hacker is using my accounts to scam my clients by pretending to be me and misleading them to make payments. I solely focus on makeup services and accessories sales, not binary business. I kindly request the accounts to be disabled promptly. Thank you for your help in this matter.

My Instagram account is locked without any explanation. I am unable to log in as the email associated with the account is showing no connection to Instagram, even though I have received messages on that email. The phone number provided is not mine, and I can't change it. Changing the password is not helpful as verification is needed. I've attempted to recover the account using all methods (username, email, phone number) with no success. Even trying to get verified through friends' Instagram accounts failed. The account name is Hardstyle_paule. I wish Instagram could reconnect my original email to the account so I can receive the verification email, which sometimes doesn't work as well.

Hello, I recently discovered that my account has been deactivated. I had used a third-party app called Repost to track unfollowers without realizing it violated Instagram's terms of service. I have since deleted the app and promise not to use it again. Instagram is an essential part of my daily routine, containing cherished photos and videos. While in Hawaii earlier this year, my Instagram account was hacked. I managed to regain access and set up 2FA. Recently, when attempting to reset my password, the code is being sent to my old Hawaii phone number that is inactive since returning to New Zealand. Despite submitting face recognition several times, I did not receive any email assistance to regain access to my account. Your help in resolving this issue would be much appreciated.

My Instagram post was automatically unable to delete within only 5 hours. Even though I tried, it was still not possible to delete the post. It seems like my account may have been hacked because it is automatically following profiles. Additionally, on Instagram, the option to like posts is not showing up correctly; it only displays "like". I believe something is wrong. Please verify my account and assist me.

I recently received a direct message about a promotion from someone who seemed sincere. They requested me to add their email to my profile, and, unfortunately, I complied. After adding the email, I got logged out of my Instagram account and lost control over it. Since I used the same password for the linked email and my Instagram, the scammers gained access to both accounts. Retrieving control is proving difficult as they are now demanding money in exchange for restoring my account.

Three days ago, when attempting to log in, I was prompted to enter a code that was supposedly sent to my phone number. However, I never received any code on that number. When I tried to use a different number, the code did not work. Instagram is crucial for me as it holds important work-related information in the descriptions. Dear Instagram Support, my account was hacked and the hacker changed the password. Unfortunately, I can't access my account because the phone number listed is not mine. Each time I try to log in, I need a verification code sent to the phone number which I no longer have access to. Please, can you assist me in regaining access to my account by updating the phone number to +1[redacted] from +1[redacted] or changing it to my current email [redacted]? My username was previously Wchery47 but now it is Wchery0.3__1, and my password was previously elbabyblack47, now it is Wilfrechery19987. I tried to assist a friend in recovering their account by using a link that was texted to me yesterday. Unfortunately, my account got hacked in the process. I am now unable to access my account as the hacker has added their email and changed the details. They are attempting to hack other accounts by sending the same link to everyone on my friends' list. I'm concerned about them posting on my behalf and causing confusion among my contacts.

I was unfollowing users on Instagram as I wanted to streamline my account, especially since I have family members on it. However, when I reached the maximum number of accounts I could unfollow at once, I received a notification claiming that my account was compromised because allegedly I shared my password on a website for purchasing likes and follows. This is not true. Despite changing my password three times, I am still unable to access my Instagram account. I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue.

A few months ago, my Instagram account was mistakenly disabled for not following the guidelines. I only accessed my Instagram account through my iPhone using the "Duo Mobile" app for two-factor authentication. Unfortunately, I lost my iPhone three days ago and have no hope of recovering it. As a result, I've lost access to my Instagram account. Although I remember my email and password, I am unable to use "Duo Mobile" for authentication, leaving me locked out of my account. Since my account contains many personal photos and isn't set to private, I'm worried about losing it permanently. I would appreciate any guidance on how I can confirm my identity and regain access to my account. Losing it would be truly disappointing.

I relied on my iPhone to access my Instagram account, which had two-factor authentication set up with the Duo Mobile app. Unfortunately, I lost my iPhone recently and fear it won't be recovered. Without access to my phone and the Duo Mobile app, I am locked out of my Instagram account. I remember my email and password, but without the second step of authentication, I cannot log in.
