I have been in contact with the lease department regarding my Massachusetts car registration for my [redacted] HRV that was leased in Nashua, NH. Despite multiple attempts and six demand letters sent, the title has not been sent to the Mass RMV. April H in the lease department has been assisting me, but as of yesterday, they have not received any faxes. My AAA office has stopped sending these letters, and I have been informed that my Mass car insurance may drop me for not having a Mass registration yet. This situation has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I have always leased Honda vehicles and have never encountered such issues before. I urgently need this matter resolved. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. - KB, Acct [redacted]90

I accidentally made an additional payment of $[redacted].86 yesterday, which was already deducted from my checking account. I am in urgent need of the refund. It was a mistake on my part, thinking I needed to make another payment since the scheduled payment for the 27th was not deducted. Additionally, Mercury Insurance has requested that your office pay off the CRV. It has been almost two weeks, and I am waiting for your response. I have tried contacting your office during office hours today, but by 1:00 PM, the machine says the office is closed.

I am requesting that the incorrect interest charges on my account be rectified. I have detailed the issues I have encountered with Honda Financial Services in Cypress in the letter below. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, the erroneous charges persist, and I seek a resolution promptly. Address: [redacted] Calle Carabe St. Rancho Cucamonga, CA [redacted] September 2, [redacted] To: Honda Financial Services P.O. Box [redacted] Cypress, CA 90[redacted] Regarding Joy G. Haerens & Timothy W. Haerens Account #[redacted]13 I made a payment to Honda Financial Services on May 29, [redacted], which was cashed on June 2, [redacted], as reflected in my Wells Fargo account. However, subsequent statements claimed non-receipt of the payment. Despite providing evidence, including the cancelled check information, Honda Financial Services initially denied receiving the payment. After intervention, it became apparent that the payment had been credited to another customer's account, resulting in interest charges on my account. Repeated calls to Honda Financial Services Customer Service led to delays and frustrations, with each representative acknowledging the error but the interest charges persisting. Despite assurances of correction, subsequent statements continued to reflect higher interest charges than justified. The process of rectifying the interest charges has been cumbersome, prompting me to consider escalating the complaint to relevant authorities for resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I anticipate a swift resolution to the ongoing issue.

I've been trying to reach Honda's customer service without success, as the phone wait time is 50 minutes long. When I purchased my vehicle, an extended warranty was added to my loan without my consent during a bait and switch at the dealership. Although I eventually received the correct vehicle, the warranty service is refusing to cancel and issue a refund. They are requesting a paid in full letter from Honda for the first vehicle, stating they've sent a refund check for the initial car I no longer have but not for the current one.

I live in Georgia and recently paid off my motorcycle loan. Georgia handles electronic liens, and I got two paper lien releases from Honda with a date of 8/10/23 showing full payment. However, I still need the electronic title release done on Honda Financial's servers for the DMV to issue my printed title. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I haven't been able to find anyone to release the title electronically. This issue has taken up a lot of my time, but it should be an easy fix.
