Thank you very much. I don't need a refund. I'll consider it an error on your end. I enjoy playing your 8-Ball Pool game. I dislike feeling like my money is being unfairly taken. It may sound harsh, but unfortunately, it's true. Please stop taking from me and making it obvious. I'm 54 years old and, yes, an ex-convict, but I value honesty more than anything. Losing a game won't make me upset, and I don't expect you to dwell on it. Spending money is not a big deal to me, but trust is precious. I will accept the loss and move on without bitterness. Just stop deceiving me. I would rate your game as top-notch, but please improve the fairness in your gameplay. Maybe your Public Relations team can address this. On Friday, July 16th, at around 9 a.m., I noticed a $15 purchase for the game app "Lost Survivors" on my phone. I did not authorize this transaction and would like a refund. Additionally, while investigating, I found a recurring monthly charge of $10 to "Facebook Support 20" on my Google account. This charge occurred on May 22, [redacted], and again on June 22, [redacted]. I have no knowledge of this subscription and would like refunds for these charges as well. After discovering the "Facebook Support 20" charge, I removed my debit card from the account to prevent further billing. However, I was informed that I would be charged again on July 22nd, which I do not agree to. I expect the billing to cease immediately. I am requesting full refunds for the following unauthorized charges: 1. July 16, [redacted] - $15 for "Lost Survivors" 2. June 22, [redacted] - $10 for "Facebook Support" 3. I am attempting to add another Gmail account, but I keep receiving a message stating that the phone I am using has been used too frequently. I have attempted to contact Google at [redacted], but I only receive a recording and cannot speak with anyone. I have been trying to reach out to Google for six weeks now. On one occasion when I did manage to get through, I encountered another recording followed by a busy signal. The automated message instructing me to hang up is frustrating.

My estranged spouse has changed all my passwords, including the one for my Gmail account [redacted] It contains vital social media profiles, banking data, and personal details. I can't follow Google's current process for hacked accounts, as I lack a Galaxy phone or the number ending in xx15. I don't have access to the phones with numbers [redacted] or [redacted] either. My new contact number is [redacted]. The same happened with my Hotmail account, but I managed to regain access by providing sufficient details for the compromised account recovery. Can Gmail be recovered similarly for hacked or compromised accounts?

It seems someone mistakenly categorized me as a child on our family account. I've been experiencing phone issues and my information has been compromised. I suspect another leak involving Google because of this situation. My personal data, such as social security and routing numbers, has been irresponsibly shared. There was even a fraudulent ad on eBay attributed to me, leaving me feeling scammed. I hold Google accountable for this mess. Hi Google Team, I need help recovering my Google account, "[redacted]," which was compromised during my vacation. The scammer changed my password 45 days ago and also updated the recovery email and phone number, making it hard for me to verify my ownership. I have key information to prove my identity, such as my name Mansoor Vali, date of birth 20 June [redacted]*, and the device I used to log in, MI4A, around [redacted]/[redacted]. Unfortunately, Google couldn't verify my connection to this account as the scammer's device was a One Plus 7. I've listed multiple emails used with this account like "[redacted]," "[redacted]," "[redacted]," and "[redacted]" I've also mentioned the products associated with my account, including my WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Clash of Clans, and YouTube. I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my main Google account due to another individual taking it over. The password reset options are not helpful as the associated phone number and recovery email have been altered by the unauthorized person in control of my account. This situation is preventing me from downloading a necessary app from the Google Play Store, which I urgently need for vital information retrieval. Despite trying to reset the password through other means using my Amazon Fire 10 tablet and secondary Gmail account, I have not been successful. I forgot my Google password and despite trying various previous passwords, including a recent one acknowledged by Google as changed three days ago, I couldn't regain access. Confirming through text messages became a loop I struggled to break. After managing to send a recovery email within the time limit just once, I encountered further obstacles. With multiple backup methods and a labyrinthine journey through Google's recovery process, I found myself locked out for a minimum of 48 hours due to too many failed attempts. I heard of a phone number with a [redacted] area code that supposedly leads to real assistance, but it seems elusive. Despite trying different approaches like using different browsers or data connection, I keep hitting roadblocks before reaching my account login. Hopefully, I can find a solution soon since my current access is limited to making phone calls.

I've been unable to access my phone and email after being in jail, resulting in issues with 2-step verification to log in. Despite being on the same phone and Wi-Fi, I can't gain access as it prompts me to wait a few hours before trying again.

I created an email account for my friend, [redacted], five months ago for her new phone. Everything was fine until she accidentally damaged her phone last week and had to get a new Samsung S10. Despite changing the password successfully today and logging into the email account on my laptop, we are unable to access it on her new phone. When attempting to enter the password on the Samsung S10, it keeps saying it's invalid. After going through the "forgot password" process, it's not recognizing the recovery email address. I believe I am being targeted in a possible scam through Google Groups. I have been receiving unsolicited emails from a particular group with inappropriate content. Despite not being a member, I keep getting these messages. When I try to access the group on Google Groups, it doesn't recognize my correct email address, and I encounter errors when attempting to connect. I have been dealing with a cyberhacker for 2 years, and only Yahoo has been willing to assist. I have already tried changing my password and following various suggestions without success. Multiple technicians were able to identify the issue but could not understand the hacker's motives. This situation has severely affected my life as the hacker controls my email access, preventing me from seeking help and job opportunities. I have faced challenges with legal assistance due to the hacker's interference. I have also received threats from the hacker, making this a distressing experience. Good afternoon, We've encountered a situation with a company-provided phone previously used by a now deceased employee on the AT&T network. Following her passing last July, due to ongoing Covid-19 challenges, we didn't immediately replace her. The phone line has been canceled, and the phone has been stored in our office. We are now preparing to assign the phone to a new employee and need to remove the Google account associated with the deceased employee. Unfortunately, we don't have her password. Is there a way to remotely wipe the Gmail account from the phone so we can set it up for our new staff member? We reached out to AT&T support, and they advised contacting Google for assistance with this matter. We can provide a link to the obituary on the funeral home's website if needed for verification. I received a notification from Google indicating that my name is incorrect and must be changed. My name, which I've used since birth, during my school years, and as my adult nickname, is sacred to me. It is alarming to wake up to a message demanding a name change without any prior discussion. I feel disrespected by this directive, as my name is a fundamental part of my identity. Google should have consulted with me before making assumptions about my name. I go by Dustin Nall, Dusty in school, and Sybil among friends. It is frustrating to be confronted in such a manner without prior communication. I use these names across various platforms, including Yahoo for personal matters. This unwarranted demand has soured my day, and I'm disappointed with Google's approach.

I need assistance. Yesterday morning, I connected and disconnected an HDMI cord from my Google Chrome tablet 2nd Gen MTK Model Name: 81QB to my Insignia TV model number: NS-LCD19 but encountered display issues. After restarting the tablet, I've been unable to access my original Gmail account [redacted] despite numerous attempts. As a temporary solution, I created another account yesterday morning. I changed the password twice through this new account, but when I try to log back into my original account, the new password doesn't work after multiple tries. Even with the new account, I cannot access all my apps, contacts, emails, photos, and important data as I could with my original account [redacted] that I've used for over 2 years.

The email stated that my account violated Google's policies. I had a phone conversation with a person claiming to be a Google IT support representative who mentioned foreign hackers accessing my files and trying to charge me to fix the issue related to a software on my computer named GO TO ASSIST. Could someone investigate the email sent on July 16, [redacted], and identify the specific violation that led to the account being disabled?
