I am facing difficulty accessing my cosplay account on Instagram. None of my passwords are working, even when trying to reset via email. The account seems to be verified as mine based on the profile description and images, as it includes part of my name. I suspect it has been hacked, as repeated recovery attempts have failed to verify my ownership. The situation is frustrating, and I am not confident in the provided recovery channels to regain access. If you visit the @viesecosplay page, you can see that the profile belongs to me, but I am unable to log in.

I'm having trouble with my IGTV button on my @TheTruthGazette account. I need to post a video for a year in review today, before New Year's, and it's too long for a regular Instagram post. I have proof in photos if necessary. The button appears on my personal account, but it's missing from my business account, even though I used it just last week. Can someone please help me quickly? Thank you!

Hello dear Instagram team, I have an important question for you. My account @dana.[redacted] was suddenly deleted, and the same thing happened to a friend. I wonder what the reason was and would kindly ask you to reactivate it since the account is important to me, and I haven't done anything wrong :( I currently have two backup accounts, but I would be very grateful if I could have my normal one back. Sincerely, Dana :)

Hello, I hope you're well. I am a business owner and have a Facebook page and a domain under the same name. I recently tried to create an Instagram account with the same username. Initially, Instagram accepted the username, but I didn't complete the setup and left it unfinished. When I tried to continue later, Instagram redirected me to the main page. Now, when I try to use the same username, it says it's already taken. I attempted to log in with that username, but Instagram says no user found. Even with the "forgot password" option, it still says no user found. I also checked my email, but no luck. I find it strange that the username is apparently both taken and not found at the same time. I really need that unique username for my business, as I've already secured it across other platforms. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance!

Instagram has accused me of using inappropriate methods to gain followers, but I haven't done anything wrong. I've been dealing with hacking issues on my account, and now I'm unable to post New Year's Eve content, update my story, like posts, search for users, follow accounts, or request to join groups. This is frustrating because I can't use my account properly. I need immediate assistance to resolve these restrictions so I can continue using my account without limitations.

I am facing issues with my Instagram account. Recently, I have been accused of using other apps to increase my followers and likes, which I have not done. Also, my account was hacked two weeks ago, but I have since resolved that issue by deleting the other affected account. However, I am now unable to like, post, or perform various actions on Instagram, causing inconvenience during the New Year. My Instagram handle is Anitaszymoniak. I kindly request Instagram to rectify these account restrictions promptly so I can resume normal activity. Thank you.

Recently, my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my username, email, and password. Following this, I had some friends report the account as impersonating someone else to Instagram. Fortunately, I managed to recover my account and update all the information back to its original state before Instagram reviewed the reports. Unfortunately, Instagram then banned my account after checking these reports. I have attempted numerous times to complete Instagram's form for appealing the ban, which requires my full name, username, email address, and a government-issued ID image. However, each time I try to submit the form after filling it out, I receive an error message stating: "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can." This error has persisted for days, regardless of whether I fill out the form through the app or a web browser. I am unsure how to challenge the account ban without being able to verify my identity, especially when the form provided is not functioning correctly.

I'm having trouble accessing my locked Instagram account due to creating a secondary account with the same email address. I deleted the secondary account but can't recover the main account due to issues with receiving the recovery code on my broken phone instead of my email. I believe the secondary account may have affected the recovery options for my main account. I would appreciate any assistance in sending the recovery code to my email or enabling me to edit my profile and add my email. Thank you.

A few years ago, I accidentally logged out of my Instagram account and forgot the password. I didn't know about the account recovery through email at that time, so I ended up creating a new account. Now, some of my friends are mistaking the new account for the old one, which has some cringy old pictures. I've been trying to log in to delete the old account, but I can't remember the email ID associated with it to reset the password. It would be really helpful if the old account could be deleted. Thank you.

Good morning, I'm Marita C. from Spain. I recently opened an Instagram account for the first time. I initially faced difficulties using my email to create the account despite following the instructions to verify my identity with a photo. Eventually, I managed to successfully open the account using my phone. However, I prefer to use my email and made the switch only to find my account disabled this morning. I believe this deactivation was a mistake as it's my first time using Instagram and my first attempt using my email. I am unsure about any potential violations as a new user. I kindly request a review of this decision as I would like to continue using my email for the account. Looking forward to your response,

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram business/influencer account. It seems to have been deactivated or deleted without any explanation. I dedicated a lot of time and effort into growing my personal business brand on the platform, building a network and engaging with followers. It is frustrating not to have been warned or informed about any violations to the rules. I recently invested $60 in promoting a post, only to lose access to my account unexpectedly. I read through the Community Guidelines but found them unclear. I wish I had been given the chance to correct any mistakes if I unknowingly made any. I hope for assistance in resolving this matter as I cherish the work I put into my account, especially during the recent holidays. Any guidance on how to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my Instagram account was compromised by a phishing attack. The day before my account was locked, I managed to update my recovery email and password. I received an email from Instagram on the new email address I had added, confirming the password change. However, now that my account is locked, I can only recover it with the previous email that I no longer have access to, instead of the recent email that I confirmed with Instagram. I would like Instagram to allow me to recover my account with the email address that I recently confirmed with them, rather than the old email. If I am provided access through the email I confirmed with Instagram, I should be able to regain access to my account.

