I recently discovered an account impersonating me, using my photos and having more followers than I do. I reported the account and asked others to do the same. Unfortunately, the user also reported my account, causing Instagram to mistakenly believe I was the one impersonating. I reached out to Instagram support and was requested to provide my identification and a photo of me with a code on a piece of paper. I have completed both tasks but have not received any follow-up. This situation is very frustrating.

I recently received a notification on my Instagram feed warning me about a potential account disablement due to alleged fake follower purchases. Despite not engaging in such activities, I promptly reset my password as instructed. To my dismay, the following day, specifically between 5 am and 11 am, my account was indeed disabled. The platform cited a violation of their Terms and Conditions related to fake follower acquisition, which I vehemently deny participating in. I kindly request the restoration of my account as this action was unjustified.

My Instagram account, nazirknerad, was disabled recently. When attempting to reactivate it, I received a message stating it was deactivated for impersonation. Despite multiple attempts to submit the required ID photo, the form keeps stating "documents not selected," and when trying to submit, it continues to show "we’re unable to process your request at this time." I have tried this process over 40 times since Saturday without success. Please investigate and resolve this issue or provide an alternative method to recover my account. Thank you in advance. It has been a month, and I am still unable to regain access to my account.

I had an account for promoting my dancing, another for friends, and accidentally created a third account unknowingly. Trying to delete the extra account, I followed steps from a link by Instagram. I selected "other" as the reason, filled out the form, and clicked delete. Unfortunately, it deleted the wrong account "katyaonpointe," which was my business account. When I attempted to log back in, it stated the deletion request was in process. I need assistance in restoring the correct account.

After factory resetting my phone, I lost all my apps including Instagram. I re-downloaded the app, but I couldn’t log in on my account (taylor.kelly3) on my iPhone 7+. Surprisingly, I could log in on Safari and other devices without any issue. I tried creating a new account with my work email but received a message saying that my account was disabled for violating terms. I prefer using my original account and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Currently, I am accessing Instagram through Safari. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got a message on WhatsApp from copyright.helpsupport claiming to be from Instagram about a potential copyright issue with one of my posts. They asked me to click a link to provide feedback or risk my Instagram account being closed. When I clicked the link, they requested my Instagram username. Is this legitimate or a scam? I am confused why Instagram would use WhatsApp instead of email for such matters.

I run an art account on Instagram, and I enabled two-factor-authentication through Google Authenticator. Unfortunately, I had to factory reset my phone, which erased all the generated codes. Now, I am locked out of my Instagram account with no recovery codes. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times (even checked spam), I haven't gotten any response. Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account. The message I am receiving states "account not found." I fear my account may have been hacked as two fake accounts have been created using my name: "nadinezayat88" and "nadinezayat1988." My original Instagram account "nadine_zayat" was disabled by Instagram for allegedly violating terms, which I believe may have been done by the fake accounts. I have a significant account named Antoneliusvip. Recently, I purchased a new phone and I'm struggling to log in. I remember my password, but I am unable to pass the verification process. Lately, while using Instagram for my business, I've encountered an issue with creating group messages. Each time I attempt to start one, I receive an error message stating, “Action blocked. This action was blocked. Please try again later. We restrict certain content and actions to protect our community. Tell us if we made a mistake.” I have tried tapping both OK and Report a problem multiple times, but the situation remains unresolved. Although I send out group messages regularly, I ensure they are not spam and are solely for business purposes or connecting with friends. When I checked with someone I needed to add to a group chat, they confirmed their message settings were not causing any blocks. This problem has only started recently and is hindering my work significantly.

The account, belonging to Marionnaud Perfumeries in Hungary, has crucial strategic importance. We have tried to address this issue multiple times in the past week, but Instagram has not responded. I had an account under the username @gee_qx, which was functioning well until my password started being changed frequently. Due to this, I had to reset my password using my email each time I wanted to log in. Unfortunately, when my phone got stolen, I couldn't recall my email password to change my Instagram password. Despite several attempts to report the issue, my requests were denied multiple times. Please assist me in accessing my @gee_qx account, as I've used passwords like @iamgenesy, Kimberly, and kaybee. I need help accessing my Instagram account @Savaannaaah, which I've had since [redacted]. My Instagram account, @gembavaro, was disabled until January 5th for all activities because Instagram claims I used third-party apps to like photos, which I did not do. I have spent a significant amount of time manually engaging with users on Instagram. During my school break, I wanted to increase my interactions. The only Instagram apps I have utilized are PLANN and Buffer for scheduling posts. I kindly request Instagram to reinstate my account privileges and rectify this issue.

Instagram deactivated my account mistakenly, suspecting I was creating fake accounts, but it was actually my brother, who has special needs, using my phone. Please, I would appreciate it if Instagram could send me a login link for my account jackson_k15 so I can delete the accounts my brother unintentionally made and assist him in creating his own independent account. My BUSINESS ACCOUNT on Instagram known as SOUTHGAINZ has been shadow banned. My reach and likes have significantly decreased every time I post content over the past three weeks. I became aware of this problem after taking full ownership of my account from the manager I had hired. Under their management, our followers were rapidly increasing, which seemed suspect, indicating possible fake follower purchase. This issue has persisted for about three weeks now. Please assist.

I am the business development manager at Eastern Carolina Nissan. Nissan mandates that we link our website with our Instagram account. The handle @easterncarolinanissan is currently in use, but unfortunately, the individual who set up the account is no longer with our company, and we are unable to retrieve access. Could you kindly assist us with this matter? To prevent this issue in the future, we have established a dealer hub email to centralize all social media accounts, we just need to regain access to our Instagram handle.
