I recently experienced a security breach involving both my phones, Google account, and Gmail. On April 23rd, there was unauthorized access to my Google account from an Oppo Reno phone, leading to my phone being locked remotely. To safeguard my data, I had to purchase a new phone. My Gmail account, [redacted], contains valuable photos that I fear losing permanently. I urgently need assistance in recovering my compromised accounts or, alternatively, shutting down the affected Google account and restoring access to my Gmail.

I'm having trouble finding out the host of "AG Day." The confusion between "egg" and "AG" is frustrating. I just need to know the female host of AG Day. It's disappointing that the computer can't understand this simple request. Hopefully, I can get the information I need without any more issues.

To whom it may concern, My name is Enarxis Mesa and I am the owner of the Gmail account I am seeking assistance with. I had my Gmail connected to my iPad and was in the process of switching to a new iPhone when my iPad was accidentally damaged. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to set up my Gmail on the new phone or save any backup codes or keys. Hello team, In March [redacted], I lost access to two of my Gmail accounts and my phone. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my accounts. Although I receive the OTP on my registered phone, I am stuck in a loop where I cannot verify my account due to the error message "Google couldn't verify the account belongs to you." I have submitted a Government ID for verification. One of the accounts is associated with my YouTube channel under the name "Prakruthi Pemmaiah," and my picture appears in Google searches for this name. I have attached the necessary Government document for your verification process and request your assistance in recovering my accounts, which contain important documents. I recently got a new phone, and it seems my girlfriend may have changed my password without my knowledge. Initially, her accounts were logged in on my phone, but I did a master reset to remove them. Now, I cannot log into my Google account as it seems the password has been altered. The recovery process is prompting me to input a code, but it's not sending one to my current phone. My neighbors have hacked into my internet service provider, gaining access to all my Google accounts, emails, and phones. Even after purchasing a new phone and changing all my information, they managed to compromise it within minutes. I have tried setting up new accounts, but they keep breaching them, deleting photos, and even monitoring me through my devices. I am at a loss and feel like I am unable to regain control of my own privacy and security. The authorities have not been helpful, and I am struggling to gather physical evidence against them. I desperately need assistance to reclaim my accounts, protect my privacy, and retrieve my lost photos. I am overwhelmed by the multiple compromised accounts and frequent password changes that leave me disoriented. It feels like they are always one step ahead, manipulating my accounts and information. My name is Audrey. My Google account has been hacked. I am unable to access it as it requests a back-up code I cannot find. I have also been receiving notifications of unauthorized access attempts on other accounts like Venmo, Facebook, Amazon, and cash app. I use Outlook email, and I fear they may have access to it too. I am struggling to reach a live person at Google for help. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my Gmail account since I know the correct password.

I believe my Google account has been compromised. Although I have the correct password, I am prompted to enter one of my eight back-up codes, which I have misplaced. The codes are also saved on my Google Drive, but unfortunately, I cannot access it without logging into my Google account. Recently, I have received alerts about unauthorized access attempts on my Venmo, Facebook, Amazon, and Cash App accounts. Moreover, there is a possibility that my Outlook email account has been compromised. I have been unable to reach a human representative at Google for assistance. I urgently need to regain access to my Gmail account, considering I am certain of my password.

I recently switched phones from a Samsung J2 to an LG Aristo 1. However, Google keeps sending my recovery code to my old Samsung J2, which I have lost. Recently, we encountered an issue with our main Gmail account. We received a notification on our Yahoo account, which serves as our account recovery email, alerting us that someone might have known our password. Subsequently, Google signed us out of our Gmail account. When attempting to sign back in and change the password, we faced challenges with the verification process due to not having access to the linked phone number. Despite several attempts at account recovery, we received a message indicating that we were already logged in, which was not the case upon checking all devices. Unfortunately, we are currently locked out of our Gmail account, which is distressing as it serves as our primary email. The account was created by my dad when he was young, and both my father and I have used it. Any assistance or insights into resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

PhonePe or banks cannot refund the amount to you because the wrong transfer happened due to incorrect details entered by you. Even though the transaction failed, the amount got deducted from your bank account. Banks typically take up to 3 business days to return the money back to your account. Kindly wait for your bank to complete the reversal process. Make sure to check your bank account statement to confirm if the transaction has been reversed.

I noticed on my credit card statement that I was billed $1.06 by Google, showing as GOOGLE*Andrey g.co/helppay#CA on both 5/06 and 5/13. Additionally, on 5/30, there was a charge of $[redacted].00 by GOOGLE*Andrey. I took action by contacting my credit card company to dispute these charges, and they issued me a new card. However, on 6/06, another $[redacted].00 charge appeared, prompting me to contact my credit card company once more to file a Fraud Dispute. Despite reaching out to Google through their dispute department online, I received a response stating they could not verify the claim. I am uncertain about these charges and the identity of "Andrey." Are there any alternative ways to contact Google to clarify this situation, besides switching credit card providers? Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

I have multiple Gmail accounts. One account, [redacted], is crucial for my business. I am unable to access it due to the 2-factor authentication. I recently changed my phone number after being hacked and did not update the account information. I am unable to retrieve the code sent to the old number. This is affecting my business, as all my financial accounts, clients, and credit cards are linked to this email address. Despite trying account recovery, it continues to send codes to the old number, which I no longer have access to. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my email and all linked accounts. It's frustrating that Google's account recovery process does not provide a feasible solution for situations like mine.

I'm having trouble accessing my email. I forgot my last password and tried the Forgot Password option. When prompted to answer security questions, none appear. Instead, the page redirects back to the sign-in without the questions being asked. Google now states they can't confirm the account is mine. It's urgent that I regain access. I need help since I can only provide my Yahoo account since I'm locked out of my Gmail account.

Can you please return my accounts, "[redacted]" and "[redacted]", or at least allow me to reset the password? I find it frustrating how strict Google's policies are compared to iCloud. It's difficult for older individuals who may forget their passwords. These two accounts are mine, and I urgently need access to them; I don't want to start anew. Implementing a "forgot password" feature could make this process much smoother. I urge you to reconsider and make it easier for users like me to retrieve their accounts and access important information. Your current strict procedures are not helpful. If I don't recover my account, it will be a real loss. Please, consider the difficulty your policies are causing and allow a way for me to regain access to my accounts easily.

I need help regaining access to my Facebook account. The account was hacked and despite multiple reports, Facebook hasn't resolved the issue. I've had this account since [redacted], under the name Ernie Godson, but it's now being used for fraudulent activities by someone who changed the name to Frank Ernie and altered settings. The hacker's Gmail account is [redacted] I want to reclaim my account and possibly implement live facial recognition for added security. The hacker is using an Apple phone, specifically a Jesus iPhone. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as this situation is damaging my reputation.

I have been struggling to access my Gmail account for nearly two weeks now. Unfortunately, none of the recovery options provided by Google are working for me. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any response to my many messages seeking assistance. I urgently need Google to contact me by phone instead of text, as I am unable to receive texts. Over the past week, I've noticed unauthorized access to my social media accounts, particularly those with chat features. Despite receiving notifications about unrecognized logins and changing my password multiple times, the intruder managed to regain access swiftly. The suspicious activity was conducted via a desktop using Chrome on Windows 10 and an Apple tool kit, per Tumblr. In the midst of this, my Surface Pro unexpectedly stopped working, hindering file transfers. Although I rely on Google verification codes via text, I can't proceed as I am logged out and not receiving follow-up emails. Is it possible to access my account via text only for verification?