I logged into Instagram and noticed multiple unauthorized messages were sent from my account promoting ads to over 1,[redacted] people. Concerned it was a hacker or spam bot, I promptly messaged those affected to explain the situation. Subsequently, Instagram temporarily locked my account due to suspicious activity, indicating it was likely compromised through a phishing scheme. To regain access, I need a 6-digit code sent to an old phone number I no longer possess. Unfortunately, without this code, I am unable to unlock my account. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and restoring access to my account.

I need to update my bio to include a hashtag in memory of my friend who passed away. The correct hashtag is #Chicoworld, but due to editing my bio for around 20-30 minutes, I inadvertently changed it to #chicosworld. This incorrect hashtag leads to unrelated content when clicked and doesn't properly honor my friend, Chico. The spacing in my bio has become disrupted, displaying: RIP Trevon Instead, I would like it to be formatted as: RIP CHICO #Chicoworld RIP TREVON. My attempts to fix the spacing have resulted in a temporary ban for suspected misuse of the feature, presumably due to rapid changes. Despite not needing the spacing adjusted anymore, I am unable to correct the crucial error of the incorrect hashtag. If only I could access the edit feature without triggering the ban.

I believe my accounts have been hacked. There have been numerous login attempts from locations such as Istanbul, U.K., and America that are not me. When I try to delete the accounts, my phone number and email address are now invalid, and my password has been changed. The emails from Instagram support stopped coming after October [redacted], and my account seems to be linked to someone in Istanbul now. Although I can still access the app on my phone, none of the login attempts are successful elsewhere. I have reset my password for Facebook and requested my followers to report my account.

While watching food stories on my account, a new white window suddenly appeared, asking me to verify my ownership by receiving a code on my old email address, which is no longer accessible. Despite having the correct password, Google wants to send the code to an old phone number that I haven't used for a long time. I reached out to Instagram's 2FA support and followed their instructions to send a picture of myself holding a paper with the code, but it's been four days with no response. I just need to regain access to my Instagram account (_insidious_vb) by updating the email address from [redacted] to [redacted] and can provide any necessary proof of ownership for both email addresses.

I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. Until yesterday evening, my page worked normally. The feed, explore page, and activity page are functioning well, but my profile and pictures won't load. Instead, a message saying "couldn't refresh feed" appears. This issue also occurs when I try to view other profiles. I have reached out to customer support and Instagram directly but have not received a response yet. I have had this account for 7 years and want to ensure its safety. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to resolving this issue.

I tried to like one of my favorite influencer's posts, and suddenly saw “action blocked”. Then, when I tried to text a friend, I got the same message. A pop-up appeared saying my account was compromised due to trying to get more likes or followers, which I never did. Unable to remember my password, I clicked “forgot password” and received a link via text. Clicking on the link only redirected me to the same screen asking for my old password to create a new one. I attempted to resolve this by deleting and reinstalling the app, sending the password reset link to my phone multiple times, and thoroughly reviewing the guidelines.

After logging into Instagram, I noticed numerous people had received promotional messages from my account, which I didn't send. I believe my account was hacked or targeted by a spam bot. I quickly messaged those affected to apologize and explain the situation. The following day, Instagram temporarily locked my account due to suspicious activity, likely phishing. They require a verification code sent to an old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Without this code, I'm unable to regain access to my account. I urgently need Instagram's assistance or guidance in recovering my account, as I'm unable to resolve this issue on my own.

I recently noticed some unusual activity on my Instagram account. It seems like my account was used to send out promotional messages to many people without my knowledge. I took the necessary steps to inform those who received the messages that it wasn't me but rather a spam or hacking attempt. After this incident, my Instagram account was temporarily locked due to suspected unauthorized access or phishing activities. Instagram explained that to regain access, I would need to verify my identity with a code sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, this means my account remains locked until I can provide the code. I am reaching out for assistance in getting my account back as I believe it was compromised without my consent. My username is yankell44, and my email is either [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for any help or guidance in resolving this issue.
