Hello, I need assistance signing up my Tango X printer. I've spent over three hours on a Philippine phone number without any help. I keep getting transferred from one person to another, spending over an hour on this issue this morning. All I want to do is create an account; I have already downloaded all my information and input my credit card details for the printer ink. I have my passwords ready, but the system keeps saying I don't have an account. If someone could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Sheila Ford.

I purchased an HP Envy 17-ch1008na 4K laptop from the HP UK Store on July 10, [redacted], with Order No SCEO[redacted]2. I also added a UK HP Care Pack for Envy laptops. The device started experiencing severe issues, and after a Care Pack technician attempted to fix it, they recommended a data recovery service due to SSD malfunctions. Unfortunately, the data recovery service informed me that the SSD is not working and my data is lost. Currently, the laptop does not power on, and the screen remains blank. I am seeking assistance to have the laptop picked up for repairs or preferably exchanged for a new one. The serial number is not visible on the exterior. My name is M. I purchased 4 XL replacement ink cartridges for my printer. However, I only received one box with a magenta cartridge inside, despite the box being marked as 2 of 2. I need the other colors to be resent promptly. Due to the long wait time for a decision, I had to buy replacements from another store. I request to cancel the replacement order and not be billed. I'm willing to return the magenta cartridge, either in the provided envelope or the original box, but I expect free return shipping as this is not my mistake. This situation is very inconvenient, and I seek immediate assistance to avoid further delays, keep the box, and avoid unnecessary expenses for cartridges I no longer require. I placed order H[redacted]95 and realized I accidentally ordered Office Home and Student instead of Home and Business. Although I was initially told I could cancel, later I was informed that canceling was not possible. I only needed to change the download code, not the computer itself. Subsequently, I placed order H[redacted]33 for the same computer with the corrected software, but now they are saying the cancellation is denied. It seems inefficient to ship me something I don't want, especially when it's not even ready to ship for another week, just for me to return it. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I was also promised no restocking fee, but now that seems uncertain. I am frustrated by the lengthy process and lack of resolution, especially when the unnecessary shipment could be avoided.

Good morning, My business purchased an HP OfficeJet 8015e from Amazon on January 12/23. The printer has had consistent printing delays since the beginning. Recently, an error code 0X024A493F appeared on the screen and, despite following technical support's instructions, the issue persists. Attempting to utilize the warranty, I discovered it expired on February 22/23, leaving me surprised by the short 5-week return policy. Unable to be without a printer, we purchased a new one. I own an HP LaserJet M15w printer that I've had for several years. I recently changed my internet/Wi-Fi provider, and I'm having trouble connecting it to the new Wi-Fi network. Unfortunately, I can't use a WPS connection. I've attempted to connect using the HP Smart app on my iPad, but the app can't detect my printer. Even trying to use the IP address directly hasn't been successful. I've also tried resetting the printer to factory settings, but that hasn't resolved the issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but I'm still unable to reconnect. Any assistance in resolving this connectivity problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding an HP Chromebook for my client. I'm seeking guidance or information to assist them. My client is currently using the HP Chromebook 11A G8 11IN, SKU 16W64UTABA for their students. They are curious to find out if there is a way to ensure the students remain logged in to their Chromebook without constant logging out. The client mentioned, "The students are frequently logged out when they're plugged in. Given that they are younger students, the login process takes longer than ideal each time. I'm hoping there might be an unknown shortcut to streamline this for the teacher!"

I'm experiencing issues with the sound on my Windows 10. I have tried multiple solutions, but nothing seems to work. Whenever I turn off my HP Envy [redacted] printer, the only way to get it to print again when I turn it back on is by removing and re-adding the printer. This causes a Wi-Fi Direct PIN document to print with a new PIN code each time, leading to unnecessary paper and ink wastage. Despite the solid blue Wi-Fi icon on the printer, I receive an error indicating the device is offline. Additionally, I encounter error code 45 suggesting the device is not connected to the computer. The printer is linked to a different Wi-Fi network compared to the computer I wish to print from. Could this network mismatch be causing the issue? How can I switch the printer's Wi-Fi network connection?

