I am currently in the Maldives and need to change a flight that I purchased in India. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the OTP required to make changes online or through the app as my Indian Tourist SIM card does not work outside of India. Despite my attempts to update my contact details to my Maldives number, the system does not recognize it and keeps reverting to my UK SIM card information. The Indigo system is not allowing me to update my details to reflect my current SIM card and number. I tried speaking with the chatbot Dottie and waited in a webchat queue for about half an hour, only to be told the cost of a refund without being able to receive one. The customer service numbers I have tried calling all lead to recorded messages stating they are incorrect. The charges quoted to cancel through the Indigo office in the Maldives are extremely high, making it more affordable to purchase a new ticket. This process has consumed hours of my time.

I tried to reschedule my flight, but the staff here is uncooperative. They insisted I pay an additional $[redacted] for the change. When I refused and asked for a refund instead, the staff member I was talking to left abruptly, saying he would return in 10-15 minutes. It's been over an hour, and I'm still waiting outside. All I wanted was to reschedule my flight without any refund. I offered to pay a smaller fee for the change. Karan and Jutika, the other staff members, informed me I would need to wait another 10 minutes for a different staff member. I've been standing outside since 10:00, and it's already 12:00. This level of service is truly unacceptable.

I am Gabriella Quaglia from Italy. I purchased an INDIGO flight reservation for 2 passengers, myself and my husband Stefani Mario, on the Milano-New Delhi flight for 21st June (returning on 8th September). Our reservation code is VL7V6Y. Now, only my husband, Stefani Mario, needs to change the departure date to 10th June. I am unsure if he can change the date alone or if both passengers need to make the change. Additionally, could you please provide information on the cost associated with this change? Urgent Assistance Needed - Please Help I inadvertently left behind my black ThinkPad laptop (medium-sized) onboard IndiGo flight 6E [redacted] from Ahmedabad to Bangalore on April 2, [redacted]. My seat number was 4D, and the PNR of my ticket was CL7J9V. This is my official laptop. I am currently scheduled to fly to Bangkok on flight 6E [redacted] (PNR ZR7CYZ) at 5:30 am today. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could locate this laptop for me and hand it over during check-in. The laptop is of great value to me and I require it urgently for a meeting tomorrow. I was informed that my refund payment would be credited back to my original payment method. However, despite Indigo confirming my flight cancellation and the refund process, Airpaz has not provided any updates through messaging or email regarding the refund status. This situation has been frustrating as I am eager to receive my money back promptly. As a media reporter, I am considering highlighting the partnership between Airpaz and Indigo to shed light on the issue of delayed refunds after cancellations. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to avoid further escalation.

We experienced multiple flight cancellations under one booking. We have received a refund for one passenger only. In the attached invoice, you can see that both passengers were charged €[redacted].30 for each flight, totaling €[redacted].60. However, Indigo only refunded €91 instead of the total amount we paid as confirmed over the phone. Additionally, we bought a baggage allowance for €[redacted], which according to Kiwi, should be refunded by the airline. We need a clear explanation for the discrepancy in the refund amount of €91. If you are unable to address customer complaints, please provide the email for the relevant department promptly. I am eager for an explanation without delay.

My sister, Bhavna P., traveled from Mumbai to Rajkot on 05/05/[redacted] on flight no 6E5131 with PNR No ULPUKL. Upon reaching Rajkot, her luggage was missing. We lodged a complaint at the IndiGo office immediately, but we have not received any response from the team even after 5 days. I went to the Rajkot airport yesterday and met with Ms. Gayatri, the incharge, who promised to provide a positive update by evening. Unfortunately, she has not returned my calls since then, despite numerous attempts. This lack of responsiveness and customer care is disappointing. It is disheartening to see the team not taking the matter seriously and neglecting customer issues. This level of service is unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an attitude in any other industry. A simple reply from your team would be appreciated. Thank you, Nilesh.

Hello, I made a booking a few months back for an internal flight for four people from Chennai to Bangalore on July 14 with Indigo. At your checking counter 7, one of your employees, by the name of Diba, displayed poor manners and conduct. Her lack of supportive nature does not reflect well on your organization or your customers. This is the first time I have encountered such misconduct from IndiGo during my numerous journeys. I want to share the distressing experience my wife, NCM (60), and I, CGM (65), faced while flying with Indigo from Amsterdam to Mumbai on July 2. The troubles began upon our arrival in Istanbul. We received a last-minute cancellation notice for our flight 6E 18 after waiting in the lounge for hours during our layover. Despite being senior citizens, we were left stranded in Istanbul airport for hours without proper information or accommodations. Eventually, we were rerouted via Dubai to reach India. In Dubai, we encountered issues with Emirates' baggage policy, leading to unexpected charges. Upon arriving in Mumbai, our luggage was missing, causing further frustration. My PRN number is H1MNVH. I have a ticket from Ahmedabad to Toronto with a layover in Dubai via IndiGo airlines. The allowance for the Ahmedabad to Dubai flight is 30 kg of checked luggage, while the Dubai connecting flight allows 2 bags of 23 kg each (totaling 46 kg). I kindly request that the total checked luggage weight of 46 kg be allowed for free from Ahmedabad to Dubai so I can carry my luggage for the onward journey to Toronto. I have already contacted Customer Care, but they have refused and suggested paying additional charges. This is my first time traveling to Canada, and I require additional luggage. Please consider allowing 2 pieces of checked luggage totaling 46 kg for free for the Ahmedabad to Dubai leg of my journey. Hello, I will be traveling on December 4th, [redacted], from Auckland to New Delhi with Singapore Airlines, arriving there on the 5th of December at 6:00 a.m. I am now searching for a flight from New Delhi to Amritsar. I have found one departing on December 4th at 10:50 a.m. However, I have concerns about the luggage policy. The IndiGo flight only allows for 15 kg of checked baggage plus 7 kg of cabin baggage, while I have 30 kg of checked baggage and 7 kg of cabin baggage. I would like more information on the luggage restrictions for international flights.

On August 3rd, I flew from Lucknow to Indore. I am still missing one of my bags, and one of my bags was damaged. I haven't received any compensation for the damage or the missing bag yet. I am extremely distressed. If I do not receive the claim for my bag and the resolution for the missing item, I will take legal action. I also have a video of a cockroach on the flight that I will make public if necessary. I am not making threats, only expressing my frustration. My PNR numbers are H1CHUH and KVEHWN.

I suffered a head injury while on IndyGo bus [redacted]-21. I am 62 years old. I have evidence from Community East Hospital records regarding the IndyGo bus accident. No lawyer is willing to take my case, but I need help. I was sitting in the handicap seat during the accident. Despite trying to contact them, no one has reached out to me.
