Hello, I am inquiring about the recent issues with my last two orders, #[redacted]04 and #[redacted]93, being shipped to an incorrect address even though I had updated it beforehand. My current address is now [redacted] Belfour Ln, El Dorado Hills, CA [redacted], but the packages keep going to my old address in Carson City, NV. It seems like the online address update feature may not be functioning correctly, as I have encountered this problem the last two times I moved. I verified that my new address was successfully updated on my profile before these orders were shipped. Could you please ensure that future deliveries are sent to my El Dorado Hills address? Additionally, since I have already been charged for these orders, I would appreciate it if you could send two months' worth of products to my new address free of charge. I placed an order for my glasses on 11/5/23 and paid for expedited shipping to get them in 3 to 5 business days. Despite receiving an email stating they were shipped on 11/6/23, I have not received them by 11/15/23. When I checked the DHL tracking number provided by GlassesUSA, DHL has no record of receiving the shipment. GlassesUSA claims it's out of their hands once shipped, and DHL says they haven't received it. Update: After some persistence, I was able to speak to a sales agent by selecting the "upgrade my order" option and pressing "2" twice. The agent escalated my issue to the proper team and refunded the expedited shipping cost. Now I'm waiting to see if this leads to a resolution, but at least I feel better having spoken to a helpful person.

I purchased safety-approved work eyeglasses with removable side shields. However, the pieces to hold the shields in place are missing, causing them to move around and fall off easily. This is a significant problem as the shields need to stay securely on the glasses. I have tried to reach out to GlassesUSA for assistance with this matter, but have been unsuccessful so far.

I purchased a pair of glasses that I really enjoyed, so I ordered another pair. Unfortunately, the lens on the right eye of the new glasses was out of focus, making it unwearable. I've been attempting to return them but have not received the shipping labels as promised. I clarified that I couldn't use the labels because I don't have a printer and asked if they could send them directly to my home, but I didn't get a response regarding this matter. This is the current situation I find myself in.