I am experiencing pop-up messages on Microsoft Edge alerting me that my computer has been hacked, displaying a suspicious website link, and warning about my payment information being at risk. I attempted to seek help from HP through their message center, but I was directed to pay $1 for technical support. I provided my Visa card number, but was informed that I needed to call a certain number for assistance. Upon researching, the number provided did not appear to be an official HP support line. I am seeking urgent assistance with resolving this issue.

I am using an HP desktop Model # [redacted]-[redacted] running Windows 10 with OS build 19[redacted]. Lately, I am receiving concerning pop-ups and messages from Windows Edge about a possible Trojan virus hacking my system and accessing payment information. I tried reaching out to Microsoft without success. When I contacted HP tech support, they asked for a $1 payment and credit card information, but the payment didn't go through. They provided a phone number which I couldn't verify online. Currently, I am waiting for a call back from a site I found. It has been over 1 1/2 hours since I initiated this process. I'm having trouble accessing my HP Officejet J4580 printer in Windows 10. The files are stuck in the queue and not printing. I can navigate the menu, but it seems the driver is missing and I can't find it on the HP website.

We encountered an error message on our HP8025e printer regarding our HP account, and it stated printing would soon be unavailable if the problem persists. Our login email is [redacted] After contacting support (ticket [redacted]), a technician named Leon remotely accessed our computer and attempted to resolve the issue by suggesting a change of ink cartridges. Despite the intervention, the error message persists, and we were advised to contact the technical team for further assistance. We received the printer in February and had no issues until this incident. Checking hpsmart did not yield any notices. Any assistance with fixing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have always been satisfied with HP and Dell laptops as a computer technician, recommending them to customers. However, the HP 15-dw0083wm model I purchased for myself and my mom has been the most problematic laptop I've dealt with. Despite being familiar with technical maintenance, I have had to address numerous bugs, perform frequent clean-ups, and undertake more restores than ever. While I usually wouldn't complain due to my positive past experiences, the poor construction of these laptops is concerning. My mom's screen cover cracked a year ago, and one side of the screen hinge was sticking out, requiring significant effort to keep it in place. Even after she taped it up, the hinge and the screen guard on my laptop have since deteriorated, leading to difficulty opening and closing it. This issue occurs on two laptops of the same model from Walmart, prompting me to believe this is a recurring flaw. I have pictures documenting the problem that I can share through Facebook Messenger.

Dear Team, I purchased a brand-new HP Pavilion 14 (serial no 5CD2357QR4) 6 days ago. I am currently experiencing issues with overheating and quick battery drain. This situation is quite disappointing as I did not expect this from HP. I reached out to customer support, and after a remote check, they created a case (Case Number [redacted]). Following their assessment, they recommended a product replacement. However, I bought the laptop in Dubai and I am currently in India. I recently changed the Magenta ink cartridge in my HP OfficeJet Pro [redacted] with an official HP replacement, but I received an error message prompting me to contact HP due to a printer or ink system issue. I've tried various troubleshooting steps like turning the printer off and on, unplugging it for 3 minutes, and even replacing the ink cartridges with a new set, but the problem persists. I recently updated my email address on my HP Smart account, but now it doesn't recognize either the new or old email. My phone number is the same for both accounts. I rely on my printer and laptop for business, and this issue is causing me trouble. I have been a loyal HP customer for over a decade and depend on my instant ink subscription. I reached out to HP, UK to return my Deskjet [redacted] printer due to cartridge issues. The printer was bought on 8 June [redacted] and is still under warranty. HP agreed to send a replacement, but I became worried when the replacement confirmation email had inaccuracies in my address and phone number. When I raised these concerns with agent Ahmed, he assured me that UPS would contact me before delivering the new printer. Despite receiving UPS confirmation emails for delivery today between 10:45 and 13:45, I am unable to track the item online. It is now 13:11 UK time on 11 May [redacted], and UPS has not arrived as expected. I suspect a scam and fear the printer may not have been sent. I request an investigation into this matter.
